誰說二人不能吃海鮮?誰說去西貢一定在週末?第一次平日的黃昏來到「勝記」,身旁的日本女友被「勝記」的燈籠迷倒了,更用上 Elegant 來讚美 。夜色下,燈籠與小燈泡確實將「勝記」的味道提升了。我們選擇坐到戶外大樹旁的餐桌,開展兩位女士的浪漫海鮮夜!當晚天公做美,而食物、環境、服務和氛圍都一樣讚,也一洗日本女友多年前在西貢食海鮮的印象!率先送來的小食拼盤有脆皮滑豆腐和西貢墨魚餅。香脆附味的豆腐皮與滑溜內層的一剛一柔拼合,正是脆皮滑豆腐人見人讚的一面,並非浪得虛名。而墨魚香氣豐厚、口感彈牙的西貢墨魚餅,我認為是邪惡中不能抗拒的誘惑,邊吃邊呷啤酒,真是一流。花雕酒醉瀨尿蝦不單擁有酒香,同時也能展現瀨尿蝦的鮮甜,細嫩的肉質帶有平衡的酒香,可見廚師拿捏的功力。而預先去除蝦殼的細心,讓不太習慣吃瀨尿蝦的外國人,也不會難於處理。預先隔除魚骨的蕃茄薯仔木瓜煲魚湯,味道清新細甜、帶有淡淡魚香,開胃舒暢!椒鹽鮮鮑魚採用大連鮑魚製作,做到表面微脆、肉質嫩彈,加上恰好的焦香惹味,的確無損鮑魚的吸引力!扇貝通常配以蒜蓉粉絲來蒸,而「勝記」的紅酒糟粉絲蒸鮮元貝,則以獨特的紅酒糟搭配,為扇貝添上鮮艷色澤,更有著酒糟豐富的層次與香氣,十分美味!上述菜式不但令兩位女士感到滿足,同時也產生飽意,可是泰式糟池鮮蝦伴香苗的糟池汁實在太滋味,不得不以白飯拌吃!上網一查,原來㤗式糟池是紅咖喱、椰奶、香茅和黃薑煮成的醬汁,輕辣重香帶甜,老少鹹宜!正當我們享受薑汁炒芥蘭之際,前方空地有幾位外籍朋友在做運動,彷彿在暗示我倆飽餐一頓後,記得要多做運動,Yes Sir!最後,還有「勝記」自家製作的桂花糕和益力多糕作甜品一切很美、只因有你!溫馨提示:以上菜式包含「勝記」的招牌菜,可按照喜好和人數寫菜單,不過記得要提前預訂啊! continue reading
