今天我地去花展影花, 最初長老爸爸話帶我去食客家菜, 不過唔知係唔其中一個展覽是廣東省(順德)製作, 所以他突改變主意:“帶您食順德煎釀三寶,好好食的,好大件㗎。”我懷著期待嘅心情,一步一步上樓梯, 到達後看到的第一感覺就是好似返左去小時候去飲茶的地方,裝修簡陋, 侍應生叫我地坐那張枱,坐在路口邊,好不舒服水壺嘴是崩的長老爸爸先點順德煎釀三寶,不過找遍菜單也找不到炒飯或粉麵, 於是找來侍應生問, 她說咩都有,就是無價錢牌給我們睇, 最終我地點了楊洲炒飯,正想叫埋順德污糟雞時, 侍應生竟然說不是您想的那種包住蒸的雞,只是一般蒸雞而已,因此我地打消叫污糟雞的念頭咁長老爸爸說若果唔夠之後再點菜啦!嘩!真的好大碟, 不過唔知味道如何呢?順德炸釀三寶有:釀辣椒、釀茄子、釀豆腐釀辣椒:有辣,有唔辣,辣的青椒辣到流眼淚;唔辣的同街邊那些差不多釀茄子:舊式做法, 用上兩舊茄子夾著魚肉, 茄子煎得外脆內軟, 一口咬落去差點燙到嘴釀豆腐:炸到外面像炸魚蛋, 豆腐只得薄薄一塊, 一段手指關節咁長的魚肉, 豆腐炸得外脆魚肉份量的確大,不過魚肉質感同街邊的魚肉口感一樣,但價錢就貴好多啦!楊洲炒飯:材料有生菜絲, 蝦, 叉燒粒, 葱, 蛋,充滿懷舊味道,還可以發現舊時的燶蛋燶飯😅我地還想點野食, 不過侍應生實在太勤啦!一見食完就收我地碗筷,哈哈!咁唯有埋單啦!茶芥加小食都收左24蚊,還未加一, 這餐真的是一餐很貴的懷舊菜 continue reading

一行二十幾人親戚去慶祝外公生日之前試過幾次這間餐廳大件夾抵食十人一席每席約1700 蚊食左煎釀三寶冬瓜盅咕嚕蝦球蒸筍殼魚黑椒牛仔骨炒面醬唐山菜霸王雞排骨蒸陳村粉因為來過幾次沒有特別拍照食物分面煎釀三寶必推豆腐,茄子和青椒味道香口當然有人會覺得街邊小食( 十蚊十件)不能上大枱但這兒都鯪魚肉真係彈好多再推蒸筍殼魚十五蚊一兩一條兩斤重其實海鮮真係有d 貴但咁大條魚蒸出黎完全唔老好滑係有功架的咕嚕蝦球都好好味老百姓的菜但好脆蝦又彈牙應該係新鮮蝦整體黎講每道餸份量好足大家都好滿足味道有點偏咸 continue reading

是晚與快回加拿大的舅父餞行,舅父說將很懷念中式海鮮,所以我們也自帶了從灣仔街市買來的海鮮,拜託了順德漁鮮酒家的老闆娘煮成。蟶子用上粉絲蒜蓉蔥花蒸法,完美突顯蟶子的鮮味,食一隻點夠喉?鮑魚也很肥美,新鮮十足只需要簡單的豉油熟油調味就足夠了。油切雞沒有冰鮮味,雞油滲香。最要推薦的是酒家的煎釀三寶,首先留意到的必定它巨型的份量。其次是拳頭一樣大的鲮魚球,整粒都是實心的滿滿鲮魚肉~仲有茄子條開邊內釀著炸鹽香的豆腐,一不小心真的會吃到停不了口。清蒸海蝦甜酸排骨 continue reading

点了鱼,三宝和菜,就觉得顺德煎酿三宝还蛮好吃的。服务费10%但是有点不平衡,最后一道菜差点忘了上。出名的炒鲜奶和虾伊面没点,没有扇贝,没有生蚝,反正我不是很开心…… continue reading

炸野係好熱氣,冒住生瘡既危險,都係要趁熱食😁椒鹽夠咸,炸皮夠薄,豆腐夠滑,尺寸適中,份量夠多🤓講完,開動 🙌🏻🙌🏻咩叫正宗,唔洗多諗。正宗就係眼前👉🏻👉🏻煎釀三寶山👈🏻👈🏻咬到係鯪魚既真心,而唔係味精同鷹栗粉既虛情假意。有3吋茄子做配角,一磚過既豆腐做佈景,蒸魚豉油做武指,正宗就練成😡😡😡 不過你無十個人千祈唔好亂咁挑戰,如果唔係,你就要犧牲第二日既午餐,或者係晚餐,同佢作戰多一次,甚至更多次。 continue reading
