I recently had the pleasure of trying mooncakes from Shang Palace at the Shangri-La Hotel, and I must say, they were a delightful treat. I purchased two flavors: the mini hojicha mooncake with red bean, yuzu paste with mochi, and the mini matcha mooncake with red bean, yuzu paste with mochi.The mooncakes had a unique twist with four layers of flavors. The outer layer had a subtle tea flavor, followed by a layer of rich red bean, a chewy and satisfying mochi layer, and finally a burst of tangy yuzu paste. Each bite offered a different texture and taste, making it a truly enjoyable experience that sets them apart from ordinary mooncakes.What impressed me was that these mooncakes were not just limited to the Mid-Autumn Festival; they also serve as a delightful dessert. They are perfect for indulging oneself or as a thoughtful gift for loved ones. The packaging was elegant, adding to the overall impression of quality.Shang Palace offers a variety of flavors to choose from, allowing everyone to find their preferred combination. 叉燒又瘦又亁,勉強靠過汁吊返先,比起天龍軒D叉燒根本冇得俾。好似食汁咁。炸牛腩又係差,食落去有啲靭,牛頭角某一間茶餐廳仲好食。花膠Mo炆海參,條花膠有一種怪味。龍蝦湯喊到一個點。啲油炸鬼又硬。楊枝甘露又酸。最後連啲甜品一啲味都冇,得個擺盤靚,可能知道自己啲嘢唔夠好,等客人最咪可以打卡,幫佢挽回少少分數。不過都有樣嘢好嘅,個羹係有少少特別。要另外加錢嘅嘅鱔好食啲啲。咁嘅價錢我去食另外一間米芝蓮好過。多謝 continue reading

今日系米芝蓮系列-到了在九龍香格里拉既香宮, 開業已逾三十五年,  餐廳樓底高, 裝潢華麗古雅加埋水晶吊燈, 非常有韻味可能當日星期五晚比較多客人, 要自己找店員叫茶及拎菜牌, 這裡真的有點扣分點了蜜汁叉燒,叉燒肥瘦適中, 唔肥唔瘦好鬆化, 加埋少少焦香, 仲配有蜜餞豆第二味點了兩款不同蟹蓋, 有問過店員兩個蟹蓋的分別,  或許我理解能力麻麻, 也聽不出有什麼分別, 就乾脆點晒兩款蟹蓋, 同朋友一款分一半, 見到隔離枱情況相似. 黃金炸釀鮮蟹蓋: 蟹蓋面炸到脆卜卜,入面蟹肉加洋蔥, 雙色芝士焗釀蟹蓋: 外面滿滿芝士焗得好香,入面都係滿滿嘅蟹肉 兩款蟹蓋分別最大是有芝士及沒有芝士 🧀韭黃瑤柱鴨絲羹: 啖啖鴨絲仲有瑤柱, 味道豐富好味🪿杏仁茶: 味道可以濃一點餐廳有附送甜品樹, 有多個款式像合桃酥, 椰汁大菜糕, 綠茶曲奇等...以做型及種類勝出. 當日用指定信用卡有九折優惠, 感覺優惠一點 continue reading
