當日係女兒生日,囡話係母親受難日,所以個女話帶我去食海鮮。事前故作神秘沒講黎哩度吃,總之話好貴。6:00 到達海傍,先坐駁船去避風塘,大約1分鐘到達,然後每枱一架小船,可能當日係黃雨,個天黑得好快,間中有風吹到架船好搖,小船內沒有冷氣有兩把封晒塵的風扇,場內頗為焗促。講返食物,我地3人,套餐有灼蝦,避風塘炒蟹,炒蜆,蒸勝子,蟹油炒面,螺(忘記影相),外加一個蝦腐皮卷(好似$15X一碟)。份量小不得只 ,味道都係麻麻地,蟹有小小"梅",蜆好細隻,有小小凍凍地唔覺得佢哋喺現場到煮,似係煮好之後先係架船到回鑊但炒得唔夠。蝦腐皮卷應該係買現製品再翻炸的。唯一好食竟然係碟油菜。哩餐埋單大約$1500,事後先知原來要加二服務,完全不值咁KE 價。唯一係體驗一下漁船上吃飯的風味,不過No More Next Time。就算有外國朋友來也不會帶佢地黎,去西貢或屯門食應該都好過哩度。

有朋友嚟香港,諗住帶佢哋試啲新嘢。見到避風塘好似幾新鮮,想帶佢哋體驗一下。一開始駁船,揸船嗰位阿叔已經好冇禮貌,呼呼喝喝。去到坐低之後,一開始上基圍蝦,我哋八個人得兩碟辣椒豉油,問個阿姐可唔可以比多兩碟,佢黑面話淨係可以比多一碟。都算啦,之後所有嘢食都係凍哂,完全唔覺得佢哋喺現場都煮,好似出去食外賣咁樣。我哋已經6:30到,對佢6:00pm開始已經算早。都唔知係咪一早煮好之後慢慢上菜。雖然菜單大部份都係套餐,但係完全覺得冇心機,上菜阿姐禮貌又麻麻地。去完之後覺得自己好戇居,用咁嘅價錢食到一啲咁差嘅食物。唯一好處就係可以影下相,不過完全諗唔到有任何原因要去多一次。😤平時都未試過打食評,但係今次太嬲所以一定要打,希望唔好咁多人好似我咁失望。

食物一般,炒肉蟹比較出色,但係有幾可會去船上邊食晚飯,適逢就嚟聖誕節沿岸有好多聖誕燈飾,望住個海同好朋友吹吓水敘舊係好chill好過癮嘅體驗,值得一試!姐姐喺船頭逐隻逐隻船跨過將d餸送到去唔同船都幾特別,每經過一次船身都會搖晃,有時都幾暈😂不過都係一個有趣嘅體驗~夏天應該會幾熱,開始入秋呢段時間嚟係一個唔錯嘅選擇!

睇咗YouTube 介紹,銅鑼灣避風塘有間海鮮飯店睇咗評價都幾好,WhatsApp俾佢哋預留咗日期時間,都要預先落埋單喺銅鑼灣避風塘天橋底度,有架艇仔會接客上海中心嘅船排開餐天公做美,雖然今日有些少雨,上船嘅時候已經停雨。搭艇仔上細艇度食嘢,有種懷舊風味諗住上船,會有靚景可以睇吓誰不知,上到船係冇景觀可言的😅😅😅算啦,叫做體驗吓接駁船仔嘅視角睇出去係咁嘅樣而上到船係除咗搖吓搖吓係冇咩特別,怕暈嘅人唔好去食,唯有期待啲餸係好食啦😅😅😅今次我哋4個大人,同一個小朋友食飯叫咗個4人套餐同兩碗瀨粉,事先叫埋兩碗白飯入面枱面放咗紙巾、醬汁,同旁邊掛住咗包飲管,船內面空間夠6-8個人坐,有個廁所仔要留意返兩邊人數重量,會側埋一邊(啲餸都好危)如果要嘢飲、手套嗰啲就要提早自備啦上菜時,姐姐會走過一架架船,將餸菜送上枱基圍蝦,白灼都好鮮甜,蝦頭有膏,好食東風螺都係白灼,點少少汁都好食蟶子呢個蒜蓉汁係好味,可以撈飯,蟶子大大隻好咬,冇沙蟹係用一堆爆蒜炒出嚟好味,估係一隻半蟹份量菜都鮮甜好味嘅,份量就少咗啲最後係蟹油炒麵,幾好味叉燒同鴨瀨,正常發揮船上食嘢有限時,8點去食,嘢食唔係上得好快,9點45分左右

而上到船係除咗搖吓搖吓係冇咩特別,怕暈嘅人唔好去食,唯有期待啲餸係好食啦😅😅😅

今次我哋4個大人,同一個小朋友食飯
叫咗個4人套餐同兩碗瀨粉,事先叫埋兩碗白飯

入面枱面放咗紙巾、醬汁,同旁邊掛住咗包飲管,船內面空間夠6-8個人坐,有個廁所仔

要留意返兩邊人數重量,會側埋一邊(啲餸都好危)

如果要嘢飲、手套嗰啲就要提早自備啦

唔建議任何慶祝活動喺呢度搞😅😅觀感好差

總結:
要景觀冇景觀,嘢食係好味,未至於要俾咁嘅價錢上船食

一直都好想試吓避風塘出海喺艇仔上面食海鮮,朋友生日咁啱佢話想食海鮮就上網搵到依間餐廳會分6-8pm同埋8-10pm嘅時段,而我哋就book咗8-10pm既時段,餐廳會預先安排約客人8點喺指定地方等候艇仔接送到用餐既艇,用餐嘅艇大概有5-6架由於訂位時會預先提供餐牌給食客依人數訂餐,所以上船後只要等食便可以了。另外,飲品可自己攜帶不會另作收費,餐廳上都有供應但價錢比較貴我地訂左一個二人餐炒蜆同蒸蟶子都蒸過龍,口感偏韌避風塘炒蟹同炒麵都炒過火,炸蒜會有焦燶味,而炒麵都係會有焦燶嘅味道其實仲有烚蝦,叫做最正常,因為冇乜技術可言服務:正常環境:可以邊食邊欣賞維港夜景,但船上設施比較簡陋,洗手間冇燈總括:真係純粹體驗一次便夠,主要係食風味

炒蜆同蒸蟶子都蒸過龍,口感偏韌
避風塘炒蟹同炒麵都炒過火,炸蒜會有焦燶味,而炒麵都係會有焦燶嘅味道
其實仲有烚蝦,叫做最正常,因為冇乜技術可言

環境:可以邊食邊欣賞維港夜景,但船上設施比較簡陋,洗手間冇燈

總括:真係純粹體驗一次便夠,主要係食風味

同大家分享一下第一次到避風塘食飯體驗。講咗好耐,終於訂了唯一一間在銅鑼灣避風塘的信記食海鮮。一開始我哋係WhatsApp 溝通,用餐分兩個時間,6時和8時,確認了日子和人數之後,佢哋會給你不同人數的餐單和單點選擇,還有給你上船位置的指示和地圖,約好去到就可以打電話叫船家接我哋到用餐處,去到眼見一共有六首船(六張枱)連在一起,不過大家要預咗要一邊食一邊浮下浮下😂。講返食物,我哋係五人餐,有手撕雞、白灼蝦、東風螺丶炒蜆、時菜丶蒸蟶子、避風塘炒蟹、炒麵和另加的香炸花姿腐皮卷,其實樣樣味道都不錯,不過除了避風塘炒蟹之外,其他的都是非常普通的海鮮,感覺有點貴,所以大家不要主力放在食物上,感受下避風塘的環境,和在船上用餐的體驗,那會好一些😅,而且感覺避風塘也比以前乾淨得多,船家也有善。總括來說,如果未去過避風塘的話,可以一試,都是一個幾特別的體驗。

總括來說,如果未去過避風塘的話,可以一試,都是一個幾特別的體驗。

可能你心諗,白勺你都講?但我想講!之前我同屋企人去流浮山食海鮮,食過基圍蝦,真係又細又唔係特別大隻(帶番頭盔先,可能咁岩我個次水準唔好),但今次我想講,勁大隻,隻隻都啖啖肉,唔係個d死蝦,無梅肉👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻坦白講,食嘢如果太多味精,係食唔到間嘢有冇料,相反愈簡單嘅嘢,愈難做到。都試過好多出面嘅海鮮,好多白勺蝦都會撈埋d梅蝦落去買,但呢間,我同朋友咁好彩都無事啦下(帶頭盔)

呢碟手撕雞,可能你哋會覺得白雪雪、但我想講,佢無辣係到!但一D雪藏味都無!可能你哋會話「某某手撕雞專門店都有得食啦」但我話你知,你試下叫佢哋嘅原味、唔要辣。佢哋個陣雪藏味真係搞唔掂!但呢間,佢一d辣都無。但佢仍然好好食。有料呢隻雞😎

粒粒蜆肉!係粒粒!都係無沙!同埋係開哂口!呢個係最值得一讚!試過出面食,唔係未吐沙,就未開口.....但呢個我覺得辣咗少少🥲🥲不過又辣得好過癮,雖然佢細粒,但隻隻都係有肉痴住個殼,唔會係個d呃人放假殼既鋪頭😂👀


其實呢間信記我係睇完一個YouTuber寵女友系列,所以去試😂😂😂😂但的確係好食😋我覺我價錢係食海鮮嚟講唔算差真係😍仲要講緊個環境舒服,我係有少少潔癖嘅人,但我都覺得算係咁,起碼地下無牙籤呀、蝦殼呀呢d,乾淨地板👍🏻姨姨都好fun、會同我哋玩,講下笑。呢d就真係食到人情味👀
