今個月第二次嚟香宮,上次是同事退休,請佢食散水飯,今晚就帶個friend嚟食,貪呢度環境好坐得舒服、招呼好、食物正,用HSBC 卡仲有八折添。都話招呼好咯,坐低就有送上茉莉花茶,花茶好清香,飲一啖,身心舒泰。蜜糖合桃係送的,好香口,一陣間,就被我哋掃晒。個friend 鍾意食雞,所以特意點半隻甜梅菜焗雞俾佢試下,再點多個呢度好出名嘅濃湯鮮菌浸魚肚及魚腐,小食就點了煙燻脆銀針魚。【煙燻脆銀針魚 $88】條條魚仔炸到金黃色,外皮脆,內裡魚仔肉嫩鮮甜。【濃湯鮮菌浸魚肚及魚腐 $288】用砂鍋上,湯底係魚湯,奶白色好吸引,魚味好重,鮮且甜,絲毫不覺腥,又沒有薑味或胡椒味,到底是用甚麼方法去辟腥的呢? 魚腐造到白色的波波,本身已經很有魚肉味,加上質地係可以嗦湯,所以食落非常好味。至於魚肚本身係無味的,跟魚湯一起煮,就入晒魚湯味,超正!【甜梅菜焗雞 $300】雞肉除了有本身的雞味之外,還滲了甜梅菜的特殊鹹、甜味,味道獨特。雞肉好嫩滑,皮薄,唔肥,好食! continue reading

I was there to have lunch. Reception service was poor, the lady there really didn’t know how can manage. Moreover food was amazing. Crispy chicken was fabulous, perfect cook crispy as must be. We had also sweet and sour pork! Very good one of the best I eat. Egg bun was lovely we annoy it. Mention also for the snack. Caramel walnut absolutely delicious. Service was very good. Manager professional and tune in what happen on the floor. Waiter very polite. One more thing, very good all in English: good surprise. continue reading

《香宮》香宮已多年獲得米芝蓮二星⭐️⭐️嘅榮譽,係城中必吃中菜之一。菜式選擇多樣化,即使唔點推介菜式質素都非常優秀。蟹蓋 $200/1蟹蓋配上仿造蟹碟彷彿原隻蟹上。蟹蓋薄薄的脆皮裏面包着成千上萬的蟹肉 。蟹肉拌上芝士奶油食多兩啖有啲膩,要配上少少醋解膩。份量接近一個手掌,女孩子食哂的話唔多唔少都會有飽肚感 。鵝肝片皮雞 $388/半隻驟眼睇片皮雞大細不一,可能本身雞體積都比較細,好難切到大小一致。片皮雞底層有連埋少許肥膏,下面就鵝肝,唔好以為咁就完,再下面其實仲有一小塊梨。此梨作用可大,可完全中和肥膏同鵝肝帶來嘅油膩感。而且最面層嘅雞皮同底層多士香脆可口,夾著綿綿嘅鵝肝,清甜嘅梨,簡直妙不可言 。如此油而不膩食兩多件都得!推介!珊瑚竹笙海皇豆腐湯 $130有蟹肉、豆腐、蔥蔥同蘿蔔等等。啖啖都食到每樣材料,好滿足。雖然話就話羮,但羮身唔算好竭又唔會太稀,濃度適中 。清蒸瓜子斑 $1280店員會原條上到旁邊小桌子,再分成人頭分量去上碟,唔洗自己拆。正 !蒸魚嘅時間剛剛好,肉質香嫩爽滑。豉油鹹甜適中,帶到味俾魚身同時又唔會蓋過個魚味。鮮准山雲耳泡菜苗 $168最後以個清清地嘅菜式做結尾。飯後香宮都會送上小點作甜品,但媽媽生日關係我地有自備蛋糕所以無要到。溫馨小提示:匯豐卡有八折,折頭相當多!以上菜式未能量錄,每人都有湯、蟹蓋、龍蝦、魚、雞同菜,最後折咗大約$1000/位,咁嘅質素咁嘅價位性格比五星星! continue reading

今天襯有空同家人一起來試下香宫隻片皮鴨,揀一鴨二食,另一個餸係鴨肉炒西蘭花,油脂滲落西蘭花度,好香好好味,食吾哂打包,别浪费,回到家裡自行加工再加西蘭花,一樣咁好味,前菜叫了豬腳仔,煙煙unun又入味燒得好乾身,咬落啲皮無乜爆油口感,小朋友好喜歡醬油雞的豉油,他們拿來撈飯,話好松茸露筍炒時蔬都好好味;中式牛柳,肉稔多汁;咕噜肉,二八之分,有咬口,吾un;例牌食晚飯都有甜品樹送;今晚整體上值90分以上,希望每次都有咁嘅水準,但真係吾明點解中午食厨房餸係差好遠,希望貴店能夠改善一下中午嘅表现。PS.多謝Raymond盒陳皮月餅。 continue reading
