今日午餐等特登黎食拉麵🍜尼個天氣凍凍地食拉麵最好不過食完暖暖的。店外設計好靚好日本🇯🇵風入面其實得好少位同係對住拉麵師傅坐坐低睇餐牌都好多款式仲有拉麵🍜、沾麵、拌麵揀沾麵有得揀幾多G,方便細食或大食既你尼到提供冷茶落單紙好清楚我揀左尼間分店既限定《海老油麵》$91尼個油麵係乾拌麵再配醬油、醋、生蛋。自己的麵自己拌,睇個人口味而定《海老油麵》非常大碗,而且海老裝得滿滿,有芽菜、蔥花同荀條仲有切碎左既黑豚肉。黑豚肉係店員即場再煎,所以食落肉質脆脆地同好香加上豚肉是半肥瘦,所以更加香口加左生蛋撈一撈再加上醋更酸酸地好開胃唯一覺得麵太硬身,軟多少少可能更易入口份量好足太鐘意食蛋所以再加左隻《味付玉子》$16見到個溏心都忍吾住啦好入味朋友叫左《周月拉麵》$91一片片燒過既半肥黑豚肉、半隻蛋、幼麵、脆荀同好多蔥花。拉麵可揀濃或淡湯。拉麵相反麵就較少,最好增量啦埋單不用加一,推介限定油麵 continue reading

之前每次都吃它們的招牌周月沾麵,今天嘗試一下它們的香辣沾麵,還是覺得招牌沾麵最好香辣沾麵沒有濃淡湯底的選擇,但仍好挑選涼麵或熱麵!如果不是今天天氣比較涼我會選擇比較彈牙的涼麵。。。燒肉很香,可惜只有幾粒細小的肉。。。麵的份量可以根據個人的食量選100、200或300g,避免浪費!今天只吃了100g的麵,因為想留肚加湯喝!可惜味道太淡這次得到的教訓是每到一家餐廳還是點它們的招牌菜比較好,試一些不是它們專長的菜式通常沒有好結果 continue reading

逢星期二放工後要上羽毛球班,以前就去到旺角食完先上堂,往往都因為飽得制影響上堂表演所以改放工係鰂魚涌食完先過海,比個胃消化下,又可以食多d周月係上兩年嘅沾麵熱潮其實已經係鰂魚涌出現,但係午餐時段一定大排長龍,可能因為店內座位數量手指同腳趾加埋數得曬,咁難得有位梗係去食啦叫了二百gram的周月沾麵,味道都比較濃,雖然面條係晾在旁邊碟上,但係湯上油脂十分保暖,夾一些面條沾上熱湯,其實先係秋天保暖必食王道冷面雖然較爽口,但係以我咁鐘意食熱嘅人,暫時都仲未接受到暖面反而有一個煙韌咬口,的確不俗食完仲可以加上湯飲埋湯,十分滿足 continue reading

日日食lunch 都見長長龍的周月,今日早左食晏,未有太多人即刻要試下,店內位好少,全是Bar 枱,龍只有一條,不用寫紙仔,有人走,有位就入,呢度比較適合一兩個人去,多人難等位亦傾唔到計等左一陣有得入,傳統拉面店選擇就是不多,也是專注在幾款面食既表現我同朋友分別叫左周月拉面同周月沾麵,用得店名,應該係signature, 揀沾麵有得揀100g. 200g 同300g 眼見有些男食客叫300g 面成座山咁,應該會超飽,我就食返正常份量,即200g 呢個周月面有半糖心蛋,少少肉粒,湯可揀濃或淡,濃湯真的很濃郁在這裡很有日本風味 continue reading

現在市面上越來越多沾面店,但是我至愛的,仍是這間在香港已經開業多年的周月。今天在鰂魚涌的分店,當然要食其在鰂魚涌限定的海老油面,這其實是一款撈麵而不是沾麵。麵條賣相十分漂亮,面頭上有一隻生蛋,還有櫻花蝦、香蔥、和叉燒等等的配料。伴匀之後可以看見每一條麵條都充滿着油光,麵條非常彈牙,這就是我喜歡周月其中一個的原因,麵條充滿麵粉香,另外一樣令我最喜歡的就是叉燒。肥瘦相間的叉燒,以炙燒的方式,充滿炭香味。 continue reading
