Kick off the fall season with new creations recommended by Chef Cheung from Michelin-starred Shang Palace. A delectable range of Cantonese delicacies featuring hairy crab and premium ingredients, such as sea cucumber and abalone, are now available. Priced from HKD220 +10%.

Highlights of the menu:
• Steamed hairy crab
• Stuffed Mexican sea cucumber braised with spring onion in traditional style
• Stewed beef tendon and brisket in curry sauce served with deep-fried buns
• Wok-fried abalone with fish maw in a casserole

Four-hands dinner by Chef Gordon Leung and Chef Cheung Long-Yin

For one night only on 24 October 2019, experience a Michelin-starred journey curated by Chef Gordon Leung, the group’s Chinese Executive Chef, and Chef Cheung Long-Yin, Kowloon Shangri-La’s Executive Chinese Chef at Shang Palace. The eight-course menu features the signature dishes of each chef and different Michelin-starred Shang Palace and Summer Palace restaurants around the globe is priced at HKD1,200 per person.
