🍰數到南丫島有咩好味嘅美食!當然唔小得充滿田園風既Shelly Cake express💐呢個招牌豆腐芝士餅,係我食過咁多間蛋糕店最好味嘅!原因係香芝士味同時又唔會掩蓋左豆腐嘅清香味道!而且蛋糕上有少少乾花令到蛋糕嘅層次更加清香!所以要做到呢個咁完美嘅balance係真係好考功夫😋😋😋所以入到黎南丫島就一定要食呢一個咁好味嘅豆腐芝士餅推介菜式:招牌豆腐芝士餅 ($60)味道:🌟🌟🌟🌟環境:🌟🌟🌟🌟價錢:🌟🌟服務:🌟🌟🌟🌟注意~店內嘅最低消費為$65,以一件芝士餅$60嚟計都算幾貴!不過我覺得都值得一試!已店內約有10個座位,所以如果假日嚟到有機會要等位😂😂😂而且店主亦都非常nice, 好樂意為客人推介菜式仲有介紹南丫島有咩美食同埋好玩嘅地方俾~所以大家都可以同老闆娘傾吓計🥰除咗叫咗蛋糕,我亦試咗hazelnut latte& ice cappuccino! 咖啡黎講我就比較失望,因為咖啡豆雖然比較苦澀但係就唔夠香,所以我諗其他嘅飲品會比較出色! continue reading

每次嚟南丫島,一定要到訪呢間Cake Shop,回想第一次嚟,已經係14年前,每次都見證住小店嘅小變化,感覺好窩心🥰記得我第一次嚟嘅時候,佢主要都係賣cakes為主,不過依家已經多咗好多唔同嘅選擇,有雪糕、有曲奇、仲有其他特飲。Follow小店仲有小禮物送「豆腐芝士蛋糕」仍然係佢嘅鎮店之寶仲有自家製嘅曲奇🍪每次嚟到,我都會叫我最鍾情嘅豆腐芝士餅,有啲人會expect芝士餅就要好似New York cheesecake咁有濃厚嘅味道,所以會覺得佢好淡冇乜味,但其實呢個餅係要你去細味豆腐嘅豆香,再配一杯花茶,慢活一下,就可以在這小島上享受洗滌心靈嘅感覺☺️當然,好多朋友仍然會最鍾情於New York cheesecake嗰種厚實香濃嘅味道,包括我隔離嗰位,老公就對呢個芝士餅讚不絕口啦,佢覺得New York cheesecake 唔需要加其他材料,先欣賞到最原始嘅味道。 小朋友話要食雪糕,所以叫咗呢個Crème Brûlée 配雪糕,法式焦糖燉蛋充滿濃濃嘅雲呢拿味和蛋香,面層係剛剛燒嘅脆脆焦糖,燉蛋內仲見到有一粒粒嘅雲呢拿籽,所以咁香滑。夏日炎炎,最好飲番杯冰凍沙冰,呢杯蜜桃沙冰好香桃味,飲完真係透心涼!小朋友就揀咗杯凍朱古力奶,上層係白色奶泡,下層係凍朱古力,飲完成個醒神晒添!每次嚟到都見到老闆娘好用心製作每一道甜品俾客人品嚐,所以我每次入到南丫島,第一站一定嚟支持佢! continue reading

男朋友知我鍾意食野,尤其係甜品,所以佢先前做定南丫島有咩係必食既資料搜集,專登帶左我黎食豆腐芝士蛋糕。餐牌選擇唔多,除左招牌豆腐芝士蛋糕$60必食之外,仲叫多個紐約芝士蛋糕$60。今日係我生日,所以問下有冇得寫Happy Birthday,老闆娘話可以,加$15就得。我地覺得價錢合理,所以加左。老闆娘將兩件蛋糕擺埋一齊,好俾心機寫,蠟燭都係靚蠟燭,滿意。豆腐芝士蛋糕令我都好滿意。勁有豆腐味,好似食緊豆腐花,好滑,令人驚豔。紐約芝士蛋糕係預想中既味。兩件蛋糕既瑕疵係餅底都比較碎。 continue reading

果然名不虛傳一開始已經做了資料蒐集知道這間的蛋糕好吃, 所以一在榕樹灣下船就馬上找到這間店子他店內的空間較細所以我們沒有選擇堂食把它外賣拿到附近的沙灘吃豆腐芝士蛋糕一開始擔心只是強烈的味道會搶了豆腐風頭, 吃上去卻意想不到地和諧, 豆腐味很香, 真的有豆腐的軟滑, 不太吃得出芝士味。餅底香, 配合忌廉一個濃烈一個淡然非常配合, 蛋糕上還有一顆顆粉紅玫瑰, 幾食得又睇得南丫島的確是有種與世無爭的感覺, 親切的老闆娘也跟我搭話,笑着說最近很多人都說南丫島是平行時空。聽着沙灘的海浪聲和遠方有橘子色漸變到黃色無盡的天空, 就不禁認同她的話 continue reading
