精心泡制,等久,去完大都未端上來,千呼萬唤始出來,白滑,又濃又稠又白滑蛋白均匀溶入,不是一嚿嚿,夠大碗,好有杏仁質感~,好幼好幼,甜度香味自然,以我食此甜品經驗,排行榜奪冠,爆燈,無敵。

驚喜陸續有來,主廚嘅得意之作而係心機之作,非常考功夫,每粒'豆腐'其實都係用蛋製成,做到好似豆腐口感,食落有啲似玉子豆腐,表面綠色嘅一層係菠菜用,上面再加塊炸竹笙,而中間係一堆菌類包括黃耳同榆耳(乃森林食品之王,營養價值豐富)食落爽滑彈牙,配以南瓜打成嘅汁,‘金汁如意’之名因此得來,別出心裁嘅一道素菜👍🏻

米其林拔草— 香宮著名的香港Michelin 2 star restaurant. 服務真的是一般。一開始我男友預Book的是share room桌位。但當我們到達的時候服務員板著臉帶我們到最接近門口的座位,結果被我男友提醒了一下才曉得帶我們進房間。(也沒道歉,真是「喔」了一聲就帶我們進房間)點菜後,朋友們都到齊了,卻上錯菜,我們提醒服務員才立刻收回。我們進餐也好一段時間了,茶壺裡的茶都涼了,也不會去換,需要我們要求和提醒。盤子也不會主動幫我們去更換,也是需要提出要求才做⋯⋯香港酒店餐廳應有的服務質素去哪裡了?🥲 至於食物總括來說中規中矩,沒什麼特別驚喜的菜式,最合我胃口的還是這裡老字號的脆皮雞還有龍蝦泡飯。個人覺得這次的焗蟹蓋有失水準,送來的時候微溫不夠熱,蟹味偏淡。最令人在意的還是服務員的質素,真的有待加強。

晚歺訂位在香格里拉內的香宮食飯。一行四人。叫了焗蟹蓋,燒雞,蓮藕肉餅,鴨旦蒸蠔,龍蝦湯脆米泡飯。焗蟹蓋其實是炸的,,表面脆口,內裹滿滿蟹肉,很香但鮮味不夠。燒雞一般,蓮藕肉餅有肉香味但菜式冇特別,旦蒸蠔很一般。龍蝦泡飯很濃味好食。員工服務很好!最後還免費送甜品樹有十幾件甜點很不錯。

仲有一個星期就到父親節,所以帶咗屋企人嚟香宮食週末午市點心套餐,而家有early bird promotion,喺中午12點之前埋單可以享用優惠特價$228一位,咁當然要帶屋企人試吓啦⋯⋯全部點心都有水準,值得一提嘅係有個龍蝦湯灌湯餃,真係好大隻,另外同埋有個煎米粉都好特別㗎,平時都係食湯米粉,但煎米粉口感真係唔錯,其實食到第三道菜已經有啲飽,真係要停一停先可以再食😂😂😂P.S: 如果去到餐廳是英文你哋飲咩茶,大家可以試吓菊花茶,我覺得幾好飲,相比起其他茶😝👍🏻

難得到九龍,就想試吓啲新嘢,其實香港係老牌中菜,但只係因為要過海,所以未來過。九龍香格里拉的裝修,同講到幾乎一樣,令人很有親切感!未上菜,先來一啲琥珀合桃,很好味,令人覺得這是一間有誠意的中菜館。點心中規中矩,只是點了蝦餃,和素餃。重點係招牌菜,點了焗蟹蓋,沒有令人失望,淡淡蟹肉,鮮香清甜。仲有龍蝦泡脆米飯,只是點了半分,但真材實料,咁淡龍蝦肉,加上脆米,濃湯很鮮味,非常之正呀!有機會再來!

未上菜,先來一啲琥珀合桃,很好味,令人覺得這是一間有誠意的中菜館。
