又到了星期日,難得能約齊人,便過海一日遊,吃一餐好的,飲杯靚咖啡。朋友提議去川流飲茶,因為她食過覺得可以encore。餐廳雖食川菜,但設計就如西餐廳,吧枱位置放滿各式各樣的酒和香料,加上以黑色為主調,很型格時尚,幸好有walk in位,所以即入。適逢餐廳正在做點心放題,不用$200的價錢可以任食多款點心,令我們立刻放棄散點的念頭。放題共有12款點心選擇,不算很多,但夠精,我鍾意。另外沙律吧亦有6款選擇,都是開胃前菜,可在吧枱任取!因為我們有4人,所以侍應很貼心,提議我們第一輪試匀所有的點心一次,然後食完再encore想食的!我們當然很樂意。蒜泥白肉、五香牛肉、棒棒雞等都好味,因為配上了特製開胃醬汁,白肉配甜紅蒜泥汁,所以入口有滿滿的蒜味,五香牛肉則飄著麻油香,個醃酸菜好爽脆,酸酸甜甜好開胃!點心都係新鮮即蒸的,所以上枱熱辣辣,一定要趁熱食。灌汁小籠包要自己醬醋吱入個包入面,幾得意,熱辣辣爆汁的!紅酒京醬燒鵝包肥嘟嘟的一個,麵包香軟,餡亦足,食落有鵝皮油香!水晶蝦餃、鮮蝦豆苗餃、燒賣等皮薄餡靚,而且蝦肉爽口彈牙,新鮮的味道。爆汁芝麻牛肉鍋貼又係好食,最欣賞是芝麻底煎得好香,微焦帶脆,上軟下脆,兩重口感。百花煎釀蘿蔔糕平凡中見心思,蘿蔔糕中釀入了鮮蝦滑,香軟中帶點彈牙。麻辣腸葱油餅好驚喜,酥皮好鬆化,入面的餡也汁多,圓轆轆一個,質感輕身唔厚重,平時比較少見的點心, 十分值得一試!蜂窩魚香茄子芋角很邪惡,外層鬆脆,好香口,入面的芋泥質感起沙且幼滑。再來一客雞湯和麻辣抄手,麻香帶辣,足料多餡,基本上都已經有了9成飽。這裏的點心做得很精緻,質素絕對不馬虎,而且看得出每款都皮薄餡靚,用心製作。我們四人,每人每款都試了,encore了一些前菜和幾款點心,再食多碗山水豆花,已經飽到食唔落,以$200唔使食到這個質素的點心來說,絕對值回票價! continue reading

慶祝老公轉換了新工作,在灣仔找了這家四川菜館慶祝一下。灰色趟門在晚上好像隱藏起來,相對私隱度比較高,內裡的環境亦頗為時尚型格。先來一盤前菜,四個格子有甜花生、枝豆、黑耳、椰菜,甜酸苦辣四重味道。大連蜇頭拌萵筍,蜇頭與萵筍都十分爽脆,淋上了芝麻油更添香味。家鄉燻臘肉胡椒餅,用了柬埔寨的貢布胡椒,加入燻臘肉、蔥粒,入口以後味道停留很耐,齒頰留香,令人難忘。五十二度慢煮樟茶鴨胸,端上枱面時,外形很美,鴨胸以52度慢煮方式,再燻上樟茶,鴨胸肉口感嫩滑,亦滲著濃濃茶香。水煮魚片,看起來紅噹噹,似乎很辣的,用上了斑片去煮,肉質鮮嫩,配上不同辣椒,辣度層次提高,可以接受到的。魚香雜菜倆面黃,加入了茄子多種蔬菜,口感有點像酸辣湯,倆面黃炸至兩面金黃,香脆甘香,淋上魚香雜菜湯半軟腍狀態更好味。玫瑰吐司抄手,造型如玫瑰花,裡面是紅豆蓉,不太甜,外脆內軟,有些水果平衝味蕾。這個晚餐綜合了四川與西式煮法,創意加分,也做得好食,我們都十分滿意呀! continue reading

真係感恩呢排嘅疫情得以緩和,而且又越來越多人打疫苗,我先可以安心啲,同屋企人喺週末嘅時候,出嚟飲個茶食吓點心。我哋特登嚟到灣仔街市附近,呢一間四川菜餐廳飲茶。因為呢度人比茶樓會少,而且餐廳環境佈置乾淨衛生,枱與枱之間嘅距離空間感亦都好足夠。所以,大家食得安心,自然就更加好味道啦!$200到就可以任叫任食12款即叫即製嘅點心,加7款沙律吧任拎嘅前菜同埋甜點。沙律吧入邊每一款前菜同埋甜品,都會用膠蓋蓋住,咁樣就會好衛生啦!而且隨着個人喜好,鍾意食幾多就攞幾多,唔會浪費,每一款前菜都幾乎有自己相配嘅醬汁,真係好貼心。最鍾意佢個酸辣伴寬粉,單單睇佢嘅顏色同埋上面嘅配菜,已經知道佢非常入味。上面嘅配菜有芹菜段、香蔥、紅蘿蔔絲同埋辣椒碎,而且我個人特別鍾意食寬粉,因為佢比起其他粉類,更加Q彈煙韌,吸到嘅醬汁亦都特別多。佢個雞絲粉皮亦都做到好出色,因為佢哋係新鮮人手手撕雞,雞肉特別嫩滑,配襯濃郁嘅麻醬,好味道!五香牛肉亦都涵得好夠時間,所以牛肉入口味道濃郁芬芳,仲要配襯埋牛筋呢啲咁容易入味嘅位置,所有嘢都煮得好稔而無渣,欣賞!12款點心入邊,乜嘢烹調方式都有,有蒸、有煮、有焗、有炸,任君選擇,總有一款啱你嘅喜好。蜂巢魚香茄子炸芋角我特別鍾意食呢一款點心,因為而家越來越少茶樓會供應呢一款點心,因為好似製作過程都幾複雜又花功夫。入口熱辣辣,而且蜂巢既部分相當酥化,餡料亦芋香十足,仲帶有一塊嘅茄子,感覺好特別!百花煎釀蘿蔔糕呢度嘅蘿蔔糕係餐廳自家製,佢將一啲蝦膠讓入去蘿蔔糕嘅中間,顛覆咗我對平平無奇嘅蘿蔔糕嘅睇法,提升到另外一個層次。首先要稱讚嘅係佢將外層煎到金黃香脆,入面既蘿蔔糕你仲可以見到有分明嘅蘿蔔條,用料十足!灌汁小籠包 喺燈光下特別見到佢嘅外皮都算薄,透光可以見到入邊嘅肉餡。用咗呢個玩味十足嘅吸管放一啲醋汁係小籠包嘅中間,佢嘅醋加埋湯汁,真係喺你口入邊泛濫着美味嘅味道,鮮甜無比!水晶蝦餃蝦餃脹卜卜,外皮晶凝通透,入邊包着厚實嘅蝦肉,感覺特別滿足!雞湯抄手佢個餃子入邊嘅餡料好豐富,料多個皮,而且個湯啱晒小朋友食!紅酒京醬燒鵝包單單睇你可能以為只不過係叉燒包,雖然佢個醬汁比較似,但係入邊包住嘅係燒鵝肉!而且廚師將燒鵝皮都放入去了,食落特別香口,充滿油脂嘅香氣!古方紅糖豆腐花估唔到就連佢嘅豆腐花都可以咁滑,sir一下就到我喉嚨,作為一餐點心放題嘅完美結束。高質抵食任食嘅點心放題,同家人相處嘅美好時刻,今個星期六過得好滿足! continue reading
