香港人慣左食完飯一定會去食甜品。之前都成日被外國朋友笑我地呢個習慣。今晚我地都唔例外咁去搵間甜品鋪, 附近幾間出名啲既都排哂長龍, 見呢間唔洗排就入去試下。朱古力蛋白燉鮮奶, 個名幾吸引, 但係賣相普通。一食落去就覺得伏伏地, 試多啖都係伏。朱古力味唔重, 無乜奶香。好多朱古力粉唔易入口。個燉奶仲出左好多水... 食完今次唔會再幫襯!! continue reading

新年食不離口,煎炒煮炸炆燉焗都食過,個人硬是覺得身體欠缺什麼,走到甜品店看見樣樣都不合心意,唯有見到這個...杏汁燉原隻木瓜, 分輕中重量不同價錢發售!點了隻 中量木瓜@$40 即叫即製,所以等待了一段時間 (等...寂寞到夜深...)店方把燉好的原隻木瓜橫刀一拖,清理好內裏的籽後,再傾注入濃濃的杏汁(還是杏仁糊?) 灑上白芝麻便完成! 燉過的木瓜既清甜又暖和,有潤肺的感覺,杏汁味尚算濃郁亦夠滑溜,當然是還有進步空間,吃完後也感覺到身體平衡了不少,始終有生果的成份,相信中國食療是真的有效用,自己身體是欺騙不到什麼,詳細請自行翻開本草綱目,我又不是中醫! continue reading

在寒冷的冬天,最適合在飯後來一碗熱騰騰的中式糖水。 坊間的甜品店越開越多,不過多以西式或創新甜品為主,中式糖水似乎並非主打。 每當突然心血來潮想來碗紅豆沙或芝麻糊,就會想起石磨坊。 各類中式糖水都可以加錢加其他配料,包括湯圓和芋圓等。 紅豆沙並不是很起沙,不過味道還不錯,有淡淡的陳皮香,而且用料足,除了紅豆還加入了百合,加添了清甜的感覺。 湯圓不知道是自家製還是供應商提供,皮薄餡靚,芝麻餡還有點流沙,叫人喜出望外呢。 continue reading

食甜品又點可以唔去石磨坊食燉蛋。價錢真係好低食,兩個人食到飽都只係$60去到石磨坊食墩蛋有兩個必食!朱古力蛋白燉鮮奶、日式焦糖。先講講個朱古力、朱古力味就唔多、但奶味就超重!重奶味得黎又香,有冷有熱、個人比較鐘意熱(因為熱比較香)日式燉蛋同平時食開?燉蛋唔同?就係日式比較細份同比較甜。再講等候時間,地方比較細但唔算等得太耐,可能因為甜品出得比較快。 continue reading

叫左個紅豆芋頭涼粉同埋涼粉芋圓,紅豆泥無咩味,加上成舊無味既冰放埋一齊,味道認真普通。芋圓方面,就好喜歡呢度既雙圓,因為夠Q,不過每碗只有6粒…..@@涼粉方面大大粒,能夠保持個口感! OK!呢間餐廳成日較到個冷氣好凍,我地估係因為想趕D客食完快D走,快D俾第2批客人入去食,呢個做法我覺得好正常,不過如果各位係想去傾計既話,就唔好食呢間喇 continue reading
