一個充滿地道人情味的街坊大排檔,食盡鑊氣小菜!環境雖然簡單,不過每晚都熱鬧非常,好有大家庭感覺。最近同幾個老友記相約嚟搵食,試吓馳名嘅走地雞同乳鴿,仲可以帶新鮮海鮮加工!薑蔥霸王雞用上新鮮走地雞,雞肉皮爽滑、肉質結實帶少少彈性,啖啖肉都食到淡淡雞香,配埋薑蔥鹹香又爽口。乳鴿皇則皮脆肉嫩、外香內多汁,咬落仲有少少鴿油,真係唔得了。椒鹽鮮魷鑊氣十足,外層香脆內裡鮮甜。我最驚喜係黃金涼瓜,用鹹蛋黃炒香,苦味被壓到好細,反而多咗份鹹香口感。蒜泥白肉亦超開胃,每片豬肉都吸飽咗香辣蒜泥汁,辣得醒神,配埋冰凍啤酒一流。嚟熟食中心,食住聊住,啖啖人情味,都係最開心嘅晚餐。 continue reading

最近喺大埔街市熟食中心食過呢間小廚,都幾有鑊氣。今次兩個人食咗四款:輝哥炒飯~飯粒可以做到粒粒分明,配菜以海鮮為主,口味微辣,非常開胃!蒜蓉粉絲蒸茄子~滿滿嘅蒜蓉香味,搭配清淡有益嘅茄子,口味清爽,一口一件,滿滿嘅幸福感。小炒王~海鮮款式同份量都非常多,只係蝦,都用上蝦乾及新鮮蝦兩款,每款蝦都有唔同口感,另外腰果及小魚乾都非常香脆。西湖牛肉羹~湯羹嘅口感唔算太厚,一匙羹入口豆腐同牛肉都可以食到,比例合適。而且可以帶海鮮加工,幾特別嘅會係......按枱嘅大細及每碟去收費,細枱80/大枱$105蚊蒸;細枱105/大枱$125炒,好似抵過其他按每斤收費嘅店🤭等我下次都拎海鮮去先 continue reading

今晚帶咗幾位南下旅遊嘅親戚,去大埔墟街市樓上食大排檔。最正嘅係樓下街市有好多新鮮海鮮,今晚食嘅餐廳,「食味道小廚」好歡迎食客買上去加工。我哋就買咗啲九節蝦,上去蒜蓉蒸粉絲,蒜香味四溢,粉絲吸咗蝦汁,味道入味到不得了。廚師除咗廚藝了得,仲攞咗個大圓碟,將蝦砌到成朵花咁靚,上枱非常得體。我哋仲點咗幾道菜,糖醋里脊,外脆內爽嫩,酸甜味道啱啱好。椒鹽鮮魷,味道微辣,鮮味十足,粉唔厚,咬落去口感幾好。西蘭花炒牛肉,牛肉炒得嫩滑,西蘭花保持住脆口。粟米斑塊正常發揮,樣樣都唔錯。值得一提係「食味道小廚」好受歡迎,有興趣嘅記得早啲去攞位。 continue reading

朋友介紹呢一間海鮮加工,終於試咗感覺唔錯,唔該除咗啲海鮮樣樣都整得好之外,佢自家出品嘅乳鴿好掂好好食。啲乳鴿都算大隻而且炸得皮脆肉嫩,一咬開中保留咗乳鴿嘅肉汁。另外再叫咗碟椒絲腐乳通菜,呢個就正常發揮水準啦。咁多樣海鮮之中加工得最正嘅係呢個蒜蓉粉絲蒸開邊九節蝦,佢啲蒜蓉粉絲蔥花真係正有冇朋友,吸曬啲九節蝦嘅香味,要嚟送飯一流。椒鹽鮮魷都做得唔錯,啲金蒜炒得好香好惹味。豉椒花甲個汁都唔錯。大斑兩味都好食,炒球同炆班頭腩都做得唔錯,最欣賞去斑頭腩唔會好咸。最後仲有一個雜魚豆腐湯,滾得好甜好好味。 continue reading
