📍星記 (Central) Michelin Guide Restaurant Back at Sing Kee, my go to place for quick and good quality Chinese food. This time I was craving for their 大蝦煎米粉底. It is so good. The米粉底 was pan fried to perfection with just the correct amount of crunch whilst soaking up all those 上湯🤤I always can’t resist but kept on reordering their signature dishes whenever I come back which are 椒鹽鮮魷and生炒骨. They are just too good to be missed each time. The free soup and dessert are always a bonus. 幾位朋友相約午飯揀咗星記。朋友力推之前試過嘅椒鹽鮮魷,我就揀咗馳名嘅生炒骨同藕餅,最後點個清清地嘅蒸水蛋撈飯。等餸期間上咗個例湯紅蘿蔔豬骨湯,無乜味精味合格。魷魚新鮮炸起,全部魚身無魷魚鬚,配喼汁脆中帶稔有驚喜。生炒骨酸甜味道平衡,排骨唔會好肥食到一口炸粉咁,水準保持得好好。藕餅反而有少少跌watt,以前蓮藕比例多d咬落去脆脆地沙沙聲,今次魚肉比例多咗無乜𡁻頭太稔。而且鯪魚肉味道有d重會覺得腥腥地,但鍾意食鯪魚肉嘅朋友就話正。水蛋剛剛好,有蛋味,配料肉碎又唔會好鹹。最後仲送雪耳桃膠糖水,好滋潤~! continue reading

行去擺花街食飯, 1號廣場有三部𨋢,要搭最右邊嗰部上2樓,就可以去到星記啦!首先,迎面而來的部長及夥計也非常友善,服務十分殷勤,開茶加水也很快手,睇得出係有心照顧好客人!我們點了一個七百幾蚊嘅二人餐同,另外加了欖菜四季豆鮑魚角。老公唔食苦瓜所以二人餐其中一個菜有苦瓜,叫苦瓜枝竹斑腩,咁我哋要求走苦瓜,部長就改為火腩。單點的欖菜四季豆鮑魚角非常好食,鑊氣夠,鮑魚很彈牙,大家差唔多係搶着嚟食!二人餐的小菜份量也足夠,食到脹住個肚走,其中我最欣賞的是砂鍋蛋白炒飯,非常好味!最後甜品又送綠豆沙。部長話呢度帶紅白酒唔使開瓶費,下次會帶埋支酒再來! continue reading

一行五個人叫左:生炒骨,椒鹽鮮魷, 年藕餅,芥蘭炒牛肉,栗子魚肚雞煲,欖菜炒飯。生炒骨,椒鹽鮮魷最岀式。生炒骨: 醬汁均勻,粉唔多,味道酸甜適中椒鹽鮮魷:惹味,鮮魷厚切,嫩!年藕餅:魚肉比例太多,失口感。芥蘭炒牛肉: 不過不失,牛肉係嗱過,所以好淋。味道都唔錯。栗子魚肚雞煲:栗子太甜,似包裝即食栗子feel,失口感。欖菜炒飯: 唔油又唔太鹹,飯乾身唔錯。總括來說,整體唔錯。又唔貴,坐得都唔逼幾舒服。可以下次再試其他菜式。 continue reading
