近日見到網民推薦荃灣有間高質抵食餐廳 於是我決定到訪一探究竟🧐網上一直好評如潮 荃灣名物《初見》營業時間18:00 我收到風呢間餐廳成日都大排長龍 所以我準時18:00到達😚店員迅速安排我入座😉由於一早做左功課 我好快揀定心水可以點餐📝 遠道而黎 就係為咗食「初見香草吉列牛」🐃配白飯🍚溏心蛋🙆 睇睇下餐牌見到「安格斯牛肉鍋」味噌湯底 配白飯 價錢超抵食 於是就嗌埋呢個🤭最後仲加點左一客小食🥳大約18:30開始 門口陸續開始多人聚集排隊入座🪑心諗 好彩我早黎到炸 吾係實有排等位啦 估吾到平日都咁多人🤣。 「初見香草吉列牛」配白飯、溏心蛋 ( HK$128) 上餐速度都算快 期待已久嘅石燒牛 已經上枱啦🍴我本身對呢個吉列牛期望好高 但可能正正因為期望愈大失望愈大老實講 香草味淡 牛肉亦沒有牛肉味😟唯獨是溏心蛋較為正常😰。「安格斯牛肉鍋」味噌湯底 配白飯 ( HK$88)套餐升級+$35 (是日刺身或沙律+餐湯)是日刺身:三文魚+吞拿魚 味道都算新鮮🍣鍋料大部份都是菜 好似食緊蔬菜鍋🥬 味噌湯底 咸味適中 牛肉份量以呢個價錢黎講都算大份 牛肉口感不夠嫩😅不過我覺得放d牛肉放落去石燒板到燒 反而有牛味更濃仲好食🤣。炸雙拼雞翼 (釀明太子、餃子 各2隻) (HK$68)雙拼雞翼 分別係釀明太子和芝士餃子味🐔雞翼外皮脹卜卜 咬落去啖啖肉 味道不錯😙最重要喺可以一次過滿足我 想食哂2種口味嘅雞翼👍。整體而言《初見》餐廳 除左環境格局比較舒適之外 食物質素差🥺吾會再幫襯🤥。食物:2/10價錢:4/10環境:5/10。初見荃灣海壩街22號華達樓地下F號舖 continue reading
