「豫園」是一間滬菜館,屬車軚人推介餐室之一。與友飯聚,可趁機一試餐廳的功夫。除了中庭大廳外,餐廳內部被規劃成多間獨立房間,增加了用餐環境評分。在大廳牆上印製了一幅特色畫作,提起了餐廳的中式格調。 「乾燒大明蝦」是最先送上的作品,菜式以新鮮大蝦精製,配以鮮茄醬及豆瓣醬製成的醬汁而成。味道酸香泛辣,蝦鮮肉實,風味賣相勻不俗。「焗釀蟹蓋」雖然蟹肉份量不少,但蟹蓋體積細小,難言大體。菜式沒有用上重味的醬汁,能相對容易突出蟹肉的鮮甜味道及蟹羔的甘香。 「鮮松茸火腿豬腱燉螺頭」是熬煮足三小時的燉湯,湯料豐足,湯汁敦厚香甜。螺頭經過長時間熬煮仍保美味軟身。倘若能再追加多一點份量相信味道會更佳。 「富貴火舫」一向是小編喜愛的菜餚,蜜味甜絲絲,與金華火腿味道匹配。包皮軟,青瓜爽,腐皮脆,口感層次豐富。 「原隻鮑魚拌麵」以新鮮鮑魚入饌,感覺貴氣。鮑魚質感軟彈,炆煮得入味。拌麵以鮑汁頭抽拌煮製作,再加入惹味的洋蔥香蔥等引味,出品可口,麵條亦感煙韌。 二人同行用膳,能試的菜餚數量有限,只能著手餐廳精選,貴精不貴多。回顧席間多味菜式,普遍賣相擺盤精巧,用料具質素,味道理想,難怪「豫園」能在短時間成為車軚人推介餐室之一,可以試試! continue reading

位於銅鑼灣的豫園,是一間飽覽香港維港景色的中菜餐廳。餐廳位於Vpoint的26樓,能看到一覽無遺的景色,中午和晩上的氣氛與别不同,不同時間光顧,會有不一樣的感受呢。地方不算很大,設有三個分别為大,中,小的包廂,也設有Walkin客人的餐桌,提供超多種中菜選擇,是個跟長輩們吃點心吃飯的好地方哦。生煎包 $48/4個獲廚師推介的生煎包,味道果然不錯呢。麵包體部份質感鬆軟,底部煎至香脆,就算放涼後也不會軟掉,內餡豬肉軟熟油香,味道不錯呢。黃橋燒餅 $58/4個首次品嚐黃橋燒餅,原來是如此的美味呀。表面撒上芝麻,烤焗後甘香可囗,餅皮有點像老婆餅,酥化帶香,內餡是滿滿韮菜,味道略鹹啦。蘿蔔絲酥餅 $48/3個這幾年到酒樓喝茶,蘿蔔絲酥餅是我的必點點心。酥脆酥化的外層酥皮,輕咬即散,然後化在咀裡,內裡的蘿蔔香甜,很不錯呢。雷沙湯丸 $48超喜歡吃黃豆粉類和煙靭類的東西,這道甜品,正正合我胃囗。軟熟幼軟的湯丸皮,包著熱熱的溶化芝麻,沾輩黃豆粉,教人如何不喜歡呢。 continue reading

是晚和友人到銅鑼灣V Point的豫園共進晚餐。豫園這名字一聽就很有中國園林風味。內裏的佈置格局亦特別古色古香。時值農曆春節,門口更擺放了一大株桃花,亦是打卡好選擇!坐下先點茶,除了平時常見的普洱香片,還可以選龍井菊花。餐牌實在是厚厚的一本,我和友人看了很久。選擇非常多,價錢各異,總有一樣合你心意。這名為富貴雙方,兩件起。外貌相當有趣,夾饃中間包著三層,有脆腐皮,青瓜片和咸火腿。咸火腿又似乎有蜜糖裹著。吃下口感非常豐富,有脆的、生的、咸的、甜的。雖然要$44元一件,但值得一試。脆鱔屬於前菜。我第一次吃,本以爲會是有鱔肉質感的,怎料是非常脆的口感,很特別。外面裹著的醬汁亦是甜甜的,再配上魚乾絲挺好吃。毛蟹毛豆炒年糕。這小菜很有誠意,價錢合理,合豆類,海鮮和主食於一碟。就算只是兩人來吃也能吃得豐富。這碟菜的蟹要視乎來貨,有時會轉膏蟹,因為蟹的作用是釣鮮味。餐廳特製的甜醬炒這蟹也相當配合。吃下啖啖蟹膏,認真足料!年糕和毛豆完全吸了蟹和醬汁的精華,我們都吃不停口呢!時值春節,友人點了半份元蹄。亦再一次誠意表現,半份已夠四人吃,很大份肉,伴碟還有菜,均衡營養之選。不過皮偏肥,膠感不夠,視乎大家既個人口味。本人就不太喜歡太大塊肉。最後甜品要了八寶飯,有蒸和煎的選擇。我選了煎的較香口,但同時亦比較油。健康的朋友可考慮蒸。作為甜品,四份一已很足夠。相當有營養,內有很多料,我吃得出的有黑米、蓮子、提子乾、草莓乾。是一道少見的有營養的甜品。總結一下,今餐我們點太多了,因為這餐廳份量很多,我們跟據平時吃其他中菜館的小份量點,自然過多。其實兩人一湯一小菜,已經可以吃得很豐富和飽足。真是一間令我相當滿意的餐廳。 continue reading

只要說起豫園,就會想起在上海建於明朝的豫園 ,作為上海一個特色旅遊景點之外,還充滿著江南園林的風味,成為上海文化歷史的標誌。來到香港的豫園,就標誌著江南的美食。位於銅鑼灣的豫園,沒有江南園林的景色,換上維港美景,吃著江南美味名菜,也別具一格。******************************從電梯而出的豫園,已經看到中國風格的裝潢。走進豫園,地方寛敞,還可以望著維港美景,來此吃飯也是一種享受吧。安排入座,便送上餐前小吃,花生和菜鋪,每碟HKD25,此外茶芥收費每位HKD18。無錫脆鱔 HKD88,是無錫傳統名菜,早在太平天國前就已有名。把鱔切成條狀再炸脆,入口香脆無比,而且又甜甜地,難怪又脆鱔亦名甜鱔,作為餐前小吃,送酒也是一流。龍鬚鮮魚絲 HKD298,先把魚切絲再醃,再放入燒熱油至熟透撈起,單看魚絲,便盡顯廚師刀工功架。每條魚絲滑溜,簡單調味便可以鮮味盡出。紅燒牛肋肉 HKD348,用慢火炆煮而成的牛肋骨,把秘製的醬汁炆得入味之外,肉質還有入口有點溶化的口感,吃上一口完全一點都不膩,只有啖啖的牛肋骨肉和香濃的醬汁在口中回味無窮。擂沙湯丸48,湯丸口感軟綿帶點煙韌,芝麻香味濃郁,一隻擂沙湯丸都幾大粒,確實吃得飽肚又滿足。 continue reading

無錫脆鱔 ($88)非常脆,索索聲好過癮;味道偏酸,好開胃焗釀蟹蓋 ($88) 蟹肉釀滿晒成隻蟹蓋,不過非常細隻,$88唔係好抵食。好在呈一梳梳狀態嘅蟹肉鮮甜惹味豬全骨 ($188) 果然一上菜就聞到陣陣香氣,味道徘徊在似酸又甜之間,肉質滑溜,一啲都唔韌又唔癡牙!肉絲兩面黃 ($128)分開兩碟上菜,鍾意落幾多汁就落幾多;麵好脆,唔會有一陣討厭嘅油味,汁亦都有好多料,感覺每一啖都有餸唔會只有汁環境非常舒適,而且望住維港景色,好正!服務亦都非常好 continue reading
