今天特意來到位於新界大埔逾七十年老子號樹記腐竹店買腐竹。一如過往,每個顧客都耐心地排隊買其心頭好。我今天也算幸運,不消五分鐘已輪到我了,那當然便買了多款不同類型的豆製產品。~腐皮卷第一次吃這種急凍腐皮卷,感覺良好。將腐皮卷解凍後,放入氣炸鍋內,一滴油也沒有用上,真是放便,効果理想。氣炸得金黃色的腐皮脆口,餡料內的沙葛、木耳和紅蘿蔔絲爽口。沾上香醋來吃,又是另一番味道。~腐皮碎這店的腐皮碎仍然新鮮,用來煲腐竹雞蛋糖水是最好不果。腐皮溶化,再配蛋花,口感極似豆槳,味道清甜。~豆卜我用了豆卜炆排骨,豆卜吸收了南乳和排骨的味道,非常好餸飯。今次買的種類實在太多了,一下子未能盡煮,只好將其餘的素雞、素鴨和麵筋放入冰箱內,待日後享用。 continue reading
