好耐之前已經聽過川流有得打邊爐,可惜就係未試過,近日夠凍,食呢度嘅新火鍋Menu是常識吧。 知道呢度嘅新Menu,全因C小姐極力推介,呢度新推出嘅貢布胡椒牛腩鍋。 如果你有睇過我去川流嘅食評就知,對於佢嘅貢布胡辣羹,我係愛不惜手,於是知道用呢一個主題去做火鍋嘅時候,非吃不可。 喺而家嘅情況底下,當然最好兩個人吃火鍋,唔好嘅當然係冇得食咁多嘢。 原來呢度嘅四川火鍋,除咗牛腩之外,仲有好幾個選擇,例如酸菜桂魚鍋、山城毛血旺、沙薑雞鍋、紅燒魚頭鍋、三十三香辣雞鍋 ,選擇之多實在令人頭痕,隻隻都好似好好食,不過最後我都係選擇牛腩,無辦法,貢布胡椒太吸引。 前菜還是那樣咁搶鏡。 反而配料嘅選擇就唔算太多,開頭我覺得係缺點,但係當個火鍋,嚟咗之後我就知道完全唔係一個問題。 你見到呢個鍋底之後,佢再送上一大碟牛腩,牛腩係好似平時你出去食牛雜粉麵店你叫剩牛腩嘅三碗份量 ,我同老婆見到個份量都真係嚇親,本身仲想叫一碟本地牛頸脊,即刻收返。 先試湯底,貢布胡椒香氣好重,當然冇平時飲開嘅貢布胡辣羹咁辣,飲一口湯,加上甜美嘅大蔥同冬菇,好正,淨係飲呢個湯都飲咗三碗。 將煮熟咗個牛腩放入去個湯度,吸進了個湯嘅甜味,好正,呢度嘅牛,不用多說,騸牯牛又點會唔好食,只不過份量真係太多,兩個人真係好難食得晒。 最正係呢度嘅混醬,唔同嘅辣椒油,再加上仲有得加貢布胡椒,好似我咁每一碗湯都加多少少,特別爽,驅寒一流。 當然要叫啲菜,川流食花生芽係不二之選。 老婆鍾意食魚,叫咗一碟桂魚片,又係份量夠,新鮮又厚身,超好食,加上胡椒湯又係另一番滋味。 最後點可以不加一個寬粉做尾,食完呢個真係飽到上心口。 差點唔記得,呢度一定要叫最正嘅甜品。 藤椒蘭香子意式雪糕,怪味大粬朱古力意式雪糕,同樣咁正,兩個都好難分高下,隨自己口味吧。 最可惜係人手唔夠,我意思係食嘢嘅人手,無論鍋底同配料都比想像中出色,下次如果夠多人食就可以試到唔同鍋底同配料,不過都唔知幾時先至有咁嘅機會。 當然如果你睇到呢度都好想試吓, 二人鍋加上少少配料都可以係一餐唔錯嘅選擇。 川流 灣仔太和街28號灣仔薈賢居地舖 continue reading

不管親人或朋友,適時的問候及見面是必要的;但在疫情擴散下,不但要保持社交距離,限聚令每枱四人等等,除影響到人與人之間的關係,也大大影響到各行各業的生計。疫情未有緩減,第四波又殺到,快快脆來個飯局,與久末見面的友人一聚。正餐未到,先來點小吃及飲品。蟶子配藤椒,既鮮、又爽、亦麻。燈影牛肉是這裡的名物,牛魔王好友當然要來一客。火窩未到,侍應先上十多款醬料,有辣有唔辣、任君選擇。嗜辣之人就要試吓這款「重慶特產石柱紅3號辣椒粉」(最左面那款),好友吃後讚不絕口。這杯Expresso酸度不高,口感豐富;韻味濃,唔夠喉?那來個Double Expresso吧,另還有Latte、Cappuccino、Macchiato、Americano等選擇。友人們均是嗜辣之人,但自己就一直徘徊在小學階段,好在朋友夠義氣,陪我吃一個微辣的「酸菜桂魚鍋」。酸菜桂魚鍋~酸菜魚是傳統的四川菜名菜,以四川泡酸菜、配上花椒、辣椒乾、泡椒、花生芽、雜菌及炸過的魚肉等,隨鍋另上桂花魚腩和豆腐卜。起骨另上 的2斤重桂魚,每片也好大件,厚切食落更有滿足感,魚味濃、爽脆鮮甜,而湯底的辣味和酸味亦溫和,吃得舒服,亦不油膩。豆卜外層帶韌度,吸盡酸菜鍋的精華,分外惹味。淨食一個火鍋當然唔夠喉,另外再追加了鴨血、黑豆根、花生芽、桂花蚌、本地五花腩片及牛頸脊。鴨血口感Q彈軟嫩,吃過一次便愛上,如店子有提供則屬必點項目,黑豆根較有嚼勁,吸收醬汁後,更覺滋味;花生芽也是必點項目之一,看似大豆芽;但身形就更粗壯,更爽甜有嚼头,帶淡淡花生香,桂花蚌鮮爽,輕輕一灼便成。牛魔王好友獨力KO了一整碟牛頸脊,認真利害,從中也窺知水準定然不錯。不吃牛的我們,就選了本地五花腩片,肥瘦相間,在鍋中輕輕擺動三兩下便成口中鮮品,也是其中一味我最喜愛的火鍋食品。好友推介這裡的家鄉燻臘肉胡椒餅,一客兩件;每人半件剛剛好;以柬埔寨貢布的胡椒作調味,辛辣中帶陣陣花香,配四川臘肉,烤焗出來的胡椒餅,辛香中帶臘肉的鹹香,好吃!雪糕是我的至愛之一,但加入辣的怪味大粬朱古力意式雪糕及藤椒香子蘭意式雪糕,自己又可吃得來呢?外賣自取或在Openrice訂位,也享有折扣優惠,更加着數。#酸菜桂魚鍋 #鴨血 #本地五花腩片 #牛頸脊 #黑豆根 #花生芽 #豆卜 #桂花蚌 #藤椒香子蘭意式雪糕 #家鄉燻臘肉胡椒餅 川流地址: 灣仔太和街28號灣仔薈賢居地舖電話: 31266633 continue reading

Was expecting some innovative Sichuan cuisine twist but it was ordinary like any local restaurants. 😏😏. The xiao long bao is tasteless. We ordered a bowl of spicy Sichuan Grouper it comes with just 7 slices of fillets at an exorbitant price of $458. Quite a ripoff. Environment is too “cold feeling” like a lab which bring down the appetite for dining. continue reading

Come across to this restaurant on OpenRice booking promotion. The restaurant is designed in a modern style, creating a Cosmopolitan ambience. Super large bar area looks legit. This spicy chicken is so good. But if you’re a big fan of spicy food, it might not be spicy enough for you. Love this xiaolongbao. With the dripping vinegar it’s quite creative. And the pan fried bun is their signature. The meat inside is very juice and the bun on the outside is crispy. In general, very enjoyable dining experience. The manager and staff are very attentive and helpful. It’s a pity that not many people know about this restaurant. continue reading
