麵鮮醬油房周月~係香港知名度數一數二嘅🍜本身我鐘意沾麵多過拉麵~而佢滿足哂鐘意食拉麵/沾麵既朋友~沾麵同拉麵都有得簡~有時都會問朋友~有冇邊間沾麵推介?🤤佢哋都會同我講,周月好食~所以今次就試吓啦~我就去左鰂魚涌分店食~叫左佢哋招牌~<周月沾麵> $111睇到張落單紙~佢哋有分三個唔同size有100g, 200g同300g簡~ 依三個size都係一樣價錢😆怕唔夠飽或者男士們可以簡300g食醬油味好濃郁,有小小醋酸味加上有好多蔥喺表面,令到個湯底更加香,而麵質比較幼身所以冇咁掛汁~同埋原來佢哋係用咗18個月發酵完全冇加任何防腐劑添加劑個湯底加左咗魚介粉同埋帆立貝油~唔怪之得咁香濃🤤鍾意食沾麵嘅朋友真係值得一試~ continue reading

間唔中就會想食一次既沾麵,今日經過鰂魚涌分店,就入去食周月我一直都係食佢既招牌沾麵,最中意係佢既麵,比較粗身同埋有口感,而且沾麵可以自己決定沾幾多湯,不過湯底偏鹹,正宗食法係食完麵再加湯飲埋佢,不過鹹到飲唔到啦🤣佢有得揀麵既份量,100g-300g,價錢一樣,同埋有得揀凍定熱麵,衣家有埋少/走油選擇,今次揀左少油,不過感覺好似無咩分別🤔第一次試鰂魚涌呢間,不過總係覺得之前食過既上環店好食啲,如果想試又方便既建議食上環店 continue reading

朋友哋,今日想同大家嚟個味道上嘅潛水之旅,就喺我嚟到嘅呢間拉麵店嗰度嚟個滋味深潛啦!首先,味玉香辣沾麵真係激發晒味蕾,200g嘅涼麵夠曬彈牙又唔會太硬,麥香嗆鼻,沾汁辣得哋底嘅烘托,真係惹味到爆!隻糖心蛋滑溜溜地出場,呢個對白金唱雙簧真係夠晒醒神😍。再嚟講下周月餃子,外脆內軟嘅皮同豐滿餡料完美結合,朝早嗌醒啲幽默感一樣,令人抵擋唔住又想再夾一個🤤。食完糖心蛋同餃子後,我嘅探險之旅又點少得主角—醬油沾麵呢?勁韌而又不失嫩滑嘅麵條,配上秘製18個月嘅醬油湯底,無論係湯底嘅深邃還係麵條嘅筋道,都係完美嘅表現。關東煮雖然款式唔多,但每一款都滿載誠意,足以留住我對呢間店嘅記憶。喺聚光燈下,燒黑豚同海老油面都唔甘後人,肥嫩多汁嘅豚肉同鮮美不膩嘅蝦油,攜手演繹出一幕幕美味嘅戲碼🌟。總之,今次呢場味覺嘅深海潜行係相當成功,如果你都係個探險家,記得帶埋個空腹嚟挑戰吖!🍜🥟👀 continue reading
