这是第六十五篇“你那么多最爱,”牧之批评着我。“没有,讲话要有证据,”我答。“上次吃汉堡说最爱,吃了另外一家又最爱,吃了一家又最爱,到处都是最爱,”牧之立刻提出证明。“哦,你说Five Guys跟Impossible,那真的是味道的层次在提升,”我答。到处是最爱那是没有办法。不止汉堡,拉面我是一间又一间的出现最爱,不过这四个月占据榜首的一直是“周月”,而且我觉得跟我这几年在日本吃到的沾面相比,更有胜出。首先是麦香无比的面,我每次都要在还冒着热气时夹到鼻子边闻,然后感叹怎么这么香。标准的关东拉面粗细,浓厚的麦香,软硬适中、手打的弹性,我觉得可以直接吃,不必沾汤。沾面的汤,我最爱的是烧黑豚浓汁,味道重而咸,厚实的酱油味、猪肉味,但不是咸的无法入口,而是会让你忍不住一口接着一口那种。汤里的五花肉、笋干都很棒,尤其在这么厚实的汤汁中,捞出笋干放进口中,还能感受到鲜明的酸味,这真的是很厉害。随面上的猪腩肉肉味浓郁、肥滋滋而不腻,沾汤或者直接吃风味不同。直接吃口感更强烈,明显感受肥肉、瘦肉在齿间不同口感的变化。吃完面后,再请店员在浓汤里加汤,就可以喝汤,虽然牧之觉得加了高汤的浓汤还是太咸,不过我可爱的很。牧之哥点了个他酷爱的鸡软骨。鸡软骨的面衣比一般的厚,但炸的酥酥脆脆,连着鸡软骨咬劲十足,最特别的是鸡软骨下有秘密酱汁,将鸡软骨沾着甜甜的淡酱汁分外好吃。“爸爸你看我的肚子,”出了餐厅,替牧之戴上口罩时,他要我看看他的肚子,吃的有些圆鼓鼓的小肚子。“好吃吗?”我问。“好吃,可是有两个缺点,”牧之说。“哦,那你要告诉我吗?”我心想牧之哥现在也会给评语啦,还会先报数。“第一就是冷气太冷,第二就是汤太咸了,”牧之说。冷气太冷的原因,是牧之哥你吃拉面吃了一小时,一般人吃完就走了,了不起半小时好吗! continue reading

Where is the place for Tsukemen (dip noodle) ? I personally loves only thick type of noodles ! This is the place for the thick chewy noodles ! Regardless on the type of dips you order, you can order 100, 200 & 300g. Yes they all cost the same ! But once you order 100g you cannot add more. So you know what to do, but of course don’t waste food ! Order just enough ! I always get 200g ! I like my food with spicy note and I love pork belly so I will get the spicy grilled kurobuta pork belly with flavored egg! Yes the soup base is pretty oily, but it doesn’t feel that oily when you dip your noodles in ! I never drink the remaining soup from the dip, just that I think it’s too salty ! Their pan fried dumplings are average but I guess how can you not have a portion of gyoza to share when you are eating your ramen ? continue reading

周月既拉麵都係鹿兒島燒黑豚肉xxx拉麵叫左帆立貝油麵(中環限定),係無帆立貝既,因為係帆立貝油~撈麵,係幾好食幾香另外果個係香辣沾麵,無乜驚喜,啲豬肉太肥,唔係肥豬肉粒就係好柴既豬肉,個湯唔算好~掛但都正路既。用竹墊隔開啲麵keep住乾爽啲都幾細心。總結:唔會再去。😅 continue reading

今日約了朋友在中上環午饍,她帶了我去這間日本店,說一定要試試,有特式,米其林推介云云。在門外等了約十分鐘,店員帶我們倆入內最盡頭的二人位。店內極俱日本風格,顧名思義,本店源自日本愛媛縣。據餐牌所述,醬油是選用擁有140年歷史愛媛縣梶田商店為周月特製的醬油。我點了燒黑豚沾麵。 沾麵食法是把小撮的麵條放在湯汁中沾來吃,不要浸太久湯汁而讓麵變腍,影響了口感。 吃完麵後,店員會在剩下的湯底再加熱湯,好讓您將湯汁全盤喝清。麵很彈口,份量大 (朋友幫我要了大份)。 食物端來時,我看到湯汁面頗油膩,但既然是第一次來,朋友又誠意推介,我便照板煮碗跟著做,一滴湯汁都喝乾。因為湯汁太容易讓肚子吸收,若您肚子不太習慣太油膩的食物,品嘗少許比較好些。 我的肚子比較差勁,飯後肚子就咚泈地嚷了一整天。Heston B 希月藍 continue reading
