Shang Palace
Chef Mok Kit Keung has a wealth of international experience. Apart from working as head chef in Singapore for 20 years, he has been invited as a guest chef to various countries. Over the years, Chef Mok has won many culinary accolades, including the Gold Medal Award in Chinese Cuisine by the Restaurant Association of Singapore in 2001 and 2004 and the Gold Medal Award in the Food Hotel Asia 2008 Imperial Challenge.
He has also prepared meals for King Mohammed VI of Morocco, the president of Russia and many other prominent dignitaries and celebrities from around the globe.
Chef Mok lends an artistic and modern touch to the presentation of his dishes, bringing the dining experience to new heights.
His signature dishes include braised spare rib in chin kiang vinegar with cabbage; braised bird’s nest with pumpkin cream, Japanese-style; crispy lobster with oatmeal; and oven baked cod fillet with egg white and conpoy.

每年母親節,梳乎厘都會帶媽媽慶祝。今年便選擇了多次獲得米之蓮二星的香宮。環境佈置以「宮」自居的香宮,裝潢如中國皇宮般極富氣派。店內顏色以中國人認為代表吉祥的紅色和金色為主。牆上掛了多幅國畫,角落放置了古董,使人目不暇給。環境舒適寛敞,枱與枱有充裕的距離,食客享有自己的小空間。餐牌選擇正宗粵菜,包括點心、海鮮、湯品和小菜。餐響體驗杞子清茶 先奉上歡迎茶,享受甘甜芳香的杞子茶,欣賞著小杯上的透光通花,和詩人李白《將進酒》內的「葡萄美酒夜光杯」有異曲同工之妙。菠蘿叉燒包 HKD 52表層酥脆,麵包鬆軟,叉燒餡料沒有多餘肥膏,燒烤醬比例剛好,也不會過甜,整體味道平衡。脆皮BB乳鴿 HKD88脆皮乳鴿皮烤至顏色紅亮、香脆,肉質細嫩,肉汁豐富。黑松露燒賣 HKD 78黑松味道香濃,蝦肉打得爽口,夾雜一粒粒肉丁。香宮鮮蝦餃 HKD 78晶瑩半透明的皮,若隱若現呈現著餡料的顏色,蝦肉蝦膠份量足,沒有過多的肥肉。中間綠色的小蝦餃,餃皮則韌了一點。黑椒和牛腸粉 HKD 98腸粉滑溜、和牛鮮嫩。海味竹笙花膠灌湯餃 HKD 108相比傳統非湯浸的灌湯餃,梳乎厘更愛變奏的灌湯餃。香宮的灌湯餃,餃皮厚薄均勻、不韌不綿,湯頭鮮甜不油膩,膠質重,像是有養顏的功效。蛋黃千層糕 HKD 58一層層甜糕夾著細碎的鹹蛋,層次分明,鹹甜適中。服務質素服務員笑容可恭、表現殷勤,而且不斷為我添加熱水。總結三百多元一位,能在這舒適的環境,享受高水準的服務和米之蓮二星餐館的菜餚,物超所值。 continue reading

今個週末不用加班,有聞有早鳥優惠,只要二百元可一試米芝蓮二星的香宮,我們二話不說,一於早起去試試。香宮位於香格里拉酒店的地庫,陳列古色古香,以紅色、木色同金色為主,帶華麗感覺,播放著古箏音樂,走一貫的高格調古典路線。歡迎茶是味道稚淡的白茶配杞子,飲罷暖一暖胃,為大餐作準備。點心拼盤-(自選四款)香宮鮮蝦餃,菠蘿叉燒包,蟹籽芥末鮮蝦角,黑松露燒賣香宮蝦餃:蝦餃皮如薄紙,半透明晶盈,看到許多透粉色的餡料。蝦肉餡料多以蝦為主,肥肉唔多,有少少笋,味道以清淡為主,調味唔多,主要為鮮蝦味。菠蘿叉燒包:菠蘿包的酥皮十分薄,麵包質感軟熟。叉燒饀料唔會太甜,味道濃而不膩,讚!蟹籽芥末鮮蝦角:小小的蝦角口感鬆脆彈牙,唔覺油膩,配上蟹籽同沙律醬,蝦的肉味比蝦餃更濃。黑松露燒賣:黑松露的味道頗香,同蝦肉的鮮味頗為合拍。焼賣口感爽口,大部分是中蝦同少少手切肉,味道不錯。香宮燒味雙拼燒鴨:皮薄肉嫩,全是瘦肉,有鴨肉香味,食的時候皮仍然脆。油雞:平平凡凡的,雖無乜特別,但雞胸肉仍然嫩滑。淸炒田園時蔬清炒菠菜十分鮮嫩,用的都是菠菜苗,完完全全是清新嫩滑的口感,不錯。野菌炆伊麵從來不愛食伊麵,但這炆伊麵加入唔少的茹絲,令麵條入口口感煙韌,而豉汁相當入味,每條麵條都均勻地掛汁,味道甜甜地,估唔到咁平凡都幾好味。杏仁茶湯丸:食得出是杏仁磨漿,飲下有天然杏仁油香,口感滑溜;湯丸皮很薄,口感軟韌,芝麻饀十分香濃具麻蓉香,是一口大小,食罷唔會滯,讚!雖然是簡簡單單的菜式,但用上新鮮材料同原味製作,味道雖不致驚喜,但不失星級水準,以二百元可一試二星餐廳手藝同服務,實在不錯! continue reading

第一次去尖沙咀香宮,朋友從倫敦返港,想飲中茶和吃點心,很久之前都想來一試這裏的點心,但吃完之後沒有什麼驚喜,也沒有失望,為何呢?因為朋友也勁讚賞這裏的义燒,我們叫了灌湯餃丶蝦餃丶炸蝦角丶脆皮义燒飽丶甜品是燉雪梨。先講灌湯餃有隻細鮑魚算不錯,炸蝦角蝦夠爽和蝦角夠脆丶脆皮义燒飽還暖䁔地,最後是燉雪梨不太甜,但吃到蝦餃就勁失望,無蝦味皮太厚又凍非常難食。 最後埋單共800元,如果有滙豐白金咭有85折,但當日我沒有帶。這個價格二人飲茶都頗貴,但此終是酒店,便宜不便宜就各人看法啦! continue reading

媽媽鍾意飲茶、諗住帶佢去酒店食環境飲啖茶吃過包,入到去地方廣闊、環境清幽、樓底特高、座位舒適、感覺好舒服。星期六驚滿座所以之前已經book定,不過walk in都有位。大廳應該有八成都係遊客,侍應殷勤服務,會主動幫你斟茶,十分有禮貌落單及介紹食物。叫咗幾個點心、另加一個商務午餐。點心其實就真係冇乜特別,可以話同出邊酒樓飲茶食物質素差不多,有啲可以話差過出邊酒樓。商務午餐一人份糧有點心、小炒及一個湯,小炒可以,不過份量唔多,大概$300左右。埋單個陣好彩問有咩信用卡有拆,咁啱DBS有七折左右,本來$1200變成$900幾,不追求食物質素、同朋友傾吓計、搵個舒適環境,坐幾個鐘都絕冇問題😁 continue reading
