一搵地址原來又係百樂中心,諗起早兩年呢度有間日本菜叫千賀燒,又係難食得黎又收得貴......諗起都驚⋯之前網上見到有人推介,又想食下辣野於是上個星期同friend滿心期待去呢間餐廳進食一入去店員俾左張紙我地睇:今晚每位$320包括兩款涼菜,以及三款熱菜 我見佢咁大口氣收$320一位,以為一定有相應嘅質素俾返我地,同埋睇menu嘅菜式都好似唔錯咁坐低一陣我地就交左圈野食張紙,但係3分鐘左右一盤水煮魚已經出現左係你嘅面前,令人不禁驚訝:咁快?!水煮魚喎⋯我即刻好懷疑地摸一摸係咪熱嘅,心諗係咪已經一早煮好左擺係度,開始feel到伏味⋯再者,一個字多D嘅時間已經出左幾樣野講返食物水煮魚-唔辣唔麻,只有咸味,魚塊些小鞋口,不見得特別新鮮。涼麵-呢個認真唔錯,麵質好,同個醬都好夾夫妻肺片、辣子雞、回鍋肉都係正常食到嘅味道,sorry,我已經諗唔到打咩字去形容佢嘅普通,食食下已經停左手⋯我相信大家出去食的話應該可以二人份量$400左右埋單,但係呢度要$640如果好味真係值得嘅,但係咁嘅質素令人覺得不愉快,畢竟真的一開始對這間餐廳有所期待。 continue reading

超喜歡吃川菜的我,終於在香港找到好吃的正宗的川菜、一位是320元~可依照人數選不一樣數量的熱菜與涼菜;份量足夠口味超好~讓人一去還想再去!(若是要加點涼菜60元、熱菜100元)第二次回訪點了兩個涼菜(口水雞、四川涼的麵)、熱菜(尖椒魚片、毛血旺、泡椒肥腸)老闆還招待了一碟炒青菜!口味調整的適合大眾口味、麻兒小辣讓人一口接一口~建議預先訂位、服務很好老闆還出來問問口味適合不適合~非常值得一試的餐廳!! continue reading

兩三年前食過幾次,中午去食,夜晚系按人頭計,每位300蚊,咁計中午就好抵啦。個時中午噶時候人超級少,但真係覺得水煮魚正宗,新鮮又抵食,不斷安利比其他人。點知上個月再去食,發現香港人係多左好多,但味道完全變曬港味川菜,而且水煮魚d魚片一d都唔新鮮,十分失望。如果我第一次食噶系呢個味道,我系絕對唔會再翻兜噶!!!按照上次食噶水平,應該唔會再有下次噶啦。。。。。。。。搞到宜家又要重新穩過正宗川菜食,幾麻煩下! continue reading

四姐川菜 我實在太喜歡川菜,喜歡她的麻,更喜歡她的辣。 就算大熱天時也不介意大汗疊細汗。 我覺得四姐的川菜跟其他川菜館有些不同,她比其他的麻和⋯⋯酸!沒錯,是酸。可能是她放了泡椒吧,所以似乎每道菜都帶點酸味,當然是接受得到的。 當中令我最驚喜的是'辣子田雞',田雞在炸之前先用香料醃過,比其他地方就咁炸,味道提升了不少,而且田雞炸得酥脆。另外一個有趣的分別是她相對其他川菜,比較少油少鹽,最重要是少味精(當然都有啦),相信是隨著香港人的口味而改良了。 不錯!如果你是好辣,四姐應該不會令你失望。f: Gourmet Journey continue reading

星期六中午與朋友一行4人,吃生日飯。今次選了中餐。去朋友推介的四姐川菜,叫左水煮魚(加辣)$270香料足很香,魚滑,滿足。炒荀絲很爽口👍,炒四季豆,蒜泥白肉👍及被食評勁推介的涼麵😔,但覺得一般。反而其他菜式好吃。埋單$560 平均每人$140。總括來説值得推介。 continue reading
