今次我地去左銅鑼灣食川菜,坐位闊落,坐得舒服,枱面又有我要讚既紙巾,仲有壺茶飲呢間川菜既晚市好特別,收費係按人數收費,每位($360),餸菜就跟人數而定有幾多款涼菜同幾多款熱菜,我地兩位就可以叫2樣涼菜同3樣熱菜,都好豐富下😍涼菜:招牌四川涼麵我自己就好鐘意食呢款涼麵,佢酸酸地又有辣醬按自己喜好去撈,麵夠曬爽口👍🏻重慶口水雞呢個可以話川菜必食既餸之一,佢都冇令我失望,辣度適中,唔會過辣,雞既份量前菜黎講都算多熱菜:酸菜魚份酸菜魚既魚肉好大件,啖啖肉咁,冇骨而且夠滑,裡面仲有好多粉絲,索曬d湯食勁正,個湯唔會好油,飲番1-2碗都係必需😛泡椒嫩牛肉佢同我心目中既泡椒有d出入,我以為係綠色既泡椒,不過整到出黎又幾正喎,呢種椒都有綠泡椒既味道,牛肉又夠嫩同香,仲有d芹菜岩曬我呢d要食菜既人🤣家常豆腐呢碟豆腐既口味同牛肉差唔多,有菇有豆腐,豆腐整得唔錯,咁多肉叫番個素菜類平衡下就岩曬呢度既收費雖然特別,但係一定夠食,2個人食5樣野直頭係多,佢餸菜選擇都好多,我地食到飽一飽咁走✌🏻 continue reading

今日約左朋友喺銅鑼灣行街同晚飯,一早上網搵到呢間食川菜的樓上店,睇相好靚,加上好奈冇食川菜,就黎過下口癮。職員遞上熱茶,我地開始點菜,呢度價錢好特別,用人頭價收費(@360),我地2個人,可以點2款涼食,3款熱食,有辣有唔辣,咁樣設計我覺得幾好,兩個人都可以試到5款菜。 涼菜: 香油涼瓜:食辣野,係咪可以用涼瓜下下火?加上本身都鍾意食涼瓜,呢度嘅涼瓜唔苦,但保留了甘味,口感很清爽,雖然係香油涼瓜,但有油嘅香氣而唔會覺得油膩。 蒜泥白肉:呢款同平時其他餐廳的煮法有唔同,應該係廚師自己調配,蒜味之餘食到淡淡的花生醬味,幾特別。肉質配上蒜泥非常香口。 熱菜: 招牌重慶水煮魚:其實水煮魚同酸菜魚我都好鍾意,要揀一款真係有困難,不過見呢度水煮魚寫招牌,所以就決定點佢。呢度水煮魚份量都唔少,魚片非常嫩滑,辣度剛好,而且麻味很香,配有芽菜及寬粉,寬粉索哂辣汁很惹味,而且口感煙韌。 鍋粑回鍋肉:鍋粑其實幾好味,但同時都好講技巧,呢度嘅鍋粑夠哂脆口同輕盈,有4片。回鍋肉好入味,配上青椒同蔥煮成,很香口,而且肉又唔會肥。川式椒鹽蝦:呢個蝦好好味,一向都好鍾意食蝦,而且都唔細隻,連殼食埋炸得好脆好香,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,外脆內嫩,而且配上椒鹽,咸度適中,更加滋味。 continue reading
