天氣開始凍,就係打邊爐既季節🤤 今晚約左朋友一齊去打邊爐🥳 因為大家番工既地區都好唔同,所以約左去沙田區,方便大家番屋企。餐廳係我揀的,本身以為咁隱蔽嘅地方無乜人知,但原來朋友仔都知道盛記呢間餐廳,亦講得出呢間良心小店每個月都會免費送湯麵俾公公婆婆同有需要既人🫶🏻我哋2日前決定食呢間既時候Openrice已經book唔到位,好彩直接打電話去都仲book到。食飯當日仲會打電話confirm我添👍🏻呢間餐廳只係小店既位置雖然有啲隔攝,但係個裝修真係幾特別。驟眼睇以為好亂,但其實亂中有序,而且每個角落都充滿驚喜,書、雜誌📚、鐘🕰️☎️、擺設🏺🪆咩都有😂 另外,呢度既店員服務態度&水平簡直一流,對客人好友善,最impressed到我既一幕係我其中一位朋友唔小心整跌左隻筷子🥢,我舉手想叫店員拎過一對新既過嚟的時候,店員過嚟既時候已經拎左一對新筷子俾我地🤩 佢話咁岩聽到我地跌咗喎👍🏻 真係無得頂!同埋我地由7點半坐到11點鋪頭關門,除左差唔多關門前叫我哋埋單之外,全程都無催我地走,真係聚會好地方。椒醬豉油 $54落左單之後,店員就會俾一盤配料俾我哋撈豉油,有辣椒、蔥、蒜、炸蒜可以揀。每人收費$18,我地3個人就要$54🫢椰子鮮雞鍋 (半隻) $198湯底同雞係分開上的,所以我地先飲左碗椰子雞湯暖下身先。湯底除左椰子同紅棗之外,仲加左胡椒同薑去僻味,雞味都幾出。之後就倒埋碟雞一齊煲。朋友仲話計時8分鐘先好食😂 手切鮮肥牛 (大) $268份量好多,牛肉好新鮮,油脂分布ok,唔會好肥。一塊牛唔會好大塊,碌兩下就食得。不過細細塊都係佢既缺點,咬兩啖就食完😂盛記炸腐皮卷 $44勁大舊好有空氣感的響鈴!咬落去好多層,而且腐皮炸到卜卜脆(聽講係即叫即炸)平時我食響鈴都係放係湯度2秒就撈番上黎,但呢個響鈴太大,到浸耐少少,但索埋椰子雞湯底,加埋佢既豆味幾香,好好味😋老友鬼鬼釀油條 $88一共有8件油炸鬼,每件都大大舊,上面分別包住蝦滑同墨魚滑,梅花間竹咁排列,打卡既話幾好睇😂 唔似出面既餐廳,呢碟「老友鬼鬼」上枱時已經係炸起左,可以就咁食,亦可以放落鍋度碌一碌再食。油炸鬼就咁食偏硬,我就中意碌淋少少再食😋瑞士芝士蝦丸 $95一共有9粒,我地3個人分,每人3粒唔洗争😆 用蝦滑包住d芝士,咬到中間係流心架🤩 加埋本身蝦滑既彈牙口感👍🏻手打魚蛋 $45同蝦丸一樣,共有9粒。白魚蛋外表白雪雪滑捋捋,口感超級彈牙!白菜仔 $38叫左咁多肉,又雞又牛又蝦,最後叫多左碟白菜仔,感覺健康啲🤏🏻粉絲 $35我飽到捧住個肚,但朋友唔夠食😂 所以叫多左碟粉絲,我就食唔落了😂😂😂

今日嚟到中學成日食已經做咗60幾年街坊生意嘅盛記,盛記最特別嘅地方係裝修好有藝術氣質,完全唔似一間餐廳,你話係一間藝術館都不為過,鍾意打卡嘅朋友仔一定要嚟啊,當日叫咗一個梅菜扣肉飯,佢嘅梅菜扣肉飯好足料,唔會太鹹,肥而不膩,入口即溶,唔係普通街邊檔嘅質素,嗰日姐姐見到我唔夠飯仲特登裝多碗俾我,之前都聽過佢哋嘅老闆好多時都會派飯比老人家食嘅傳聞,一間充滿住人情味、食物質素、環境、服務都係一間超級好嘅餐廳,絕對推介大家!😜

講到大排檔除左食小菜🤗當然唔少得打邊爐🤣今日我地就黎到位於沙田瀝源村入面呢間盛記打邊爐🥰懷舊裝修除咗可以比大家打卡📸呢度鍋底選擇超過10款🤗火鍋料都有幾十款咁多‼️胡椒豬骨鍋椒香味濃😊湯底以豬大骨慢燉熬而成😊豬骨煲到好淋😬連骨髓都充滿胡椒味道☺️天氣凍飲碗湯非常暖胃☺️配料有最鍾意既新鮮田雞🥰肉質嫩滑可口😋一碟真係唔夠喉要Encore🫢新鮮鵝腸唔係度度有🫢放入鍋焯10幾秒一縮即食🤤爽口且脂香十足👍手切牛肉油花比例平均🙌 肉質嫩滑牛肉味濃😉另外點了豬紅牛柏葉水餃、三色手打丸墨魚滑炸魚皮美國桶蠔🦪等等🙌提提今日平日都座無虛席🤣所以大家記得要book位及留自己喜愛既鍋料呀😉

無論係沙田街坊定其他區人對盛記都應該不太陌生,作為半個街坊嘅我都每星期至少去一次!但今日想講嘅唔單止係食物,而係點解咁值得去。盛記特別在有滿滿嘅愛心同人情味,伙記老闆對食客親切不在話下,閒時會閒聊關懷大家幾句。最令人窩心嘅係對獨居長者尤其關心,長期派飯派生活用品,嚟食飯又唔收佢哋錢!蒸魚日日都會留曬啲靚嘅部位去派比老人家食,而唔係留番嚟賣,真係Cls。用善堂嚟形容佢哋都不為過。午市食個蒸餸飯四五十蚊有齊飯菜餸野飲,好味又抵食。飯餐嘅味道調味偏老人向,會咸少少同淋少少。但食番粉麵一樣要彈牙有口感,係作為飯堂一流選擇!順帶一提,平時啲飯餐唔要白飯可以轉粉麵架,淋啲硬啲加底扣底全部出聲就會做比你,好人性化💛💛

放假就黎沙田陪下女朋友食lunch,女朋友係要見架,如果唔係耐冇見會變單身狗架😂😂😂女朋友帶路,黎左呢間好有特別既小店,環境佈置都充滿特色同心機,加分叫左個牛腩牛筋雙拼,雖然係常見車仔麵材料,但整得好有心機,炆得好林好入味,雖然叫咗幼麵但係鹼水味唔太存在咁,好食👍👍👍
