甚少香港食韓燒,更加唔會上嚟寫食評, 但總有例外時候。(繼上次石頭烤肉外)呢幢商業大廈差呢間未試過,所以同朋友決定食呢間。搭見呢個牌都幾吸引, $168任食指定肉,都不錯,不過要預早一日約。拜拜👋👋一入去有oppa 招呼我地 (似老闆),佢啲廣東話好得意😍😍😍 餐牌都未睇完,未決定食咩就有店員送前菜,我地以為上錯枱,因為我地咩都未嗌同禁多禁大碟😂😂😂好少店有涼伴洋蔥,食落唔太生辣;至於個沙律超特別!!!(佢用黑芝麻醬!!!而且唔會落太多,好特別都好好味)最後點左烤肉達人,有豬有牛爐邊蛋任添,但我地冇加添,因為太飽😓😓右邊豬;左邊牛。我地決定食豬先!呢間餐廳好sell 豬護心肉,(第二個洋蔥入面果堆),(豬的橫膈膜和肝之間的肉,每隻豬只有約200~300克),都幾濃味 (少少似豬肝)同有咬口👍(呢個應該五花肉) 佢啲肉好juicy ,不錯不錯。平時我鍾意食牛多啲,不過呢度就豬肉較優勝,因為呢度啲豬肉冇牛肉落禁多醃料,所以唔會太重醬料味,同埋有烤肉高手 (朋友),煎得香脆好味😋😋其實牛都好食,前一張相左下角就應該系霜降牛肉,啲紋都幾靚同食落有油脂,但又唔會太漏私隱度都幾高,坐得好舒服同較闊,唔怕嘈到其他人。(本身想點呢個,但要9:00後先有)呢張紙好邪惡,安慰自己一次半次食多啲肉都冇所謂🤣🤣俾我見到午餐餐牌!仲要三送一,可以再黎🤣🤣返到屋企又唔覺身上有一大陣韓燒味,抽氣抽得好👍👍 continue reading

呢日同舊同事係銅記做完義工,當然要食餐好慰勞下自己。舊同事之前黎過,讚呢度d牛肉好正,卡位夠多,坐得舒適,無一大陣油煙味。黎度發現環境果然舒適,裝修新潮,樓底夠高。過左午飯時間,無爆場,食得更加寧靜舒服。先黎前菜。呢度既前菜一d都吾hea,有成5碟:泡菜、雲耳、洋蔥、青瓜和沙律。泡菜酸度同辣度都較低,白菜爽口,幾岩我口味。雲耳同用醋黎調味,食完醒神開胃。沙律吾講以為係一道菜,因為材料好豐富賣相精緻,而且份量吾少。d菜洗得好乾淨,切到一口一啖咁,加埋少少沙律醬同醋,胃口大增。既然牛肉講到咁正,我地就決定揀呢個夏日三食套餐,包左:霜降牛肉、牛肋排、牛仔骨、翠玉瓜、鮮冬菇和雞髀菇。落單後,侍應就9秒9放網放蛋漿,高效率!吾洗5分鐘,夏日三食套餐到。實物同照片9成相似,絕無欺場。我特別欣賞霜降牛肉,因為油脂分佈均勻,與瘦肉搭配得非常勻稱,食上去感覺柔潤、鮮嫩、易嚼易咽,口感非常好。呢個海鮮蔥煎餅份量充足,海鮮配菜份量同粉漿比例恰好,吾會好似食酒樓既海鮮薄撐咁,食粉多。將煎餅同牛肉包住生菜黎食,口感更豐富,又吾會搶走牛肉既鮮味。呢度仲有好有創意既韓牛蛋糕,幫食牛獸壽星慶祝生日就一定吾可以錯過!估吾到呢度仲有韓國大熱既雪花冰提供,下次一定會試。 continue reading

銅鑼灣美食雲集,有貴有平,任君選擇。我就㨂啲價錢親民啲。新蒲麻BBQ,晚市提供燒肉,而中午既Lunch有韓餐食,有飯有麵。餐廳既私隱度好高,每個位高高坐背,同其他枱客人分格,傾計都傾得暢快啲,唔洗就住就住,怕比人聽到。仲有播住韓文歌,夠曬chill。至於食物方面,我黎到係下午茶時段,但都仲有抵食Lunch Set供應,但有Happy Hour野食。食得韓國菜,有前菜是常識吧。呢到既前菜有五款,而且份量大方。上菜前,揾野浪一浪肚,或者咬下都幾好。我點咗🐙章魚石鍋飯,仲送碗海帶湯,同飲品。石鍋飯上面鋪上滿滿既料,菠菜、蘿蔔絲、菇、芽菜、翠玉瓜、洋蔥,啖啖都唔會味道,好正。中間仲有個流心蛋,用嚟撈飯,簡直一流。而個辣章魚,個辣醬辣得嚟帶有少少甜味,好過癮!而友人則點咗鮑魚人參雞湯。個湯唔係好稀果隻,而係入口帶有稠稠張口感覺,應該侜啲糯米溶咗入湯所致,好特別。粒鮑魚仔放係面上,真係超級吸睛!隻雞份量好多,兩個人食都唔過份。而隻雞入面有糯米飯,仲有粒粟子,食完超飽肚!走前,仲見到店家外面貼咗張poster。話落雨黎有野食送!大家下次下雨天,行經銅鑼灣,不妨走入黎試下! continue reading

今晚過來銅鑼灣買運動用品,趁機會食返餐自由度高的韓燒,同區選擇也算多,今晚就選了地點就腳的新麻蒲作hea腳蒲點。餐廳地方整齊舒適、每格都有獨立卡位燒爐抽煙機,油煙極少。在選菜的同時,無限添加的前菜上檯: 有泡菜、海帶絲、大豆牙菜、洋蔥、蘿蔔片、一大碗雜菜沙律及生菜。其實真係食前菜都可以食到半飽🤣👍而且爐邊蛋無限添加,完全滿足泡菜控及控控的粉絲😋MENU中英韓三文,選了兩款肉:秘製牛五花肉、特級霜解牛肉及一個主食海鮮嫩豆腐鍋特級霜降牛肉,樣靚肥瘦正,偏多肉汁juicy, 肥瘦均勻,脂肪與實肉比例不錯,建議用大較剪剪粒食更加有口感,伴菜有大冬菇燒一燒夠二人吃。秘製牛五花肉,個人覺得必點,看著數塊五花肥脂炒埋一齊香氣迫人,入口非常治癒🤣👍 兩款肉除了點醬汁外,還可以包生菜用手進食,份外健康美味👏海鮮嫩豆腐鍋,內有藍青口、蜆肉、海蝦、金菇及嫩豆腐,湯底微辣送飯不錯,兩個人Share一碗米飯也足夠的一餐。總括它的前菜款多真的吸引我再來回味,沙律新鮮任refill絕對可以平衡肉食的邪惡,值得一讚店員緊貼更換吉碟,換燒板fill蛋醬等服務整體滿意👏👅美味: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5✨環境: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐/5💫回頭: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5💡性價: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5💆‍♂️服務: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 continue reading
