呢間位於長洲嘅「是蛋」顧名思義,所有菜式都圍繞「蛋」呢個主角🥚!由前菜到甜品,全部都以蛋為核心元素,正所謂愈簡單愈難做得好,今次試咗幾款出品,食得好滿意~🍄 松露是蛋炒配煎薯餅($65)呢道菜一上枱就好香黑松露味,而且炒蛋好滑✨ 底部鋪滿煎至香脆的薯餅,望落去可能無乜特別,但煎到脆脆地,再配埋滑蛋,口感一流,仲有陣陣黑松露香,三重享受😆🍳 土製炸蛋($52,堂食限定)個個都推介呢款(雖然我覺得薯餅更好食😂)即叫即炸,上枱時熱辣辣,外層炸得金黃香脆,入面保留咗流心蛋黃的濃郁滑溜,一刀切開蛋黃慢慢流出🤤 配上香脆薯條,同茄汁一齊食,好熱氣,但好吸引!🌶️ 流心蛋煙肉泡菜意粉(期間限定 $98)第一眼望落以為好少,但好彩隻碟有啲深度😂 泡菜酸辣味配意粉本身已經知好食,而且呢度煙肉份量唔少,混合埋隻流心蛋,食落更滑溜😋 聽講卡邦尼都好好食,下次可以再試!🍮 是焦糖燉蛋($52,堂食限定)餐後甜品就揀咗焦糖燉蛋,係偏實嘅口感,絕對唔係食空氣😌 面層輕輕焦糖化,帶微苦焦糖香,內裏蛋味好重,味道唔會太甜,食完唔會覺得過膩💛 continue reading

呢間餐廳其實bookmark咗都好幾年,但好幾次泥到都係冇開門,今次難得泥到見到有開門!即刻就入咗去幫襯!但係期望愈大,失望愈大……今次同朋友一行二人,叫咗土製炸蛋、真卡邦尼意粉同埋黑松露炒蛋多士……1. 土製炸蛋原來係有啲免治豬肉包住一隻流心蛋一齊拎去炸,一切開睇落好似幾特別,隻蛋烚到呢個流心程度的確係出色嘅,但外面層豬肉就真係太特別嘅味道,一來覺得好咸,二來應該用咗啲香草去醃豬肉,香草味濃到有啲酸酸地,總之就係既特別又難忘嘅味道2. 真卡邦尼意粉呢碟意粉話係即煮,但泥到已經係凍晒,僅餘嘅蛋黃汁都聚晒喺底,店員有介紹話個汁係蛋黃做,冇加白汁,仲用咗豬面頰肉泥做嘅煙肉,仲會即場喺面前落少少芝士碎,一夾起已經感覺到乾噌噌,一入口除咗乾之外,仲要係冇味嘅,感覺怪怪地,食完第一啖已經唔想食3. 黑松露炒蛋多士呢件多士其實係意粉跟餐加25蚊(包多士同飲品),件多士泥到,賣相唔吸引到相都唔想影,size仲細過一包紙巾,完全同menu圖文不乎成餐最好食係炸蛋隔離嗰幾條薯條同埋飲品(可樂) continue reading

💡是溫泉蛋也是薯蓉 ($47) 🥔可愛小瓶既薯蓉, 表面有黑松露同溫泉蛋, 而底下就係自家制既薯蓉😋薯蓉撈勻蛋液同黑松露後, 再配搭麵包 -> 薯蓉非常順滑香口, 同焗好既麵包一硬一滑非常絕配!! 💡 真。卡邦尼意粉 ($85)🍝店員會幫你係意粉上即刨芝士🧀 -> 意粉硬度適中, 而且同香濃既蛋液融為一體,  再加上咸香既豬面頰肉, 味道較加突出, 不愧係招牌意粉之一!!(意粉要趁熱食, 唔係蛋液會凝固喔<)💕食物相當有驚喜同質素, 而且價錢適中, 入到長洲除咗掃小食之外, 依間餐廳一定必試👍🏻🔻可惜店鋪座位較少, 需要排隊, 而且中午3點就會關門, 要一嚐蛋滋味既朋友一定要睇住時間呀~👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼👬 continue reading
