To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 行杏花邨,亞女想吃豬手,於是試試。裝修和環境都舒適,食物選擇亦不少。 服務一般。我們點了韓式豬手,豬手軟軟有硬口,可惜偏咸。 韓式豬肉石頭鍋飯不過不失;鰻魚石頭鍋飯就好一般,鰻魚皮較硬身肉又多骨。 蘿蔔炇牛肋骨味道普通,略微味咸。一試無防的餐廳! continue reading

昨晚往杏花村探朋友,經過一個商場,一行7人進入了一家名為新沙洞的韓式燒烤進食晚餐,座位稍嫌少許迫,其端爐上的抽氣設計是仿照韓國的餐廳,餐牌是逐碟叫的而不是放题,有牛肉、豬腩肉、茄子、開邊蝦、鸡肉等等,前菜是一些韓式泡菜、魚乾仔、菠菜、豆腐、蘿白等等,也有些小炒如炒粉絲,服務员服務態度也恰可,經常自動自覺更換爐板,而食物價錢大概一碟百元左右,7個人埋單约1900 元,個人認為食放题比較多種類和經濟點,算是一間普普通通的韓式餐廳。 continue reading

朝早唔係好舒服攞左半日假睇醫生,睇完之後同事約我一齊出杏花村食午餐後先返工,於是我早d到商場睇下有咩選擇,經過這裡睇到餐牌都不錯,所以入去一邊等一邊諗食咩!雖然餐廳在商場內,但都有分"室內"和"室外",我們安排坐"室外",雖然比較多人經過,但"室外"比較光,位同位之間唔算迫,坐得都幾舒服!除左主餐牌散叫,另外都有精選午餐可以選擇,我想食得清淡d,所以選擇湯烏冬,同事唔怕辣選擇泡菜粉絲湯!落單後前菜就到,可以選擇泡菜或芽菜,但份量小左d,一啖就食左!<韓式海鮮湯烏冬> 湯烏冬裡有青口,大蝦和魷魚圈,仲有大量雜菜和冬菇,雖然入面咩都有,不過味道就較淡,雜菜太多,食到個口有d寡<豬肉泡菜粉絲湯配白飯> 同事話唔係好辣,泡菜和蛋花好多,豬肉雖然比較乾但都幾入味,粉絲可以再多d就更好食完先上餐湯,次序調轉哂唔緊要,但個湯真係好凍,飲左一啖已經唔想再飲!!整體來講,餐廳環境不錯,但價格偏貴又要收加一,食物一般,同我想像中有點落差! continue reading

早前說過因每週要到杏花邨、柴灣一次,所以我可以每次試一間餐廳。這次我到一間韓國餐廳試試看,一入去,店員極度有禮貌,從帶位到介紹食物都招呼周到。牛More王三寶飯餐廳的午市套餐有十款左右,即使最貴的一款燒烤套餐也是八十蚊有找,價錢公道。我點了牛More王三寶飯。首先先吃泡菜,泡菜不太鹹,以酸味為主,並帶少少辣味。牛More王三寶飯的名字改得很有趣,三寶意指牛舌、牛𦟌和牛肉。紫菜配飯吃一流,是既經典又美味的組合。燒汁味道稍稍鹹了一點,不過連牛一起吃也是挺好的。牛類食材全都處理得不俗,尤其是牛𦟌,味道和口感也恰得好處。 continue reading
