星期六中午與朋友一行4人,吃生日飯。今次選了中餐。去朋友推介的四姐川菜,叫左水煮魚(加辣)$270香料足很香,魚滑,滿足。炒荀絲很爽口👍,炒四季豆,蒜泥白肉👍及被食評勁推介的涼麵😔,但覺得一般。反而其他菜式好吃。埋單$560 平均每人$140。總括來説值得推介。 continue reading

上網睇過有人話 灣仔店好好食,但係灣仔店星期六lunch唔開,所以去 銅鑼灣店試吓啦。唔知係咪就香港人口味,d野一 d都唔麻唔辣。但係呢個價錢又唔算貴。四川涼麵 - 味道okay既,但係真係一 d都唔辣,麻都係得好少。水煮魚 - 味道都係okay 既,但係又係唔夠辣 d魚 都幾滑既。仲有 d薯粉係底,薯粉略嫌厚咗 d.炸醬麵 - 都係一般,普通麻辣麵咁。肉有 d鞋。蒜蓉油默菜 - 都係十分一般。清湯抄手 - 豬肉餡, d餡好鹹 ... 麻麻地 continue reading

是如常要四處奔波的一天:早上十時開始試菜,西餐、越南粉、日本拉麵,試完已是五時多。晚上還有飯局要主持,之前還有個多小時空檔,趕來了這裡。可能一個人的訂位是有點怪,而接電話的店員也再三重申「套餐最少是二人份量的」。沒要緊,已習慣一個人試菜,必要時吃二人份量也不算什麼。六時多來到餐廳,見四姐正好在陣。想起來也有16年有多了吧,由當年在灣仔道的Q嘜川麵,到後來的上樓私房川菜,再到了今天的這裡,地方光鮮而環境也很不錯。早年曾在四姐的店子搞過飯局,餐牌也絕不陌生。要試試新地方的水準,就隨了點了喜歡的幾味。是日吃了不少東西,也需要刺激的味道去開開胃,選了夫妻肺片。切片的牛鍵及牛肚浸在紅油內,當中還加入了麻料。味道辣中帶麻,夠味之餘加上脆口的花生也美味。當然最重要的就是當中的芫茜及蔥,令整道菜更添香味及生色不少。再來一味開胃前菜,選了酸辣土豆絲。這是製作頗簡單的菜式,材料就主要是刨了幼絲的薯仔,高下之分就在調味。也不要說,這一味酸辣的辣勁比剛才的夫妻肺片更強,啖啖都有切粒的紅辣椒在內的,酸味來自白醋,爽爽的也令人胃口大開。要了支啤酒,也來一點香口的菜式去下酒,就來一碟川式椒鹽蝦。在烹調方面說出來簡單,將處理好的蝦先泡油再下椒鹽料兜炒過後上檯,是考火候的一味。蝦很乾身,連殼也脆口可吃的,味道也相當夠,非常惹味,是一等一的下酒良品。而此品要下一點味精去突顯鮮味,這裡當然也沒有錯過這個部份。吃了幾味也沒有一味是真的辣的,試試水煮菜式如何?就來一窩沸騰水煮魚。水煮菜式要「麻辣燙」俱備才有水準,這裡是也算是做到了。「麻」及「辣」兩個味道平衡得不錯,加上熱度十足的上檯,非常對辦。聞起上來已垂涎,令人引頸以待。用上的是龍脷魚,質地跟平時用的桂花魚或鰱魚同樣軟嫩,都不是我喜歡吃的魚類,不過水煮魚就是要取這種吃起來沒有什麼個性的魚。還加入了不少大豆芽及紅薯粉,前者爽脆而後者滑溜,跟麻辣湯底配合得很好,令人越吃越想吃。還記得認識四姐是因為她做的四川涼麵,所以說什麼也要來一碟吃吃的。幼身的麵條是由四川直送的辦麵,上面加上了炒香的花椒及花生碎而以辣油墊底。將之拌勻來吃,麵條本身口感爽身彈牙而帶韌性,入口先來麻料及花生的香味而辣勁隨後而至。還加入了一些切碎的四川芽菜,在味道及口感上增強變化。這一碟涼麵,仍然非常好吃。差不多將所以食物都吃清,也真的吃得十二成飽!餐後跟四姐坐下談幾句,她也笑說不知覺間轉眼已十幾年。我也要趕下場,結帳後怱怱離去。是的,有時看看自己寫的食評,原來都寫了十多年。 continue reading

Dinner for 3 with 6 dishes (2 cold and 4 hot) - quite a big feast with reasonable price and the taste was rather authentic. The veggie was for free which was a bonus surprise! Recommended! continue reading

夜晚約咗一共五個朋友係度食飯要預約環境唔錯,因為人唔多收費就320人頭計。一諗收得320食中菜應該用料唔錯我地叫左三个頭盤蒜泥白肉口水雞豬耳其實佢整川菜水準幾好,啲汁好原味,迎合香港人口味佢唔真係川菜咁辣。好可惜佢用料真係好差,白肉同口水雞真係霉呀,口水雞仲用雪藏雞,凍鮮雞都無,肉質當然十分一盤。啲汁整到幾好你用料差都無用。主菜叫左水煮魚金湯牛肉川式四季豆魚香茄子仲有个唔知得水煮魚真係好味,啲魚食落口係鮮同好滑,我諗魚就有俾心機買料。裡面陳村粉仲好滑好入味。金湯牛肉堅係好辣!食到嘅朋友先好叫四季豆過左火候,炒得太耐老左魚香茹子唔錯總結:其實成餐飯都還可以,只不過覺得320蚊食川菜我會期望更高。頭盤用料已經好失望,我覺得白肉用料同譚仔差唔多添。320其實我已經可以食間唔錯嘅私房菜。 continue reading
