這間餐廳真係令人失望,尤其係佢哋嘅冬陰功湯底,完全冇靈魂。湯底冇料可以接受,冇辣已經係扣分,但最離譜係得個酸味,完全食唔出冬陰功應有嘅層次感。80幾蚊一碗麵,居然就係俾你一碟芫茜堆成山,然後配埋一舊廉價蟹柳、一隻蝦同一隻青口,完全唔值呢個價錢。啲海鮮冇鮮味之餘,仲有啲唔新鮮嘅感覺,食落真係有啲擔心。至於佢哋嘅船麵,湯底鹹到想即刻狂飲水,完全掩蓋晒其他食材嘅味道,仲唔夠熱,感覺好似晾咗一陣先端出嚟咁。整體嚟講,呢間餐廳既貴又唔好食,絕對唔值呢個價錢。無論你鐘唔鐘意泰國菜,都唔好中伏呀! continue reading

今天中午很想吃泰菜,即想起此間泰式小店。店內瀰漫著香茅、檸檬葉和辣椒的香氣。我點了碗冬陰功湯底的卜卜蜆金邊粉一碗熱騰騰的湯頭呈現出誘人的橙紅色,上面鋪滿了豐富的海鮮,包括卜卜蜆、大蝦和青口。冬陰功湯底的層次感非常豐富,香茅和檸檬葉的清香與辣椒的辛辣完美融合。金邊粉的口感彈牙,吸收了湯汁的精華。蜆肉鮮嫩多汁,大蝦彈牙爽口,青口飽滿鮮甜。食到最後才發現蜆的數目原來都幾有份量。我還點了一杯冰凍的泰式奶茶。這杯奶茶茶香濃郁,冰涼的口感中和了冬陰功湯底的辛辣。 continue reading

放工約了友人食飯,大家就腳之下到尖沙咀食,凍凍地想食粉麵,係IG見到有間泰濃麵幾正就試下,平日食飯時段7點幾都幾多人要排隊,等左10分鐘到有位。餐廳不論裝潢及格局都似港式,只係牆上掛有關於泰國船麵嘅相。餐牌。香茅班蘭梳打,$29,香茅味清新醒神,爽。頂級安格斯牛肉船麵,$94。都幾大碗,湯底味道香濃,微微的辛辣帶鮮甜,要了薯粉,口感煙韌又入味,內有牛肉、魚蛋、炸豬皮及蘿蔔等,份量十足,牛肉軟腍,炸豬皮脆口,十分豐富。泰式炸蝦餅,$49,有3件,口感香脆彈牙,醮上泰式辣醬酸甜辣好惹味。食物味道不俗,有機再戰。 continue reading
