我同老公太喜歡食乳鴿,每隔一段時間都會去大圍食乳鴿。食乳鴿最出名的兩間酒家(楓林及萃華)都在大圍,仲要在同一條街。兩間都食過,比較喜歡前者,因為價錢比較平一點點及小菜水準較高。至於乳鴿,兩間都好味。今晚突然興起想食乳鴿,老公立即BOOK 位,楓林已Full,萃華依然有位。去到門口,去楓林博一博,依然無位。唯有去萃華。先看Menu,乳鴿又加價 ~要$90。每次到訪都加價,已經麻木了。其他小菜都不便宜,好似蝦仁炒蛋都要 $140。到來的目的都是為了乳鴒,所以叫一個普通小菜便算。紅燒乳鴿 $90招牌菜,每次同老公一人一隻,要原隻上 !! 原隻上係最好味,因為肉汁先可保留。送上後,首先撕了個頭,再撕開隻脾, 嘩!! d肉汁及油就"吧吧"聲漏出黎, 好juicy啊!! 咬落皮脆肉嫩,一d都唔肥,鹹味調得剛好,不用再加椒鹽或豉油,都好夠味。乳鴿的肝及腎都有跟,但腎的數量比肝多。肝及腎都是凍的, 沒有翻熱,而且韌。D蝦片好脆好味。蘿白牛腩 $128嘩!! 好咸.....咸到食唔到。牛腩唔太淋,但都可以咬開。牛筋有太肥膏連住。蘿白夠淋,可惜個汁太咸,咸味入洒蘿白,咸!炸饅頭 (6只) $30熱辣辣,金黃色的賣相十分吸引。炸得好脆,外脆內軟。細細個, 容易入口。配鍊奶食特別好食!!豆腐花送的。豆腐花好滑,有糖漿或黃糖。正!總結: 內部環境 - 傳統中式酒家服務 - 老牌酒家的服務態度價錢 - 高級中菜廳/酒店消費食物 - 普通中式酒家質素 continue reading

萃華除了羽鴿出名這裏的小菜也很不錯!這裏的龍蝦伊麪十分有水準 龍蝦新鮮彈牙,有龍蝦味很多酒家做龍蝦伊麪一係不夠汁一係伊麫不新鮮重油味所以會覚得很肥膩但這個伊麪不但新鮮冇油味 口感還QQ值得一讚!清清淡淡點個上湯魚肚浸勝瓜魚肚不會有陣腥味有鮮甜魚味瓜亦不會煮得太老口感清新加多個海參補番 d 骨膠原 continue reading

朋友介紹話此店的家常小菜好ok, 於是帶外地回來的哥哥一家去試試一入店首先來招呼的樓面女士不友善, 態度敷衍, 笑貌欠奉, 一副趕客LOOK 已令我們掃興至極.8道菜: 乳鴿 - 質素普通, 跟樓下大排檔水準差不多, 但價錢當然貴好多!蒸邊蝦 -全部是小蝦 ,買相欠奉 ,淡而無味, 不合格鴨掌 - 鴨掌竟用鴨翼代替, 問侍應, 回覆 「鴨掌翼嗎 !」 既然如此, 為何餐牌不寫明是 「鴨翼」呢? 如此推輛, 鷄翼是否等同鷄翼尖呢 ?其他家常小菜 - 菜遠牛肉、東江豆腐煲……..細碟之外, 水準 ?? 不提也吧 !! 6人埋單$1403, 價錢與品質絕不相稱 !!!「貴」已預左, 但物非所值, 食物冇質素,冇服務,食完一肚氣,絕對冇下次.早知去大圍大牌檔好過! continue reading

見到萃華酒家D食評唔錯,所以特登去大圍食晚飯試下...開車到門口,好耐都搵唔到車位,好在有代客泊車。訂了枱,唔洗等就有位。紅燒乳鴿紅燒乳鴿係招牌菜,一定要試下。二人只叫了一隻淺嘗。整體味道不錯,但D皮唔夠脆。反而D蝦片好脆好味。因為太餓,兩人都分別食左隻翼先記得要拍照。椒鹽茄子外脆內軟,但要自己點椒鹽,一般的菜式...黃金蝦好足料,鹹蛋加D蝦膏同新鮮的蝦肉,好好味。雖然只有兩個人,但好快清晒成碟。豬油撈飯好特別的豬油撈飯,可以自己按喜好加豬油同鼓油,味道都OK。豆腐花食飽飯,有豆腐花送。豆腐花好滑,有糖漿同埋黃糖。如果多d人可以試多d菜,例如:洪符排骨同冬瓜盅...總體來說,一些菜式水準不錯,但有些實在有d貴。 continue reading

大哥生日,原本去太和美心皇宮的,怎知母親電話給我,說當晚被包場,要改去沙田大圍萃華食晚飯。這間已不是第一次去品嚐的,上次的乳鴿已令我留下深刻印象,今次再來三隻燒乳鴿,果然沒有令我失望!跟著點了:黃金蝦:很爽口,外層蛋黃很香!京烤骨:加送饅頭點汁,只係用的豬排較肥一點。玉樹麒麟豆腐:味道清爽,又不肥膩。接者大哥加叫一道炒鴨鬆(配生菜包),也是好吃之作。菜式稍貴,但味道和服務已經值回價錢! continue reading
