好友搵了呢間日本菜餐廳食下午茶,要早大半月訂位,及要先用信用卡付款,在IFC平台層,準時去到,門面低調,店內闊落樓底高,落地玻璃窗望住維港灣風景食飯,藍天白雲心情一定好!先上鹹點,再上甜點,擺盤精緻!$588/2位鹹點:富山縣津和井蟹酢物:茗茗清爽,加上蘿蔔片包嘅漬物,微微酸爽開胃靜岡縣櫻花蝦天婦羅:香口好味!醬油燒日本仙貝:紫蘇葉包嘅丸子,我極喜歡紫蘇清新,好味長野縣鰐梨素之卷:我喜歡食牛油果,牛油果肉軟糯,配炒香芝麻減低油膩感,簡單好味北海道甜蝦波波:蝦肉爽口清甜,三文魚子微鹹吊味剛好,珍珠壽司飯鬆軟度剛好!甜點:焗日本柚子蛋白撻:個人對蛋白撻不太喜歡,呢度的撻底鬆脆,蛋白忌廉無辦法唔甜,所以我只食到一半忌廉,幾軟滑(對我嚟講太甜)蜜瓜忌廉卷蛋:普通忌廉蛋糕,蛋榚鬆軟,忌廉夠滑,蜜瓜清甜,整體好味😋芒果奶凍:賣相靚,似日本蒸蛋,奶凍軟滑唔膻(因個人不喜牛奶膻味)芒果酸甜,不過甜好味京都抹茶紅豆千層蛋糕:抹茶紅豆是絕配,千層皮軟滑,不會切唔斷,如果加重一點茶甘味,會更好味北海道牛奶雪糕大福:糯米糍皮好薄好軟,雪榚軟滑不過甜!餐飲:洋甘菊茶:因為之後要去飲咖啡,所以就點茶,銀色壺精緻,茶幾清香,店員會添加熱水,飲兩轉都有味熱咖啡:朋友飲日式+英式下午茶crossover都幾特別,至少不喜甜食嘅男性朋友都不抗拒,日式部分較吸引,西式甜點款式雖然不算特別,味道好味的(櫻花碟層架吸睛🥰)店員有禮斯文,不會過度騷擾,酒店式服務!無敵大海景+好味食物,贏晒👍🏼 continue reading
下午茶限量20份,知道餐廳有無敵大海景,當然想坐窗口位置,不過一個月前預約也訂不到窗口位,有點小失望。食物方面,鹹點和甜點分開上,中間分隔時間比較久,以致後來甜點享受時間比較趕,未能慢慢enjoy。鹹點少少一盤,味道ok但感覺不夠喉,亦不太突出。甜點都ok,份量比鹹品多。茶方面選擇不多。不過這個tea set 是下午茶份量,沒有像酒店下午茶一樣可以吃飽。總括來說,是酒店價錢餐廳質素,可以一試但性價比不太高。 continue reading

超好吃日式下午茶 • 坐擁IFC無敵海景 • 週未限推20份其實喺香港要搵好食嘅下午茶,都唔係咁容易,今日同大家推介呢一個Tea Set,真係「堅。好。味」!隨着Nobu關門大吉,日式下午茶喺香港已經買少見少,今次四季菊再次推出afternoon tea set,絕對係下午茶粉絲的喜訊。先講鹹點,有大家都喜歡的甜蝦三文魚子壽司、大大隻北海道帶子、仲有好食到停唔到口嘅櫻花蝦天婦羅....講真,如果帶另一半嚟,都無投訴。難得的是,就連甜品都一樣精彩,用日本蜜瓜做嘅蛋捲清甜鬆軟,粉紅色的牛乳雪糕大福個人認為最精彩,新鮮手搓的大福皮煙韌軟熟!宇治抹茶crepe cake的忌廉打得夠幼滑,芒果奶凍亦有驚喜,裏面有勁多芒果肉;最後的柚子meringue 撻亦是心機之作。影完相,唔使10分鐘,大家已經食晒所有食物,好明顯,好食囉。下午茶:$580/2位(只限星期六日供應,每日限推20份)時間:3pm-5pm continue reading

仲話forbes獲獎餐廳,黑鮪魚刺身切到異常大舊,乜味都無,炸天婦羅炸到甩皮甩骨,凍蕎麥麵去bento express買$38.9都好食過佢。所謂五星酒店,女侍應行過踢到客人張凳唔好意思都無聲,掂行掂過。嗰日隔離台有一個女性常客黎,幾乎全餐廳職員走曬去招呼佢,完全無視其他客人,招呼大客當然唔係問題,但唔該分配得好啲,唔會expect呢啲低級錯誤竟然可以發生係四季酒店其中一間outlet度。食物同服務質素差到不得了,唔會再食第二次。 continue reading

今日有幸黎到食一間我諗我呢世都唔知會唔會黎食嘅餐廳因為佢好似好高級 不論裝修格局好高級 價錢都好高級今日食呢間嘅午餐 就係叫四季菊嘅日式餐廳喇蕃茄沙律落得比較多醋 成個沙律味道都比較酸海老海膽腐皮蒸蛋味道唔錯 幾好味 熱辣辣嘅蒸蛋啲蛋入口仲幾滑添刺身 - 深海池魚、左口魚、甜蝦得三件嘅刺身味道可以 幾新鮮嘅天婦羅 - 活蝦比較細隻 但睇住佢係即場炸 炸比每一位所以係新鮮出爐 即上枱但味道一般天婦羅 沙追魚冇乜特別粟米芯一條炸咗嘅粟米芯冇乜味南瓜天婦羅 係佢即炸即上最有誠意一出爐最新鮮嘅口感味噌湯幾好飲呀都宮崎和牛薄燒呢個好出色個和牛真係好好食味入口鮮嫩 有肉汁有口感可能佢係肥牛咁薄 佢包住咗啲雜菜咁上下嘅嘢但堅係好味 得呢個好味但份量太少 海鮮炒飯完全冇味可能海鮮太細粒 最後有個抹茶蛋糕做甜品紅豆抺茶味道ok嘅都幾好食總括黎講 價錢太貴 食完覺得唔值 貴夾唔飽味道唔算特別出色但餐廳裝修一流 私隱度高廚師係面前炮製食材 continue reading
