另外朋友仲點了鐵板寶雲羊架跟焗薯,朋友食第一口已經點讚,勁滿意!無諗過茶仔都比到呢個質素,羊架一D都唔蘇,大大份,肉質偏腍有小小肥,啱哂我地口味,上枱先淋汁,炸一聲,未食已經流哂口水超香,黑椒汁配合羊架,簡直一流,一食再食,停唔到口,難得食食扒竟然係一D都唔滯,真心好味,極推介!

我最近到紅島冰廳,食物種類繁多,打破傳統茶餐廳概念。點了多款不同的食物,全部都滿意!紅豆波蘿包餡料夠多,波蘿又脆,內裡軟綿綿的。鐵板牛柳材質好,七成熟,配上極香焗薯和香濃黑椒汁口感一流。菠蘿西檸乳酸清新怡人, Soda解暑。扎肉雞絲撈檬越式風味十足,配上靈魂酸辣醬汁十分開胃。蒸粉包以越南米紙粉包裹著,沙律和扎肉飽滿入味。炸蝦餅外酥裡嫩,香茅雞翼炸得金黃照人。最吸引我的是路邊烤豬肉串,肉質嫩滑有嚼勁,開胃宜人。甜品方面,紅豆冰口感順滑可口,正是夏日下午小食的最佳選擇。餐廳環境乾淨,上菜速度快!絕對係同區茶記首選!

我最近到紅島冰廳,食物種類繁多,打破傳統茶餐廳概念。點了多款不同的食物,全部都滿意!紅豆波蘿包餡料夠多,波蘿又脆,內裡軟綿綿的。鐵板牛柳材質好,七成熟,配上極香焗薯和香濃黑椒汁口感一流。菠蘿西檸乳酸清新怡人, Soda解暑。扎肉雞絲撈檬越式風味十足,配上靈魂酸辣醬汁十分開胃。蒸粉包以越南米紙粉包裹著,沙律和扎肉飽滿入味。炸蝦餅外酥裡嫩,香茅雞翼炸得金黃照人。最吸引我的是路邊烤豬肉串,肉質嫩滑有嚼勁,開胃宜人。甜品方面,紅豆冰口感順滑可口,正是夏日下午小食的最佳選擇。

今日去咗食呢間嘅下午茶人流差不多,旺角地區叫了一碟乾炒牛河你看看圖上是否有點異樣呢唔,全碟乾炒牛河得兩塊牛肉是否廚師師傅執漏了定還是現在物價高漲,有欺騙成份從來未食過乾炒牛河只得兩塊牛肉!而且要辣椒醬要俾$2,看看你會否付錢繼續食?我相信是乾炒牛河得兩塊牛肉比較難以接受,雖然是下午茶時段但也不應只得兩片牛肉?有沒有負責人可以解釋呢?請問有沒有其他人試過這間呢?這間前身是紅茶冰室非常好食!現在改咗名不知道是否同一樣的僱主但賣相和材料是落差的!請大家小心
