終於聽到接下來的星期四社交距離可以再度放寬,晚餐可以8人一檯真的深感幸福,上星期剛放寬晚市四人一檯立刻約一眾好友去火鍋聚,雖然一行八人要隔開兩檯用餐但太耐冇見之下大家同樣吃得非常盡情。我們選了到灣仔的川流 Sichuan Lab開餐,除了可以一解火鍋癮之外還可以吃點辣菜一舉兩得。甫坐下服務員隨即送上兩盤精子的特飲,右邊那杯是茉莉花香橙蜜桃,味道非常清香而且不會太甜,但我更愛邊那麻辣荔枝烏龍,甘香的烏龍茶喝後會有微微辣湧回喉嚨,是很刺激食慾的一杯特飲。特飲更可配四款餐前小吃一起品嚐,泡菜、麻辣爆谷、毛豆及花生全部都非常惹味,而我就最喜歡香辣美味的泡菜。來這兒最喜歡便是混醬環節!兩條醬料橋內共有10多款不同的火鍋醬料可供選擇,而我就必定選我最喜歡的貢布胡椒。混好靚醬後嘴巴已準備就緒迎接美味火鍋之夜。未打邊爐之前先吃點這兒的特色川菜小吃,我非常掛念這兒的家鄉煙燻臘肉胡椒餅$68,所以不理爆肚的後果點來跟好友們一起分享!酥香的外皮包裹著自家製的煙燻臘肉, 再次品嚐這獨特的滋味依舊覺得吸引,吃罷竟然令我想掛念台灣起來!!然後還有蒜泥本地黑毛豚白肉$108,軟滑的本地黑毛豚肉配上帶濃郁蒜香的醬汁不錯吃。另外還點了這個麻辣鴨血$68解辣癮,鴨血口感煙韌配上麻辣的味道是令人開心的一客小吃。我還偷吃了隔籬檯的自家製北川涼粉$88,涼粉口感爽滑配香麻醬汁就最匹配。我們見到這個三十三香辣火焰醉雞鍋$398/全隻即忍不住點了來品嚐,上檯時那香氣撲鼻而來非常誘惑。於席前加入玫瑰露即是火光熊熊,這一火能增添香氣之餘更令賣相更加吸睛。待玫瑰露的酒精揮發去後便可以品嚐這個色香味俱全的雞鍋,雞肉超入味而且麻辣香氣也非常足夠,記得萬物錯過內裏的蒟蒻方塊索盡了三十三香的精華真係好好味。湯底方面因為有人食辣亦有人怕辣所點鴛鴦湯底$248就皆大歡喜了,喜歡吃辣的我選了川味麻辣湯鍋拼貢布胡椒豬骨湯鍋。另一檯好友則選了酸菜魚鍋配真菌番茄豆腐濃湯鍋$248,我也有飛象過河試了酸菜鍋味道真的很不錯。火鍋配料當然少不了新鮮海鮮,這夜的蟶子皇(時價) 非常靚仔厚肉之餘味道亦鮮甜不已。我自己在家打邊爐經常會買台山蠔吃,這兒也有供應台山蠔$168作為蠔迷的我當然開心,灼熟後蠔身沒有縮細太多味道也甘香鮮甜好吃啊。好像很久沒有吃過桂花蚌$168是時候要重溫了,有冇朋友仔跟我一樣喜歡吃桂花蚌,坦白講其實佢本身沒有什麼味道但爽爽的口感確實令我着迷,所以這個放入麻辣湯底都非常合襯。打邊爐大家都會喜歡吃乜乜滑我們也不例外,點了手打蟹子鮮蝦滑和手打墨魚滑各$108,前者蝦味挺濃後者則口感取勝。來川流必定要吃這個松茸野菌福袋$48/4粒,腐皮會吸盡湯內的精華味道加上內裡又爽又香的餡料,這個福袋真的叫我百吃不厭啊。每次打邊爐我都喜歡試店家的炸響鈴$68,最愛遇到即叫即炸的出品可以當小吃也可以放湯享用,我覺得炸響鈴絕對是火鍋恩物。來到尾聲要吃一點飽肚的東東餃子是一個好選擇,我們選了這個雜餃拼盤$68/8粒,貪其有4款不同口味的餃子包括有鮮蝦雲吞、菜肉雲吞、魚皮餃及韭菜豬肉餃,我試了鮮蝦雲吞及韭菜豬肉餃,兩隻都非常足料而且調味恰好真的高下難分。炸芋頭$68這類索味的東西雖然好邪惡但又會令人很滿足,就算多麼怕肥也是要吃的最多少少地吃一件吧。最後還有被忽略的雜錦菜籃$128,可幸大家也非常喜歡吃菜最後也將它清掉。現在川流的單點正價餐牌現有9折優惠,於週一至四及週六、日適用。 continue reading

來過川流不知多少次了,在這𥚃搞個Sake局,同不同嘅朋友食過火鍋,德哥的川菜局,任食點心,回憶多的是。好多回憶卻上心頭,特別係苦無晚餐嘅兩個幾月,再同幾個朋友黎晚餐的呢個晚上,除左解火鍋隱同辣隱,的確令我回想到呢幾年嘅變化。原來個人變左,餐廳同樣都變左,食完過後,我相信都係變得更好。因為人多勢眾,今晚試左幾個唔同嘅火鍋底,滿足呢幾個月冇得出去打邊爐嘅慾望。先飲welcome Drink,麻辣荔枝烏龍同茉莉花香橙蜜桃,一杯辣一杯唔辣,唔需要講,我一定係會鍾意辣嗰杯,尤其是前排咁濕嘅天氣,個人飲完即刻醒神晒。呢度嘅混醬非常之有誠意,不能錯過的當然還有只此一家的貢布胡椒。咁耐冇來依然保持前菜嘅水準,每一次我都食晒嘅泡菜同麻辣爆谷。先講朋友嘅湯底,佢哋叫咗傳統嘅川味麻辣湯鍋同貢布胡椒豬骨湯鍋,傳統嘅川辣味道當然係正,即刻諗起德哥。另外最IG嘅仲有呢個三十三香辣火焰醉雞鍋,倒入玫瑰露酒再點火,咁樣打邊爐嘅食法你又有冇試過?雞肉沾上了強勁嘅酒香,最好食嘅係鍋底裏面嘅蒟蒻,如果你夠膽食一嚿辣椒,爽翻天。我哋點嘅係酸菜魚湯鍋,感覺非常特別,味道同一般平時嘅酸菜魚唔同,酸度同辣度更加平衡,酸菜魚嘅魚塊另上,隨你自己鍾意煮得幾熟。除咗湯底係重點之外,當然唔可以錯過呢度嘅點心,但係由於叫得太多野,我哋只係試咗舊日我哋成大班人都最鍾意嘅胡椒餅。另外我特別推介佢嘅酒香丸系列,創意得來又好食,自家製就特別有誠意。由於個人太懶基本上全部都係有人發辦,好似牛拼盤乜都有最好,又有頸脊又有牛粒。最推薦當然還有松茸野菌福袋,呢個十分好食,咬落去全部都係香氣滿載嘅菌香。加上墨魚滑,珊瑚蚌仲有海鮮如台山蠔,蟶子王,仲有好多好適合打邊爐嘅響鈴萵筍干張等等,你見平時我都會講下打邊爐嘅材料,但係呢度嘅湯底寫嘅篇幅咁多就知道湯底好值得推介。好開心咁多人再聚,係人來人往嘅今日,呢啲情況好唔容易,或者應該更 continue reading

早兩星期終於可以夜晚出街食飯,好耐冇去打邊爐嘅我哋緊係要烚番場先啦。約咗去地方四正嘅川流食喱餐,放題點心就食過打邊爐唔知正唔正呢!坐底餐廳即刻送嚟兩樣免費嘅特飲,喱杯係麻辣荔枝烏龍入落去係烏龍茶味,隔一陣有啲啲辣喺喉嚨頂道滲出嚟好頂瘾。另一杯係茉莉花香橙蜜桃,喱杯好清新有初戀嘅感覺。第一次見喱個好似條橋嘅醬料架,入面擺咗好多種唔同嘅醬料,自己揀鍾意嘅好似生蒜、沙嗲醬、麻醬呢啲唔辣嘅就啱晒我。除咗醬料之外仲有四款餐食泡菜、麻辣爆谷、毛豆同埋花生好啱用嚟送酒。老婆大人每次嚟都要食喱道嘅家鄉煙燻臘肉胡椒餅,今日一試果然出色嗰朕胡椒香味真係好正。仲叫多兩樣涼菜食住等嗰鍋,蒜泥白肉用咗本地黑毛豚嚟整食落又幾鬼滑喎,蒜香汁甜甜香香唔會好辣我都食到。喱碟係自家製北川涼粉夏天食真係爽爆,麻辣汁都唔算勁辣我食面頭嗰啲都頂得順。大家都鍾意食雞整番個三十三香辣火焰醉雞鍋嘆吓先,嚟到嘅時候再倒入玫瑰露即刻成間房都香晒,如果唔想要玫瑰露其實仲有干邑、冧酒可以揀,喱隻醉雞好夠味仲好滑嘟嘟不過都幾辣好惹味。而打邊爐我哋揀咗個鴛鴦湯底酸菜魚鍋配真菌番茄豆腐濃湯鍋,真菌番茄豆腐濃湯鍋夠香甜淥菜同海鮮食就最正。酸菜魚鍋湯底味道係醇香嘅碟魚片都好新鮮,我哋仲叫多碟白鱔嚟食喱個鍋添。海鮮仲嗌咗大大隻蟶子皇輕輕一拖就食得,質地好鬼爽脆仲勁鮮甜冇嗌錯呀。松茸野菌福袋面頭會吸晒湯底嘅味道,所以放入菌番茄豆腐濃湯就最啱key喇。千張真係要食麻辣先對口,不過我唔辣得放酸菜魚鍋都唔錯。什丸拼盤入面有筋彈牙牛丸、芝士包心丸月同埋香菇貢丸,我就食咗筋彈牙牛丸掂喎勁有咬口仲好有牛味添。到牛迷最期待嘅時候嗌咗個牛魔王拼盤貪佢樣樣有啲,有A5和牛、雪花肥牛、手切牛肉同埋牛頸脊,咁多款嘅牛肉質素都相當唔錯我就最鍾意油花十足嘅A5和牛喇。飽肚嘢有韭菜豬肉餃同埋寬粉食完就飽晒勁滿足。最後先食菜雖然唔健康不過我覺得最好食,喱個什錦菜籃有好多種菜喺入面選擇多多好正㗎,食飽飽同老婆大人拍拖搭叮叮去中環轉車回家。川流電話:31266633地址:灣仔太和街28號灣仔薈賢居地舖 continue reading
