之前睇cotton啲片,見到佢地去食,所以6月頭去咗試!睇openrice啲評價好壞參半,所以想平反少少。我地食8點嗰轉,嗌咗2人餐,啲蝦俾我想像中彈牙,嚟到仲係熱辣辣,之後炒蜆同蟹都食得出係新鮮。只係個炒麵乾咗少少之外,其他全部都好好食,俾想像中好。本身諗住佢呢個價錢都係食個景,但啲野食都同樣高質。見啲人cm話服務態度差,自問真係唔覺,全部姐姐都好nice,佢地見我俾咁俾蚊咬,都主動拎咗支蚊怕水俾我。揸艇個uncle都好nice,因為我唔食辣,問佢攞多一碟豉油佢都冇西面,好好態度。佢見我哋掛住影相,都同我地講啲蟶子凍咗就唔好食㗎啦! continue reading

當日係女兒生日,囡話係母親受難日,所以個女話帶我去食海鮮。事前故作神秘沒講黎哩度吃,總之話好貴。6:00 到達海傍,先坐駁船去避風塘,大約1分鐘到達,然後每枱一架小船,可能當日係黃雨,個天黑得好快,間中有風吹到架船好搖,小船內沒有冷氣有兩把封晒塵的風扇,場內頗為焗促。講返食物,我地3人,套餐有灼蝦,避風塘炒蟹,炒蜆,蒸勝子,蟹油炒面,螺(忘記影相),外加一個蝦腐皮卷(好似$15X一碟)。份量小不得只 ,味道都係麻麻地,蟹有小小"梅",蜆好細隻,有小小凍凍地唔覺得佢哋喺現場到煮,似係煮好之後先係架船到回鑊但炒得唔夠。蝦腐皮卷應該係買現製品再翻炸的。唯一好食竟然係碟油菜。哩餐埋單大約$1500,事後先知原來要加二服務,完全不值咁KE 價。唯一係體驗一下漁船上吃飯的風味,不過No More Next Time。就算有外國朋友來也不會帶佢地黎,去西貢或屯門食應該都好過哩度。 continue reading

今次來到這間有啲老香港feel嘅食肆,食到一啲懷舊味道,真係有一種回到童年嘅感覺。首先,啲食物賣相已經贏晒,好似招牌菜避風塘炒蟹,啲蟹肉飽滿,脫殼後彈牙嘅肉質夾埋那香辣醬汁,一口咬落去,哇塞😋!簡直係瞬間爆炸嘅口感,啲香味喺口腔四溢。又試咗個炸兩,外皮炸到香脆,入口即溶,豬腸粉滑嘅不得了,咸香豬肉靚絕!真係會令你一試愛上,無啦啦就掃咗三件。飲料方面就點咗樽凍檸茶,解渴又消脂,喺大快朵頤之餘,提提神仲可以解解膩。食物之外,嘅服務態度都幾有親切感,員工做事麻利,面帶微笑,真係令人加分。有種好似去咗親戚屋企食飯嘅溫馨。整體黎講,呢個飯局,從味道到氣氛,都係正宗香港style,平民都玩得起嘅樂趣。插班生都很容易融入。至於會唔會再黎?答案係必須嘅啦!👍🏼🍽️🚤 continue reading

第一次在艇上吃海鮮🦐🐟🐚6:00pm準時到達銅鑼灣避風塘,就可以致電店家駛小艇到小碼頭,接我哋去「水上大排檔」😃沿途還可以欣賞下避風塘日落🌇海鮮好夠鮮味😋好夠鑊氣🔥尤其避風塘炒肉蟹🦀更加是必點之選😙用上大量蒜粒、香茅、豆豉、乾葱及辣椒等調味料,香味十足🤤從小都吃不少避風塘的料理,但這樣坐在避風塘的船上🛥️吃避風塘炒肉蟹還是第一次,感覺特別有風味😁最後,在艇上當然要吃碗艇仔粥😜用料非常豐富,有鮮蝦、魷魚、還有飽片,味道夠晒鮮味🤤回程在艇上還可以欣賞中環夜景🌃很好的海上用餐體驗🤗 continue reading

從來絕對唔會寫食評,今次真係忍唔到。信記。第一次忍唔住要寫小時候都冇去過呢個地方,諗住帶埋一家人去食吓佢嘅風味。套餐真係唔平,食物真係差到爆二千幾蚊食嘅海鮮份量又少,豉椒炒蜆得個甜味,大部份食物都係凍嘅,份量少味道好唔緊要,但係份量少味道又差。真係好似喺出面買返嚟。咁嘅水準極度失望我出去鵝頸橋底炒蟹嘅地方仲好食過佢。屋企人極度不滿,唯有係咁講唔好預佢好食,淨係食風味,淨係食佢風味,係咁同自己洗腦,唔好令自己咁難受,總之一定唔會再去 continue reading
