近期週未都會去尖沙咀食午飯,😍今日就係K11見到間鳥居⛩️餐廳,好高級咁,入面除左普通嘅二人位、四人位之外,仲有吧枱🍺。抱住一個希望lunch 我食得起嘅心態去望下個餐牌,都幾抵食!🧐係k11 裏面,仲要環境咁好,午餐價都係$90-$140。🤓我鐘意睇住師傅煮嘅,所以坐左吧台。既然嚟到,當然要試吓佢嘅串燒。😛⭐️幸福串燒六盛盒本身以為就咁串燒會好dry,但原來啲串燒送飯都幾好食。😝佢每一個set都會有前菜。⭐️前菜有三款:漬蒜頭、豆腐沙律、溫泉蛋。平時嘅我係唔食蒜頭嘅,但見到呢一個好似幾特別,識落真係一啲蒜頭難頂嗰隻味都冇,仲好爽口。😋溫泉蛋我都糾結咗好耐究竟倒唔倒落去碗飯食。個人認為唔倒落去好啲。⭐️免治軟骨雞肉串👍🏼呢個係咁多串入邊我最鍾意❤️!雞肉好味,加埋雞軟骨,每一啖都好有咬口。😋⭐️雞脾肉燒⭐️雞肉長蔥燒你串雞肉比起軟骨雞肉串嘅乾同實。⭐️大蘑菇蘑菇出面燒到乾身,但入面仍然有水份,好味。⭐️秋葵秋葵上面落左一啲木魚絲,令本身味道淡嘅秋葵多咗一啲味道。⭐️雞手羽先⭐️幸福咖喱和牛牛腩丼👍🏼熱辣辣上台,個鍋都好熱。牛肉係和牛之餘,烏冬亦都係讚岐烏冬。 continue reading

朋友想食串燒,所以今日放工就相約在尖咀,試下呢間新開既日式居酒屋。我地都係根據餐廳地址去找尋,起初以為會喺K11商場既外圍,找尋一番後,再問一問CS,才發現原來餐廳是在商場裡面既。門外有一個非常日本風既corner,讓人又開始懷念日本既美好。餐廳內部既裝潢都好靚,我地就揀佐坐吧台,可以望住廚師為我們烹調,別有一番風味。餐牌裡面既食物種類夠多,而且價錢唔貴,閉起雙眼胡亂挑選亦都唔會太貴。牆上有許願牌,可以放上自己既願望。巨峰味乳酸 $38飲品係食串燒既必需品,一般情況,啤酒,係最夾既,但係呢日我就想飲杯 Non-Alcoholic既,所以揀佐呢杯巨峰味乳酸,味道係濃既,而且By Default 唔多冰,唔會令到味道太快太易變淡,正!咖哩牛肉烏冬 $78食串燒之餘,點都要有D飽肚既野食,我地就揀佐咖哩牛肉烏冬,份量都不小,咖哩汁做得夠哂濃,有漿口感,烏冬亦都夠爽夠彈,熟度岩岩好。豉汁活鰻 $68燒活鰻,係個人幫襯居酒屋既心水之選,而呢度亦都燒得非常出色,鰻魚層皮燒得十分脆身,而鰻魚汁亦都浸入佐鰻魚肉裡,香得黎帶有點點既juicy感。免治軟骨雞肉串 (芝士) $30免治軟骨雞肉串有4款不同既口味,一次過要哂4款就可享優惠價 $118/4,但係我地就決定留quota試其他既款式。我地揀佐芝士口味,芝士非常杰身,夠哂濃而且厚,軟骨雞肉串食落裡面層次分明,很有口感。雞脾肉燒 (紫蘇梅醬) $28雞脾肉燒同樣有4款口味,我地就選了紫蘇梅醬。紫蘇葉真係好香,基本上佢既味道已經足以蓋過其他所有既味道,雞睥肉食落充滿肉感,啖啖肉令人非常滿足。燒魷魚筒 $98 燒魷魚筒亦都可說是君酒屋既必點之選,佢既份量夠哂大,食落香口有趙口,不用添加任何既調味料已經好好味。 continue reading

仿照日本神社的幸福鳥設計別出心裁,門口掛上一塊塊寫滿香港人心願的繪馬,話題性或吸睛度同樣滿分。幸福鳥係主打串燒的居酒屋,收費唔平,但勝在用料上乘,更可以即時做會員,以買一送一價錢換購Suntory Gold啤酒,食住串燒飲啤酒,爽!京都特濃男前豆腐打響頭炮,豆腐由日本空運到港,豆腐口感令我記起京都嵐山的豆製品,豆味特濃,加埋薑蓉提味,係一個頗有新鮮感的菜式。馬蹄鮮魷燒肉棒屬必點單品,賣相一流,將馬蹄、土魷與豬肉拌勻後整成肉棒,口感豐富有咬口,沾滿蛋黃醬食又係另一番滋味。阿波尾雞盛合包括雞肉、雞腎、雞心、雞軟骨、雞肝、雞翼等。雞肝和雞心燒到好香,各自配上鹽和秘制醬料,内裡軟綿綿,唔會過分食到内臟的腥味。雞翼外皮燒至金黃香脆,肉質嫩滑。雞肉我就食唔出日本雞的肥美juicy,不過雞肝最得我心,生熟度剛好,咬開香脆的外皮,內裡軟綿綿,好味。豬肉露筍卷將豬肉燒得香脆又有油脂口感,配襯露筍的獨有香味,可再encore。燒大蘑菇肥大肉厚勁多汁,菇味香濃。茄子擺盤有心思,可以額外沾醬汁食,我比較中意清淡口味,食出材料的鮮味。綠茶雪糕竹碳脆脆豬睇得又食得,竹碳脆脆豬有種難以形容的竹碳香,一啖有齊凍、熱、脆口感,吃得過癮。 continue reading

有同事生日,我地9個去左K11食日本野慶祝佢生日。佢地個lunch menu只有10個選擇,不過其實10個都算ok架啦,都有唔同既款式可以揀。除左兩個同事之外,我地其他人全部叫晒個幸福串燒六盛合。佢有六串燒,飯,湯,兩個前菜(豆腐同醃製蒜頭),溫泉蛋同六個串串。其中四個串都係雞肉,有雞亦,雞脾肉,雞軟骨仲有個唔唔咩🤣🤣其他兩串係秋葵同菇。 有一串有啲"鞋"但係就唔知道係乜嘢,個雞軟骨好吃,佢地好似係整碎晒再整到好似條腸咁其他啲串都好得好好食, 只係用鹽來調味所以啲雞都好有雞味。啲前菜好食,我攞左個蛋黃黎撈飯食,簡直一流! 不過唔知係唔係我地太多人叫呢個,燒唔切,所以都出得有啲慢,有兩個同事差不多食完另外兩個先岩岩開始食。問咗另外兩個同事佢哋個餐好唔好食。 雞肉壽喜燒嗰個同事話味道有啲淡,不過啲雞肉係滑嘅。另外嗰個蒲燒鰻魚飯,佢話個鰻魚都好厚肉同好多,佢後尾都食唔晒。 continue reading
