年衫四去左長洲今晚食既是蛋係長洲都算有d名氣比較有名既係可以食到正宗既卡邦尼意粉亦都仲有好多蛋類料理仲要係黃店出發前幾日係whatsapp book檯佢就話有兩個時間可以揀五點半同七點咁如果食到八點幾再番出去就有d夜所以book左五點半但趕頭趕命去到佢門口就仲係落緊閘就過去格離舖食個糯米滋再番去終於開左了入面真係得十個位左右所以真係要book定咁我地就坐左係最入面果張二人檯叫做唔洗同其他人搭檯地方細細叫做有少量裝飾主餐牌只得一頁期間限定菜式飲品因為話晒都主題餐廳所以我就全部都揀晒蛋料理先上係前菜松露炒蛋下面係巨大塊薯餅松露味幾出炒蛋亦都幾滑薯餅就正正常常下一道係是蛋名物土製炸強即係蘇格蘭炸蛋配埋薯條今餐真係熱氣之選切開入面流心度岩岩好隻蛋亦都唔會甩皮甩骨我覺都算唔錯因為都飽飽地只係叫左一份主菜就係最期待真卡邦尼上檯仲係面前刨芝士小店都有呢種心機都真係幾好顏色望落就好靚又用上豬面肉無落奶該個好正宗既卡邦尼不過食落就唔算好夠味同高級餐廳仲有些少距離最後仲有甜品是焦糖燉蛋個面就唔係燒到好焦筆落去仲有少少蓉既質感同一般有些少分別幾特別叫左四樣野埋單加埋二百五左右唔洗加一就真係唔算貴一個正宗意粉都係八十蚊左右就真係算抵食小店雖然只有兩個人但服務唔差係長洲有呢個質素應該算好唔錯不過座位真係偏少要有搭檯既準備亦都因為佢夜晚做兩輪所以都叫做有75分鐘既限時不過我地都差唔多只係食左一個鐘就出番黎就黎七點已經成條街都黑晒而出面又有客仔係度等緊生意應該算唔錯 continue reading

長洲除左大魚蛋,海鮮有名之外,好多小店都相當有特色,好似呢間是蛋咁,店鋪名改得趣怪,令人難忘。小店坐位唔多,繁忙時間應該都要等下位咁,好在我哋來既時間無乜人,可以直入。坐低望下餐牌見到餐牌都係西式為主,我哋打算食下小食咁留肚周圍食,就叫左個土製炸蛋,同松露是蛋炒配煎薯餅。土製炸蛋係用豬肉碎包住流心蛋,然後用炸粉包住炸,外型一個波咁,切開蛋黃就會流出來,配上豬肉碎食相當有趣。另一味炒蛋加左黑松露來炒,又滑又香,下面既薯餅係用切成條既薯仔整成,脆口得來又有薯條感覺,值得一試! continue reading

小店位置長洲大街後一條街,都容易搵。😋我們點了野菌意大利飯,櫻花蝦煙三文魚忌廉汁蝴蝶粉,黑松露炒蛋多士。飲品方面是青檸梳打和凍檸茶。小店於平日星期一至五午市提供意粉飯午餐,任何意粉飯+$25可以於細黑醋沙律和黑松露炒蛋多士中二選一,並跟餐飲品一杯。黑松露炒蛋多士炒蛋嫩滑,入口重黑松露味,跟餐來說頗大份的,跟朋友一開二分享了。青檸梳打和凍檸茶青檸梳打帶微酸,酸酸點點很開胃;凍檸茶紅茶底濃,不會很淡,不會只得死甜。野菌意大利飯 $89野菌香氣十足,意大利飯相當飽滿,吸收了菇菌的鮮味;上面加了芝士碎,令味道升華。櫻花蝦煙三文魚忌廉汁蝴蝶粉 $90櫻花蝦炒得香口,煙三文魚份量慷慨,蝴蝶粉被濃稠的忌廉汁包裹,相當入味。 continue reading
