港島香格里拉夏宮已試多次,今年中秋選了九龍香格里拉的香宮。選擇香宮原本是因爲想試其招牌菜《玻璃大蝦球》,可惜侍應說是日沒有這味菜的供應,非常失望😞。不過,始終是星級酒店的米芝連餐廳,環境優雅,餐具精緻。總體來說是不錯的晚餐,但是和侍應在溝通上有誤會。例如晚餐後,侍應查問是否需要甜品,免費提供甜品樹、杏仁蛋白、薑汁奶、龜苓膏等。於是叫了杏仁蛋白及龜苓膏,埋單時見到杏仁蛋白及龜苓膏被收費,細查才知道侍應意思是:免費提供甜品樹,(我們還有其他甜品)杏仁蛋白、薑汁奶、龜苓膏。

總體來說是不錯的晚餐,但是和侍應在溝通上有誤會。例如晚餐後,侍應查問是否需要甜品,免費提供甜品樹、杏仁蛋白、薑汁奶、龜苓膏等。於是叫了杏仁蛋白及龜苓膏,埋單時見到杏仁蛋白及龜苓膏被收費,細查才知道侍應意思是:免費提供甜品樹,(我們還有其他甜品)杏仁蛋白、薑汁奶、龜苓膏。

失經無神放假早上,不食good feel早餐,出老尖,試訂此處,次次當日訂不到午市,今次book 11:30am,得咗!跟夏宮一樣,樓底高,富高檔中國風裝修,餐具,服務……整體package當然高分。先端上用竹茶盆盛上精緻磁杯杞子水。竹菌菜苗玉帶餃$68,綠色皮,但餐牌是橙色,以為上錯,蝦多,菜苗及帶子粒少,略咸,面上之啡色碎料,應是竹苼,爽口,無味。鴨腎菜乾咸豬骨粥$68, 醃過豬骨香, 有軟骨有嚼頭, 菜乾只有葉無莖,所以或可能粥的菜亁味不夠香濃,腎有嚼勁,粥有開花,稠,綿滑,真火㷛。脆皮bb 乳鴿$88,真BB,皮薄肉香,有彈性!抵食蛋黄千層糕$58,粉質鬆軟,咸蛋黄只在上面少許,不夠蛋香,無椰絲,與真正傳統的,跑輸!

竹菌菜苗玉帶餃$68,綠色皮,但餐牌是橙色,以為上錯,蝦多,菜苗及帶子粒少,略咸,面上之啡色碎料,應是竹苼,爽口,無味。

鴨腎菜乾咸豬骨粥$68, 醃過豬骨香, 有軟骨有嚼頭, 菜乾只有葉無莖,所以或可能粥的菜亁味不夠香濃,腎有嚼勁,粥有開花,稠,綿滑,真火㷛。


脆皮bb 乳鴿$88,真BB,皮薄肉香,有彈性!抵食


蛋黄千層糕$58,粉質鬆軟,咸蛋黄只在上面少許,不夠蛋香,無椰絲,與真正傳統的,跑輸!

中午前來到, 人流不多, 環境清靜及服務員們有禮招待。來食吓點心, 叫了它們出場..鮑魚海味灌湯餃,這一碗一來到; 一打開個蓋就以一陣陣的濃湯香氣撲鼻, 先來一囗湯便令人馬上要喝多幾囗, 配料的花膠,帶子,鮑魚鲜香內入湯味, 主角的湯餃饀料便是大件鮮蝦及瑤柱絲, 這個十分豐富配合好料, 整體有如浮游在海上般自在。鱸魚餃子,一層綠綠的薄皮包著了碎切的什錦配料之上坐著一方塊的魚件煎香, 配搭得清清魚香而不會淡淡。帶子芋角,炸鬆脆芋角上伴上大粒帶子, 整個入口即刻味道額外提升。鮑汁鳯爪,質感留守爽氣, 一點也不冧而入味又不過咸, 附帶大粒扁豆。鮮炸鯪魚球與蜆蚧,波波的魚球蘇炸, 配埋附還有葱絲薑絲紅椒絲的滿滿的蚬蚧, 香濃度的。蛋黃千層糕,熱烘烘的黃透出旦香, 口感彈彈而在淡淡的甜風中。。

連續兩個週末也在香格里拉吃午飯, 主要原因是因為發現自己Golden Circle會籍的積分差不多用完了, 而這裡的積分除了可以兌換酒店住宿外, 也可以兌換作餐飲消費, 這一餐說是一餐”Free Lunch”呢! 收費九十多元的蝦餃和燒賣是我覺得最失望的, 蝦餃皮裂開令其肉汁流失, 雖然內裡蝦肉和豬肉比例平均, 但外皮的失誤在如比高檔的食肆不應存在. 至於燒賣, 就是平平無其的味道, 我不要求體積要很大, 但是蒸完後縮起來口感不太好吧! 要讚的還是有的, 其牛坑腩腸粉依然是蒸腸粉的教材, 除了外面米皮的完整及嫩滑外, 內裡牛坑腩炸完再放入米皮內, 肉質依然彈牙之餘, 咬下去炸皮很有吃炸兩的感覺, 口感的對比令人難以忘懷. 雪山叉燒包又是另一道教材點心, 叉燒肥瘦剛好, 份量的配合令其咬下去不會流出餡料, 也不會令內裡空空如也. 最重要是外面的包, 外表雪白得好看, 上面酥皮脆而不散, 還有陣陣鮮奶香味呢!

以她在香港的美食史當然在米芝連當然要佔有一地位, 但要拿回兩星, 最起碼食物質素要維持到牛坑腩腸粉及雪山叉燒包的境界吧!

套餐連甜品一共有六道菜

📍香宮精選三寶薈萃 – 分別有化皮乳豬件、極品蜜汁叉燒皇及蒜泥海螺片。乳豬連皮帶肉,肉質嫩滑。而半肥瘦嘅叉燒肉,鬆軟入味,充滿肉香同蜜汁甜香,令人回味。

📍海底花膠羊肚菌燉雞 – 雞湯燉得好鮮甜而唔肥膩,而且好足料

📍韭黃油泡斑球 – 斑球好新鮮,肉質爽滑,但唔知係咪因為用油泡處理嘅關係,成碟餸感覺好油膩,食完後成嘴都係油

📍米湯鮮蟹肉浸菜苗 – 採用大量蟹肉烹煮,每一啖都充滿蟹肉,米湯味淡襯托出蟹肉嘅鮮甜,而鮮嫩嘅菜苗亦吸收晒蟹肉同米湯嘅鮮香,味道非常配搭

📍原籠荷葉香蒜溶蝦球蒸糯米飯 - 用荷葉包住糯米飯同蝦嚟蒸 ,米飯吸晒蝦肉同蒜溶嘅精華,入口甘香豐腴,加上荷葉嘅清香,完全唔會覺得膩滯

📍川貝陳皮蜜餞桃膠燉原個雪梨 – 單睇菜名已知道好滋補,果然燉湯好足料,用上原個雪梨,內裡再放滿藥材去燉。切開梨心,精瑩剔透嘅桃膠伴隨住藥材流出,超甜梨肉連埋桃膠一齊食口感軟糯,味道甜得嚟又好有咬口,非常正嘅一個甜品

套餐最後以中式甜品樹作結,幾款中式甜點放置於樹幹嘅銀葉上,樹葉仲要被剪成心形形狀,賣相搶鏡。幾款甜點分別有白糖糕、蓮蓉酥、合桃酥、小椰撻及蝴蝶酥

整餐晚飯無論環境、服務
定係菜式都令人驚喜
充分發揮中國菜嘅精髓
難怪可以多次獲得米芝蓮二星嘅肯定

菜式亦相當出色。前菜是椒鹽田雞腿,田雞腿表面的脆浆薄而均勻,田雞肉嫩滑非常,是我的最愛。鮑魚表面用咸蛋黃包裹,够哂入味。而伴碟的南瓜和豆腐十分清爽,足以中和鮑魚的咸味。黑豚腩的肥瘦適中,焖到恰到好處。配菜用咗勝瓜,只将瓜的皮去了九成,令瓜有爽脆的口感而不至於太腍。斑球好大塊,連韮黄和菜之都清甜爽口。蟹肉菜苗用了菠菜苗加米湯來浸,米香菜滑。脆米泡飯則用咗龍蝦湯,海鮮味更濃郁。另加了切碎的金針菇,令湯更清甜。除了脆米之外,還配咗油炸鬼,使得泡飯的口感层次更為豐富。

最後餐廳仲送咗棵甜品樹,賣相搶鏡,味道清甜。真係十分🈵足。

無論環境、服務,還是出品,都不愧為米芝連餐廳,充分發揮了中國菜的精髓。

Never a big fan of chinese, as I often find it too oily.


Food are decently presented and put into small plates for each.

Of the whole menu, my favorite are the prawns with longjiang and chicken broth with fish maws.


Longjiang actually goes well with pawn, there’s also bits of longjiang leaves on the pawn

I was there to have lunch. Reception service was poor, the lady there really didn’t know how can manage. Moreover food was amazing. Crispy chicken was fabulous, perfect cook crispy as must be. We had also sweet and sour pork! Very good one of the best I eat. Egg bun was lovely we annoy it. Mention also for the snack. Caramel walnut absolutely delicious. Service was very good.
