Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多人排隊o既o野永遠都係正o野,幾乎跟親隊都實無錯。o係愉景新城過一條天橋向舊區行入少少o既呢間西日餐廳,門庭若市,晚飯時間出面已經有唔少人等緊位,等我都咪執輸!內裡樓底好高,用上o左好多木色同樹葉o既格調。門口o個度已經幢o左個牌大大隻字寫住「全日免加一」!咦﹖咁咪可叫得豪爽d 囉!唔怪得咁多人爭住幫襯啦。安格斯牛肉.豚骨湯拉麵($68) 係menu 上寫住o既餐廳推介,另外加o左$35 升做combo,可配一客刺身(或者沙律)、湯同埋o野飲。因為係西日餐廳,餐湯再可揀味噌湯或者南瓜湯,o益o左後者。忌廉南瓜湯口感creamy 濃郁,味道清新。刺身有一式兩款,三文魚尤其肥美嫩滑~ 淨係計前菜o野已經打好印象分!主食拉麵,想講真係好高質,都食過唔少聲稱係安格斯牛肉o既扒房或者其他餐廳,但未必間間都咁好食。呢度d 牛肉o既肉質完全鬆軟唔韌,味道鮮甜絕不欺場,同埋牛酥香會o係口中持久未散,同咋o個d 真係無得比!麵底也唔錯,浸耐o左都唔會淋,溏心蛋也醃得夠晒惹味~ 無估過$60 幾蚊可以有呢個質素,果真堅值得推介~餐茶又係西日式都得,有伯爵茶、綠茶等等,又可以加錢升做特飲或者sake。試o左一杯精選花茶,係玫瑰花o黎,佢聞落有股淡淡幽雅o既清香;茶味唔濃,反而更多o既係一種自然o既甜味。 continue reading

荃灣一向多好嘢食,朋友約來食哩間叫“初見”日式餐廳。配上哩個名,裝修都係文青簡約風,坐得舒服,亦適合約會同好友聚會。整體來講,餐廳既食物出品係好高質,而且性價比超高,分量都好足,經過荃灣可以試試佢。最開心既係,我第一次試到石燒吉列牛,好特別呀初見香草吉列牛($128,配飯、溏心蛋)真係超驚喜同抵食!牛肉外面包住一層薄薄既香草吉列皮,但入面既牛肉係生既,唔知點樣做到呢,覺得好有新意放係熱住既石板上面燒熟,燒到自己鐘意既程度,飄黎陣陣香味。牛肉燒好後,外皮都脆脆既,而牛肉好嫩幾腍,加埋一齊口感好得意,好味😋手切青瓜蟹籽沙律其實個兜係幾大個,份量算多,唔係一般嘅青瓜絲,係粗d嘅青瓜條,都幾清新好味,手切原來係咁解😂初見粒粒原隻軟殼蟹反卷唔錯,幾好味兩個女仔點一份石燒牛,再加哩份,就啱啱好了😋石燒牛--追加季節野菜盛菇同南瓜燒熟咗,都好甜信州葡萄汽水 & 信州蘋果汽水好飲,我鐘意葡萄多d😁 continue reading

荃灣路德圍真的太多美食了!今次就介紹下附近的一間日本餐廳。。初見!晚上6點多來到,已經有一點人龍~大約等了10分鐘就可以進去了!睇吓餐牌先~套餐包括刺身或者沙津,餐湯同埋指定飲品~刺身來了~好冰涼好爽口!仲好大件,好滿足呢!餐湯有南瓜湯或者味噌湯~南瓜湯好滑,味噌湯就可以更濃!主食來了。。季節海鮮鍋 (龍蝦湯) 配白飯!材料相當豐富!包括。。海蝦、青口、魷魚!開動了!龍蝦湯聞落好香呀~加入海鮮,食得~海鮮味道不錯~但湯底就淡了少許呢!可惜可惜😢另一道。。日式叉燒豚骨湯拉麵!首先食啖叉燒先~面頭煎得香脆,好香口呢!麵條方面,軟硬適中~湯底好香。仲有一隻人人都喜愛的半熟蛋呢!叉燒表面煎得微脆,頗為香口。最後一道。。蒲燒原條鰻魚配日式味素飯!上枱好震撼~因為係原條鰻魚奉上呀!鰻魚的表面烤得香香焦~食落肉質彈牙!配上味素白飯,飯粒軟硬適中~更附上中華沙津,美味呀! continue reading

位於荃灣海壩街22號華達樓地下F號舖的初見 (Shoken),主打日本菜。餐廳在晚上頗為旺場,當晚在門口約等待了十分鐘才能入座。餐廳的空調頗強勁,用膳時感覺舒適。除了單點主菜,也可以升級為套餐,頗為化算。套餐會包括刺身/沙津、餐湯及指定飲品。。約幾分鐘後,侍應端來了刺身,一個小碟裡盛載著二人份量的刺身,刺身質感冰凍爽口,而且刺身相當大件。餐湯則可以選南瓜湯或味噌湯,前者質感幼滑,而朋友則覺得後者略為淡了點點。蒲燒原條鰻魚配日式味素飯(Grilled Eel with Appetizer & Furikake Rice)這款鰻魚套餐的賣相頗為吸引,原條鰻魚震撼地奉上眼前。鰻魚的表面烤得微脆微焦,肉質彈牙。筆者喜愛在日式超市買急凍鰻魚,這裡的鰻魚比超市買的鰻魚的質感更有彈力,可見用料新鮮。同時奉上的,還有一客中華沙津(前菜)、日式味素飯。白飯撒滿了味之素,而且飯粒軟硬適中。安格斯牛肉鍋 (味噌湯)配白飯(Angus Beef Hot Pot with Miso Soup & Rice)安格斯牛肉份量十足,有六、七大片,而且不會有太多筋。鍋內也有不少配菜,有娃娃菜、金菇、蘿蔔等。。煮至後期,味噌湯底增添了牛肉的鮮味,令整份菜式的味道更為豐富。季節海鮮鍋 (龍蝦湯) 配白飯(Seasonal Seafood Hot Pot with Lobster Soup & Rice)這款鍋包含的海鮮相當豐富,有海蝦、青口、魷魚肉等。如果用餐途中,爐火熄滅了,可以示意店員協助重開爐火。朋友則覺得龍蝦湯底的味道略為淡了少許,有點可惜。日式叉燒豚骨湯拉麵(Japanese Pork Ramen with Tonkotsu)拉麵麵條軟硬適中,而且湯底鹹鹹香香。個人相當愛吃那隻口感滑溜的半熟蛋。叉燒表面煎得微脆,頗為香口。 continue reading
