已經是第二次再訪香宮,從入門口一刻已有賓至如歸的感覺,無論裝橫、服務、食物水平絕對稱得上5星水準。今天2人用餐選擇了午市套餐及另加幾個點心,份量真的非常足夠。點心依然是水準之作,賣相一流,亦見廚師心思:燒賣 : 彈牙鮮味春卷 : 十分脆口,但如果可以再剪細一點會更方便入口雪影义燒包 : 比市面其他同款的較脆身,內裡义燒等涵料較乾身,不會太甜,比較喜歡這個效果XO醬蘿蔔糕: 外皮煎得頗脆,入口帶微辣,略嫌鹹了少許蛋撻仔 : 即焗的,所以等的時間比較長,酥皮香脆,但蛋汁略甜,蛋香味不足香宮鴛鴦露 : 雖然是推薦甜品,賣相亦討好,但沒有太大驚喜,反而前一次來食的芒果布甸較得我心至於套餐:燒味拼盤 : 义燒絕對是靈魂之作,入口有碳香味,亦不會太死甜,現在香港真的很難找到這個味道,是兒時食义燒的味道老火湯 : 非常濃郁,香甜燙口牛腩 : 鬆軟稔滑,附有一少件白蘿蔔亦非常清甜,不過牛腩不是太有牛味東星斑球 : 清嫩新鮮,內裡夾著的金華火腿絕對有畫龍點精的功用,入口十分甘香炒飯 : 粒粒分明夠乾身,加入菜粒口感豐富杏仁茶 : 算是整餐比較不滿意的食物,杏味需濃,但略嫌過甜 continue reading

又係因為staycation,所以今次就有機會試香宮 佢個menu道道菜都好吸引,最吸晴當然係炸蟹蓋玩薑茶啫喱🦀佢都係用左大量鮮蟹肉去填滿個蓋,佢係食過三間入面落得最小cream 既一間,佢個蟹蓋我覺得係同唐閣不相伯仲💪如果硬係要比較,就睇下你要食幾多,如果想淺嘈得黎又滿足如埋想配埋薑茶,咁就應揀香宮(同埋佢個炸粉係再鬆d),如果係大大件,飽滿既就簡唐閣(同埋唔知係咪佢cream多小小同埋多左洋蔥,有比較下會覺得唐閣果隻係西化d💁🏼‍♂️)最唔掂反而係天龍軒果隻,講番隻蓋,佢又係用鮮蟹肉,唔油膩,配埋薑茶啫喱好正呀😋之後佢由前菜開始帶到落尾全部都掂👍平時食係出面食開比人伏慣既牛柳都好有肉汁,配埋個個醬汁想要碗白飯🍚最後係甜品你都feel到佢用心做,芝麻卷味濃,楊枝甘露真材實料,蛋糕仔鬆化而且蛋漿有調教過,甜度剛好 continue reading

Michelin ⭐️.香宮有好多懷舊嘅點心,出面唔係度度都有得食,臘味糯米包、蜜汁叉燒酥🥧都好食😋,可以叫,筍尖鮮蝦餃🥟個餡好食,不過個蝦餃皮略嫌太厚😌,鵪鶉蛋燒賣出邊都少有,不味道就普普通通,另外甜品叫咗芝麻卷,質素都OK🙂.至於個環境,個人覺得啲枱略嫌太密集👩‍👩‍👦‍👦,服務亦都唔足夠,冇人主動斟茶☕️、加水同執枱,作為一間酒店,服務好似爭啲🙈 continue reading

聞名已久的香宮,打從訂坐開始已感覺他們的專業態度,始終位於酒店內不能失禮客人。由下車步入香宮的服務很專業尤其是他們資深的usher,說話得體是整個體驗中最窩心的。是日坐在大廳內,裝修頗有氣派但場內很多柱不夠開揚。部長亦細心幫我們落單。但負責我們的待應就要再培訓,我的滾水及碗要叫2次,另外,因為枱面窄所以他上菜時都要我幫手,其實他可以預先將某些菜轉細碟,酒店如此服務令人失望。是日菜式,喜愛他們的炸蟹蓋及龍蝦泡飯:炸蟹蓋-presentation 跟唐宮一樣非常吸引,啖啖蟹肉,蟹肉非常鮮味,用料上盛,比唐人館的更佳。👍🏻龍蝦泡飯-份量十足,龍蝦湯味濃郁加入爆米令更有口感。👍🏻清湯浸莧菜,新鮮幼嫩,簡單好味。至於义燒及鼓椒排骨,太失望了,選料出錯,亳無鮮肉味,我將意見反影給部長,希望可以改善。甜品點了傳統芝麻卷,芝麻味很出,質感頗柔滑,可以一試。 continue reading
