v好耐之前已經聽過鉄人旨花呢間鐵板燒,lunch set比晚市平一大半,包埋沙律、茶碗蒸、炒飯、味噌湯同甜品,選擇都幾多添.貴啲個set有南菲鮑魚、帶子、A5和牛薄燒同埋虎蝦,不過食完隔咗幾日先醒起原來當日師傅比漏左虎蝦😂 帶子同鮑魚不過不失啦,和牛肉薄燒卷住好多蔥粒,食落即刻感受到油脂同肉汁係口腔度爆發,而且蔥粒爽脆,加埋食幾香口;平啲個set就得法國鵝肝多士同蒜片煎牛扒,合格之上但未到有驚喜,高菜炒飯望落普普通通,但炒得粒粒分明,簡單得黎都幾好食既.期望過高搞到有少少失望(仲要少左隻虎蝦🥺),或者晚市既omakase會好啲啦~

貴啲個set有南菲鮑魚、帶子、A5和牛薄燒同埋虎蝦,不過食完隔咗幾日先醒起原來當日師傅比漏左虎蝦😂 帶子同鮑魚不過不失啦,和牛肉薄燒卷住好多蔥粒,食落即刻感受到油脂同肉汁係口腔度爆發,而且蔥粒爽脆,加埋食幾香口;平啲個set就得法國鵝肝多士同蒜片煎牛扒,合格之上但未到有驚喜,高菜炒飯望落普普通通,但炒得粒粒分明,簡單得黎都幾好食既

▪️令和怪物生蠔(岩手縣)
怪物在於佢手掌咁大🤩 大隻飽滿,爽身鮮甜,唔似平時食嘅creamy順滑,另一番風味

▫️秋刀魚
食嘅時係11月尾,抓緊到食秋刀魚嘅最佳時機🥰 刺身充滿油香而且好鮮甜,肉質細膩仲有彈性

▪️燒帶子
外面乾爽,入面嘅水份冇流失,燒嘅過程帶出咗鮮甜味,用紫菜包住食好爽🤪

▫️鰤魚
鰤魚層皮經過炙燒,油脂滲出,魚肉更顯細嫩鮮甜😚 最後食粒去皮車尼茄refresh下,勁清甜🍅

▪️九州海參配三文魚子
三文魚子飽滿極鮮甜,而海參爽口彈牙似八爪魚😆 與醋漬海草、柚子皮撈埋食能夠中和魚子嘅濃味

Omakase通常都係由淡至濃咁食,但係今次師傅安排濃淡相間,咁先食得輕鬆唔heavy❗️🤤

▫️伊勢海老龍蝦刺身
龍蝦刺身味道偏淡,爽甜彈牙,配時令生果、海草、土佐醋啫喱,好清新,準備食下一道主題😍

▪️ 拖羅
中拖大拖都好正🤩 紫蘇葉夾住中拖羅夠鮮甜,略嫌山葵太嗆啦,蓋過魚嘅鮮味🙈
大拖羅超肥美‼️使用魚鮫部位,油脂滿溢好和味,再以法國魚子醬代替醬油,更鮮甜😋

▫️熊本和牛sukiyaki
採用連續5年攞獎嘅熊本和牛,以壽喜燒 嘅方式烹調🥰 牛味濃油脂豐富得黎又唔會成口油啱啱好

當中亦有壽司同手卷,選用時令食材😉 當晚有活北寄貝、日本石班、海膽等,相當新鮮👍🏽 飯後甜品亦有日本蜜瓜同自家製嘅柚子雪葩🍧

成個用餐體驗好適合同摯愛慶祝,夠晒難忘呀❤️ 價格較高,但食物質素對得起價錢,仲有唔好睇佢啲菜式細細碟咁呀,最後食到好飽好飽極滿足架!🥰
