跟朋友閒聊說起,已很久没吃石燒。朋友即想起一間位於官塘,提供石燒自選餐的食肆。適逢今天是星期日,就走去嚐嚐呀!除了石燒自選餐,也有其他種類的午市套餐。 石燒自選餐(附送沙律、湯及飯):澳洲牛肉眼 200g ($159) 餐湯:蘿蔔牛肉湯清香鮮味。沙律:新鮮清爽。澳洲牛肉眼 200g + 匈牙利鵝肝厚切澳洲牛肉眼和匈牙利鵝肝放在高温石板上。石燒的好處是可讓客人自行烹調牛扒的熟成度。而且 ,高温石板可讓豐盈的肉汁保存在食材內。這個厚切澳洲牛肉眼肉質軟腍不韌,味道濃郁。大大塊的匈牙利鵝肝。煎得外脆內軟,口感順滑,入口溶化。飯粒粒飽滿帶光澤。 西班牙伊比利亞黑豚丼 ($119)伊比利亞黑豚片肉質鬆軟,肉味濃郁。溫泉蛋蛋味香濃,混和伊比利亞黑豚片和飯來吃,非常滋味。凍檸檬茶:清爽口味。凍咖啡:入口順滑,沒有苦澀味道,咖啡的清香氣味令人醒神。 continue reading

中午在觀塘工廈工作完,lunch 時份又可以看看附近有什麼好餐廳。在觀塘食飯的其中一個好處,就是不用幫襯經常食的連鎖食肆,新鮮度高一點。在我工作旁邊的國基集團中心,就有一間專食石燒的餐廳 —「樂舍」。樂舍環境非常寬敞,坐得非常舒適。如果不是下雨的話,應該可以坐室外坐位,環境好像更chill 一點,充滿日式風味。聽閒樂舍是主打石燒的關係,我們就不用多想,很快就點了一牛一豬的石燒套餐。⏁ 1. 沙律、湯套餐附送沙律和湯,讓我們先醒醒胃。今日的湯為大根湯,之後就迎接「主角」。⏁ 2. 澳洲牛肉眼石燒就當然要以牛肉為主角。樂舍有兩款牛肉選擇,我們就揀選了肉眼。石燒肉眼來到時,餐廳會以一張紙蓋面,避免熱石太熱而令其油汁濺出,非常細心。店員亦都輕輕提醒我們,肉眼要盡快食用,避免overcook。這份石燒肉眼肥瘦均勻,牛肉質鮮嫩,利用石燒烘熟將牛肉的鮮味更加帶出,不需要再加任何調味料。即使我食得有點慢,但其肉質亦不會變得糙口,看得出肉眼的品質不低。⏁ 3. 加拿大保濕豬柳食過牛肉,一於點一份豬柳嚐嚐另一口味。豬柳比起牛肉的確需要多一點時間烘熱,而其肉質亦較為厚切,所以都需要多一點時間。豬柳名為保濕豬柳,果然食落啖啖肉而且又juicy,肉汁在口中爆出,要小心燙口。 ⏁ 4. 凍咖啡、凍檸茶食完兩款石燒,最後當然要點兩杯飲品凍飲爽一爽。值得一提,餐廳非常有心地會提供圍裙,即使穿著了白色衫都不用擔心。 continue reading

恢復晚市堂食第一擊 ,來到觀塘食高質石燒澳洲牛,最平一款只需99元!多得老友帶路,呢日行完 Apm ,來到附近的樂舍Shack Rakuzaka 開餐。餐廳空間闊落有格調,仲有室外大陽台,重點係呢度有我最愛既鵝肝食,好開心!🌸澳洲牛西冷 300g $179牛西冷煎至4成熟香噴噴上枱,底層火山石超過攝氏300度,打完卡要盡快食!牛扒色澤誘人,肉味香濃,極多汁!!價錢仲包埋白飯,牛肉湯,沙律,夠晒飽肚😋🌸澳洲牛肉眼 100g $109上枱4 成熟既肉眼扒同樣煎至格紋,可見用心,入口肉質滑嫩,口感香甜,比西冷更為美味。🌸加拿大保濕豬柳 200g $119豬柳煎至全熟上枱,入口依然富肉汁,鬆軟有口感,美味程度不輸牛扒,令人頗有驚喜。🌸匈牙利鵝肝 $69鵝肝2面煎至香脆,口感順滑,油脂慢慢在口中化開,好好味!!🌸士多啤梨奶昔 $38酸酸甜甜,開胃又減低食扒的油膩感 ~✨Shack Rakuzaka 樂舍✨觀塘巧明街107號國基集團中心4樓1號鋪🌙月光太太 continue reading

樂舍係一間主打食石燒嘅日式西餐,除左多款石燒肉同海鮮,佢地仲有定食、丼飯同意粉供應。餐廳店面好大,座位非常闊落坐得舒服。門口位同收銀有糖果可以隨便拎。我地叫左一個晚餐同一份石燒,晚餐有跟沙律同湯,湯係味噌湯,都夠熱唔會太鹹。沙律係火箭菜同車厘茄,火箭菜特有嘅香別好突出,但唔會太苦,怕苦嘅可以再加多啲醬汁。石燒都有跟沙律、牛肉湯同白飯.牛肉湯入都幾足料,入面有大大舊牛肉同白蘿蔔,蘿蔔清甜冇渣,牛肉軟腍唔痴牙,湯都好清甜。澳洲牛肉眼($149/200g)+越南虎蝦($39) - 石燒牛肉眼嘅份量有100g、200g同300g選擇,前兩者相差$40,但後兩者就相差$60,所以我地就揀左200g,另外再追加左越南虎蝦。牛肉眼上枱時放喺熱石上,只有表面輕煎過,中間仲係生嘅,食客可以等牛肉眼燒到自己鍾意嘅熟成度先食。不過因為熱石真係非常熱,快快影完相都已經接近五成熟,所以就算未食都最好反一反佢先,仲要時刻留意住佢嘅熟成度,如果夠熟又未食住就最好將佢從熱石拎開,否則好快會燒到又乾又燶。越南虎蝦都幾大隻有睇頭,肉質結實,燒完蝦味更突出,唔錯。香蒜欖油蝦意粉($108) - 意粉因為係用欖油煮,所以食落幾清爽仲有少少彈口,蒜香味幾重,大蝦有四隻,蝦肉扎實,食落唔差得過其他西餐廳。清新檸檬柚子梳打($38) - 梳打加左檸檬同柚子汁,飲落酸酸甜甜咁幾開胃,唔會太甜。總結,無論係熱石燒定意粉唔錯,地方好闊落坐得舒服,因為地方大有好多座位,可以慢慢食慢慢傾,以環境同食物質素黎講性價比非常高。 continue reading
