避風塘炒蟹同炒麵都炒過火,炸蒜會有焦燶味,而炒麵都係會有焦燶嘅味道
其實仲有烚蝦,叫做最正常,因為冇乜技術可言

環境:可以邊食邊欣賞維港夜景,但船上設施比較簡陋,洗手間冇燈

總括:真係純粹體驗一次便夠,主要係食風味

同大家分享一下第一次到避風塘食飯體驗。講咗好耐,終於訂了唯一一間在銅鑼灣避風塘的信記食海鮮。一開始我哋係WhatsApp 溝通,用餐分兩個時間,6時和8時,確認了日子和人數之後,佢哋會給你不同人數的餐單和單點選擇,還有給你上船位置的指示和地圖,約好去到就可以打電話叫船家接我哋到用餐處,去到眼見一共有六首船(六張枱)連在一起,不過大家要預咗要一邊食一邊浮下浮下😂。講返食物,我哋係五人餐,有手撕雞、白灼蝦、東風螺丶炒蜆、時菜丶蒸蟶子、避風塘炒蟹、炒麵和另加的香炸花姿腐皮卷,其實樣樣味道都不錯,不過除了避風塘炒蟹之外,其他的都是非常普通的海鮮,感覺有點貴,所以大家不要主力放在食物上,感受下避風塘的環境,和在船上用餐的體驗,那會好一些😅,而且感覺避風塘也比以前乾淨得多,船家也有善。總括來說,如果未去過避風塘的話,可以一試,都是一個幾特別的體驗。

可能你心諗,白勺你都講?但我想講!之前我同屋企人去流浮山食海鮮,食過基圍蝦,真係又細又唔係特別大隻(帶番頭盔先,可能咁岩我個次水準唔好),但今次我想講,勁大隻,隻隻都啖啖肉,唔係個d死蝦,無梅肉👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻坦白講,食嘢如果太多味精,係食唔到間嘢有冇料,相反愈簡單嘅嘢,愈難做到。都試過好多出面嘅海鮮,好多白勺蝦都會撈埋d梅蝦落去買,但呢間,我同朋友咁好彩都無事啦下(帶頭盔)

粒粒蜆肉!係粒粒!都係無沙!同埋係開哂口!呢個係最值得一讚!試過出面食,唔係未吐沙,就未開口.....但呢個我覺得辣咗少少🥲🥲不過又辣得好過癮,雖然佢細粒,但隻隻都係有肉痴住個殼,唔會係個d呃人放假殼既鋪頭😂👀


其實呢間信記我係睇完一個YouTuber寵女友系列,所以去試😂😂😂😂但的確係好食😋我覺我價錢係食海鮮嚟講唔算差真係😍仲要講緊個環境舒服,我係有少少潔癖嘅人,但我都覺得算係咁,起碼地下無牙籤呀、蝦殼呀呢d,乾淨地板👍🏻姨姨都好fun、會同我哋玩,講下笑。呢d就真係食到人情味👀

用膳的地方是幾隻艇仔連駁在一起 ,減低搖晃的程度。之前是點了個8人用餐,因為7個人,所以店家收少了200元。

總括來說在艇上用餐是一大特色, 用餐的同時可以觀賞到中環和尖沙咀的夜景 ,食物的味道都算是中等;但有利亦有弊,亦因為在隻小小艇上用膳,環境就顯得狹窄,如厠就更加便了。

兩小時嘅食飯時間,我地大家都覺得去咗一個小旅行咁!香港已淨返一間呢啲水上嘅餐廳!一早book訂預訂幾人餐,仲有特別嘅海鮮想食嘅要預語!除咗覺得好得意,仲估唔到個景可以咁靚咁地道!所以短短嘅時間都食得好開心,我地嗰個係6人餐,聖子好大隻,避風塘炒蟹好香,蝦🦐呀全部海鮮基本上好新鮮,但我地好欣賞佢招牌蟹油炒麵真係無得輸!話唔飲唔飲飲左3枝❤️我會繼續發掘多啲特別地方食飯!5人叫6人餐都只係hkd475真係抵到爛❤️

兩小時嘅食飯時間,我地大家都覺得去咗一個小旅行咁!香港已淨返一間呢啲水上嘅餐廳!一早book訂預訂幾人餐,仲有特別嘅海鮮想食嘅要預語!除咗覺得好得意,仲估唔到個景可以咁靚咁地道!所以短短嘅時間都食得好開心,我地嗰個係6人餐,聖子好大隻,避風塘炒蟹好香,蝦🦐呀全部海鮮基本上好新鮮,但我地好欣賞佢招牌蟹油炒麵真係無得輸!話唔飲唔飲飲左3枝❤️我會繼續發掘多啲特別地方食飯!5人叫6人餐都只係hkd475真係抵到爛❤️

每組客人自己一隻艇,有點包廳感覺,一列排開好似五至六隻。坐定後是需要掃安心出行的,正規餐廳。上到餐廳船其實並不熱,當晚有點大風,因為在“避風塘”內吧,船身很穩。

吃完後老闆娘幫忙快手叫船接我們,因為天文台預告大雨快殺到,風變得很大,怕下雨時我們上落不方便,很貼心。兩個人吃了九道菜,道道精彩,過程很新奇,夏天日長,用餐地點看著天空慢慢暗下來很舒,托朋友的福能做一回遊客,確實舒心,推介。
