我哋今日嚟到嗰陣被安排上1樓,但係嗰度啲位超迫,枱貼枱,又冇隔板,所以我哋要求坐返樓下,可惜樓下嗰個位就近廁所,勁大浸煙味,我哋問過侍應,佢仲好嬲話俾我地聽冇人食煙,其實就係一個二個職員走入廁所食煙,一開門啲煙味就吹晒出嚟,我哋唔好意思已經坐低咗,唯有照嗌嘢食,嗱嗱聲食完嗱嗱聲走,我哋嗌咗一個胡椒豬肚湯,鹹咗少少,同埋冇乜料,另外叫咗一個豉汁蒸鱔,幾好味,但係$168有少少貴,再嗌咗潮州蠔烙,做得唔錯,再加左一疊沙嗲牛肉炒芥蘭牛肉,係林因為乸過,但係芥蘭嘅份量就好少 continue reading

聽聞此間老字號許久,終於能到此一嚐美食,甚為高興。進入餐廳時,餐廳的職員友善、服務態度100分,全程顧及食客的需要,以及上菜迅速。可是,或許是我許久沒有吃潮州菜式,期望有些過高,所以食物的味道好似並不如我想像之中的好好好吃。但是也屬於好吃之中。我叫了馬友、春菜煲、粉絲蒸九肚魚、筍粿、綠豆爽、鹵水拼盤。其中,以鹵水鵝片、鵝腸、墨魚和豆腐最為推薦,味道恰好又入味。如有下次,我亦會到此餐廳,不過要先把期望降低,才能品嚐真正的味道。 continue reading

屋企人生日,適逢要去西環買嘢,就特登嚟尚興食潮州嘢。早咗少少嚟,雖然要分枱坐,都可以坐埋喺附近。叫咗雞紅、鵝片拼鵝腸、糖醋麵、芋頭炒飯、炸大腸。全部食物都好好味,雞紅好入味好滑。鵝片拼鵝腸有驚喜,就係啲豆腐好滑。芋頭炒飯啲蝦米好香,芋頭好,啲鹹肉好惹味。炸大腸的色澤唔係好靚,不過家人講得啱,出邊好靚嗰啲炸大腸嘅色,應該係有一啲色素。糖醋麵有水準,煎得香脆。最期待係個甜品,雖然冇清心丸,但係啲綠豆好爽。侍應仲介紹我哋落少少金橘檸檬,我就麻麻哋,不過家人都好喜歡。值得一題嘅係所有侍應嘅服務都好殷勤同埋親切,知道我哋係分枱坐,會提供多隻碟俾我哋分數,有啲仲幫我哋分埋。中間不斷加茶,又教我哋點樣食嗰個甜品。然後偷聽到隔離對食物質素有意見,一個好似老闆嘅人出咗嚟試味同埋解釋,仲不斷同對方講唔好意思,仲檢討返個問題,誠意可嘉。 continue reading

終於試到一間適合爸爸口味的潮州菜,價錢亦都比較相宜,而且服務態度好好,好有人情味。去食潮州菜一定會有功夫茶, 呢一間嘅功夫茶我覺得比較mild 唔會太削胃先來嘅蠔仔粥我哋係比較欣賞跟住嘅鵝片滷水豆腐我同爸爸都覺得味道唔錯菜方面我哋揀咗潮州白菜,爸爸話其實係黃芽白本來我哋最期待就係梅子蒸白鱔不過梅子落得太多我哋覺得有啲過鹹過嚟酸最後嘅綠豆爽我爸爸覺得佢煲得唔錯整體上我哋都幾鍾意呢一間舖頭, 值得為此記錄一下有機會再嚟幫襯 continue reading

呢間老字號,小時候已跟家人嚟過,相隔N年之後,竟然有機會同朋友再嚟過,期待!功夫茶 潮州菜飯前飯後必備嘅,先來一杯潮州滷水鵝 $138食潮州菜必點嘅,肉質腍,滷得入味潮州蠔仔粥 $90蠔仔每粒都好飽滿,加埋肉碎及莞茜,好鮮味,我哋5個人,每人都分到2~3碗沙茶牛肉 $88 店員叔叔推介嘅,沙茶牛肉炒菜芯正好中和沙茶醬的濃味,兩者相得益彰梅子蒸白鱔 $138白鳝肉质爽口,加上有梅子丶蒜蓉同埋少少紅椒味道, 令魚的味道更加鮮味。秘製潮式雞紅 $70第一次食雞紅,原來雞紅味道上較豬紅滑,血腥味亦較少,鐵質卻比豬紅高,幾特別。綠豆爽 本來想點個反沙芋,可惜賣哂…飯後送上綠豆爽,唔算好甜,開邊綠豆腍而不爛,有咬口,最後再來多杯功夫茶作結。 continue reading
