好掛住泰國的船麵,所以來到這間位於尖沙咀吃船麵的餐廳!餐牌上有多款不同味道的船麵,而且也有些新口味!頂級安格斯牛肉船湯金邊粉,牛肉是生牛肉,厚薄適中,牛肉味濃!除了牛肉,還有魚蛋和炸豬皮。魚蛋爽口,炸豬皮好脆卜卜,浸入船麵內吸收了湯的味道,十分惹味!而船湯味道甜甜地,沒有加辣,如果可以再濃味點會更正!湯底加入魚露、辣粉更惹味!金邊粉爽口,能夠掛湯,十分入味!芫茜山冬陰功湯金邊粉,這碗芫茜份量很多,推到成座山咁,這碗沒有特別的餸菜,但由於點了冬陰功湯底,所以會有蝦等冬陰功的配料。湯底不算是很辣,酸酸辣辣,十分開胃!由於有很多芫茜,所以湯底也有濃濃的芫茜味,喜歡芫茜的朋友一直會愛上。泰式小食拼盤,這款拼盤有炸雞翼、泰式炸蝦餅和芝士雲吞。雞翼都算juicy,雞肉燉滑。炸蝦餅彈牙,有蝦味,再配上酸辣醬食特別美味!而芝士雲吞雲吞皮炸到脆卜卜,好脆口!泰式青檸梳打特飲、泰式龍眼冰特飲,前者用上泰國牌子的樽裝梳打水,青檸味很濃,感覺很fresh又開胃!龍眼冰甜甜的很潤口,而且還有不少的龍眼肉,很足料! continue reading
