今日又可能比較早嚟到嘅關係,呢度唔算多人。呢度環境好優雅好光猛,令人覺得好舒服。我地點左等上壽司定食 ,份量都算多,壽司刺身都好新鮮,服務態度亦都唔錯,整體而言我覺得都唔太差。前菜 - 唔算好標青一口海膽飯 - 海膽算新鮮,不過份量真係一口,唔太夠喉螺 - 隻螺好爽,螺味都好重赤貝 帶子 - 加左黑松露,黑松露帶出左帶子嘅鮮味,都幾夾,如果多d黑松露更好🤤鯛魚 - 好滑深海池魚 肥美中拖羅 - 加左鹽,估唔到鹹鹹地有幾好味,唔會影響咗拖羅本身嘅甜味。好淋,脂肪分佈好均勻火炙鱈魚 - 加左沙律醬反而覺得搶左個味火炙拖羅- 火炙咗嘅拖羅帶比油份包圍,咬落去啖啖拖羅,油得黎唔會膩,好肥美😋牡丹蝦- 用咗燒蝦膏嚟吊味,蝦膏配合牡丹蝦,味道絕對係一流和牛 - 用左日本燒醬黎燒,甜甜地好大塊牛,幾好味手卷 - 入面有三文魚籽,海膽,吞拿魚,都係好新鮮 continue reading

The thin slices of Wagyu beef is cooked in the sukiyaki way served on top of cold sushi rice ! On top of the Wagyu is a mouthful of uni ! The beef was perfectly cooked with the right amount of flavor and the rice soaked the beef aroma and soya sauce !
