終於有機會可以一試這間米芝連一星的中菜館✌🏻⋯⋯提早一個月上香格里拉酒店的網站訂了位,酒店當天便send了email confirmation, 頗有效率。而且前一天收到了餐廳的email reminder(其實他們是電話remind,但我在開會沒聽電話,所以他們又以email來提醒顧客)。前期的服務已體現了米芝連一星的水平。來到九龍香格里拉,香宮位於地下一樓,酒店大堂有指示牌,隨扶手電梯下樓便看到餐廳了。門口有两位咨客,報咗名之後便找到了預約,帶位入席。安置好座位就拎咗張stool給我放手袋,好體貼。侍應隨即上前問飲咪茶水。冇幾耐又送上歡迎茶⋯⋯茉莉花茶。不仅茶香四溢,茶具亦十分精美。經理點菜完全凭記性,果然有哂培訓。落單後會再來覆核一次,並告訴客人上菜的程序。用餐全程都有服務生斟茶递水和換骨碟。上菜時亦會簡單介紹菜式,服務相當周到。菜式亦相當出色。前菜是椒鹽田雞腿,田雞腿表面的脆浆薄而均勻,田雞肉嫩滑非常,是我的最愛。鮑魚表面用咸蛋黃包裹,够哂入味。而伴碟的南瓜和豆腐十分清爽,足以中和鮑魚的咸味。黑豚腩的肥瘦適中,焖到恰到好處。配菜用咗勝瓜,只将瓜的皮去了九成,令瓜有爽脆的口感而不至於太腍。斑球好大塊,連韮黄和菜之都清甜爽口。蟹肉菜苗用了菠菜苗加米湯來浸,米香菜滑。脆米泡飯則用咗龍蝦湯,海鮮味更濃郁。另加了切碎的金針菇,令湯更清甜。除了脆米之外,還配咗油炸鬼,使得泡飯的口感层次更為豐富。最後餐廳仲送咗棵甜品樹,賣相搶鏡,味道清甜。真係十分🈵足。無論環境、服務,還是出品,都不愧為米芝連餐廳,充分發揮了中國菜的精髓。 continue reading

今個月第二次嚟香宮,上次是同事退休,請佢食散水飯,今晚就帶個friend嚟食,貪呢度環境好坐得舒服、招呼好、食物正,用HSBC 卡仲有八折添。都話招呼好咯,坐低就有送上茉莉花茶,花茶好清香,飲一啖,身心舒泰。蜜糖合桃係送的,好香口,一陣間,就被我哋掃晒。個friend 鍾意食雞,所以特意點半隻甜梅菜焗雞俾佢試下,再點多個呢度好出名嘅濃湯鮮菌浸魚肚及魚腐,小食就點了煙燻脆銀針魚。【煙燻脆銀針魚 $88】條條魚仔炸到金黃色,外皮脆,內裡魚仔肉嫩鮮甜。【濃湯鮮菌浸魚肚及魚腐 $288】用砂鍋上,湯底係魚湯,奶白色好吸引,魚味好重,鮮且甜,絲毫不覺腥,又沒有薑味或胡椒味,到底是用甚麼方法去辟腥的呢? 魚腐造到白色的波波,本身已經很有魚肉味,加上質地係可以嗦湯,所以食落非常好味。至於魚肚本身係無味的,跟魚湯一起煮,就入晒魚湯味,超正!【甜梅菜焗雞 $300】雞肉除了有本身的雞味之外,還滲了甜梅菜的特殊鹹、甜味,味道獨特。雞肉好嫩滑,皮薄,唔肥,好食! continue reading

我們經常試不同中菜,九龍香格里拉的香宮已想試好耐,一般試廣東菜都先試點心,今日也不例外,點了蝦餃,真正做到皮薄,每隻蝦都有蝦味,而且都挑了蝦腸,一般酒樓根本唔會咁做但佢地收費唔係貴好多,鴨酥香芋好食但鴨味偏少了一點,整體係好食的,珍珠雞非常好食,荷葉新鮮,荷葉香味好濃,入口鮮味,沒有一般個種死咸味,面腸粉亦好出色,只係出了點問題,唔知點解等左好耐先出腸粉而且是有點凍的,溫度當然會影響食物質素,呢點好可惜,而甜品就好出色,係燉雪梨整體服務非常出色,由打電話訂檯,到前一天打回來confirmation,到當天的座位安排,waiter的服務都係無得頂,絕對係五星級酒店質素,好過金鐘夏宮不少,夏宮上次去所有人都對人愛理不理,只熱情招呼熟客 continue reading
