一去到坪洲,肚子咕咕叫,走咗入一家茶室暖和下。店鋪氣氛得意,手推車仔行來走去,勁有那種懷舊feel😊。首打先試了蜜汁叉燒腸粉,叉燒肥瘦適中,甜甜地,好滿足。腸粉皮滑溜溜,跟住啲豉油幾夾,真係正!跟手黎個鵪鶉蛋燒賣,咬落去蛋香混合咗豬肉味,又滑又juicy,但我覺得味道可以再香啲就更加好啦🤤。蟹黃蒸燒賣就真係一絕,香濃豐富,餡料爆滿,一口一個剛剛好。肉溫潤,同燒賣皮合拍到不得了,食落有種幸福感覺👍。整體嚟講,這茶室令人憶起舊香港,食物質素好正,服務嘅笑臉加分,跌筷子都即刻換,一流!過嚟坪洲,下次都會再嚟呢度掃街。 continue reading

今日見天氣好,專程入坪洲行下朝早9:30就已經入到坪洲,即刻搵早餐食先因為太早所以無咩餐廳開門,行左幾步見呢間茶室有點心食就入去試下呢到d職員做野好隨意,就算寫左點心紙比佢落單,都唔會跟單出點心,反而會拎住一堆點心出來問你有冇邊樣岩食😅好彩佢地埋單係數枱面碗碟計數,所以其實可以無視左張點心紙🤣整體食物水準都唔錯,食完唔會好口渴,應該無咩味精,炸野都無油益味👍🏻👍🏻好過市區大酒樓好多🤣啦 continue reading

估唔到香港仲有推車仔送點心嘅舊式茶樓😯,雖然知道小店D點心未必好味,但都想嚟懷舊一下。星期六中午12點嚟到,已經滿座,等左大概3個字入得。雖然有點心紙,但其實無用。完全取決於廚房蒸左乜,車仔就推出嚟比大家🙉 我地好慘坐門口位,車仔未推到嚟已經比入面D客拎哂….😂比較有特色嘅點心---即叫即煎桂花魚肉卷 $30係一款無桂花味嘅鹹點,口感係彈牙嘅魚肉,不過魚味薄弱。糯米包 $27 一層好薄嘅麵皮包住粒粒分明嘅糯米,口感幾好,鹹鹹地,但食唔出係咩味🤔。蝦餃 $29 正正常常,算係今餐最好嘅點心。以下完全唔推介金錢肚 $29 – 個醬汁唔好味,而且好水牛肉球 $27 – 肉質太軟,連馬蹄都好軟唔爽蝦球 – 似係魚肉多過蝦肉,完全無蝦味,亦食唔出蝦感🤔滑雞扎 $29 好少見有蟹柳嘅雞扎,而且仲要係廉價假蟹柳…我都係中意食唐記果D雞扎多D😅另外叫左個鳳爪排骨飯,$25大大盅,好多飯。雖然呢度貼住價錢表,但其實有D點心無Show出嚟,估計$25-29。好欣賞呢度嘅職員,上點心完全唔駛剔紙仔,但最後埋數果陣又可以計到幾錢先犀利!!😯 而且即使幾忙都好,都唔會黑面,又會扶住老人家出入,幾有愛心。埋單7個點心1個飯4個茶錢,TOTAL $256 continue reading

坪洲係一個還可以讓舊事物保留的地方。其中成興茶樓就是一個體驗老香港的好地方。成間餐廳其實面積不大,但枱同枱中間尚算空間充足。坐喺嚟都算舒服。而且茶樓仲保留左買少見少嘅手推點心車傳統。你鍾意用點心紙又得,出去搶點心又得點心其實是幾好味的,我們叫了很基本的蝦餃燒賣櫈都非常不錯。尤其推介腸粉因為米香很濃。另外有個桂花卷也很特別,應該是用了魚肉加入桂花輕輕油炸,是否屬於懷舊點心就不得而知了。喜歡懷舊的朋友不要錯過。 continue reading

這天來到坪洲旅行,原本想去午餐的一家餐廳沒有開,見到這家勝興茶室有很多客人,很多都是坪洲人,很溫馨,便走進去。很開心見到久違了的點心車,内有蝦餃燒賣牛肉牛肚鷄紥等等。蝦餃鷄紥鯪魚球都是水準麻麻,當然來到坪洲,不能期望有市區大酒樓較高質素的點心。不過,最失望的是衛生很差,夥計態度愛理不理的。一位姐姐從厨房拿了一碟灼生菜出來,見到很多水,就用她一隻玉手按著菜’痹‘水落鋅盤内,不知她那雙手之前是否拿過抹臺布抹臺,實在恐怖。問另一位姐姐想吃隔離枱的釀豆腐,她就支吾以對,不知說是有定無。又叫了一碟葱花腸粉(要提這個腸粉很好吃,腸粉吃上口質感很好),腸粉沒有下豉油,便問姐姐拿豉油,她就指了指我枱上的豉油樽,我說要腸粉用的豉油呢,她轉頭就走開了。其實這裏是有腸粉豉油的,都好,過了幾分鐘,阿姐還是拿了過來。而這個豉油是放在一個燉盅,用一個瓦碟當蓋子來蓋著,隻瓦碟周度放,又蓋回,很不衛生。結果,之後無幾耐,我和朋友都感覺肚子不舒服,在坪洲行了少許,便趕緊坐船回香港島。朋友發了少少燒,過一天肚子好轉,我現在是第二天,肚子還是不舒服中。 continue reading
