長長的lunch time當然要食好野,黎到呢間餐廳感覺好日式,環境好大,座位都有一定距離,唔會同其他人坐到好埋,每枱都會有一個屏風,私隱度高!而餐廳門外都有小心思,放d糖果可以比人食完後解解油膩!每個石燒套餐都會包左湯,沙律同飯,絕對夠食!今次選左200g澳洲牛西冷,再另外加左個鵝肝同虎蝦!西冷肉質都唔錯,坑紋好靚,但可能切得有d薄,放係石燒上好快就熟透,建議一上枱就拎起塊牛肉,再切開擺上去燒!而鵝肝有驚喜,入口即溶,一d都唔腥!而虎蝦一食落口感覺好新鮮彈牙,推介推介!飲品叫左清新檸檬柚子梳打,好fresh好解渴! continue reading

放工後自己一個去覓食,係觀塘search到呢間專食石燒牛就決定食佢啦!餐廳都幾容易搵,日式裝修,空間感好大,坐得好舒服!話明係食石燒牛,當然要試一試佢肉眼牛扒,自己一個叫左個300g的澳洲牛肉眼!每個石燒自選餐都會跟一碗湯,沙律同飯,沙律可以當開胃前菜,湯可以解膩!黎到主角部分,上到枱,職員會預先鋪張紙巾係面,以防石燒上的滾油彈起!肉眼牛扒鮮嫩多汁,雖然佢有配上醬汁,但唔使沾都已經好夠味,再將牛扒放上飯到,又係另一個口感,再配上百搭的可樂,真係一個美味的享受! continue reading

是日,一行5人 打算食個開心鋸扒午餐與同事 點了一份 西冷 及肉眼..先不說肉質 因熟成情況會有影響,但。要。講。係。牛 完全冇味道,係無牛香味平時西冷會比較肥少少,肥膏爆香好可惜佢連肥膏位 都好少,亦都唔夠香肉眼平時會比較濃味,但係都係唔香只有輕微牛肉味🙃 傷心失望到一個點另外幾位同事點了吉列豬扒,豬扒肉質超乾身, 平價豬扒都不如😂蒜蓉大蝦意粉,蒜蓉亦都冇味,好乾身,好淡無味道只能講一句,整餐飯我哋搵唔到一樣可取之處🙌🏻即係想講,點解咁多人覺得好食🤔 continue reading

觀塘近來都開了不小新餐廳,公司附近就開了一間主打石燒的日本餐廳,今天終於有機會試下。餐廳非常大,座得舒服,可以ENJOY 下。雖然餐廳有SET LUNCH,但第一次食當然食石燒。我選了澳洲牛肉眼 200G 加$69 匈牙利鵝肝,而朋友就點了澳洲牛西冷200Gg加 $49 日本帶子,隨餐附送沙律、飯及餐湯。很快主菜到了!澳洲牛肉眼 200G 加匈牙利鵝肝 ($159+$69) 大大塊鵝肝在肉眼之上,加上熱辣辣鐵板好有FEEL! 澳洲牛肉眼剛好是5成熟,如果想熟一點可以切開再用鐵板辣一陣,所以可以自己控制生熟程度! 澳洲牛肉眼肉質嫩滑而又充滿肉汁,脂肪較多,只需落少許鹽便能夠引出澳洲和牛的香濃肉味。而鵝肝風味濃郁,口感順滑,油脂軟軟地在口中化開,性價比非常高。澳洲牛西冷200Gg加日本帶子 ($139+49)西冷的肉質有彈性、嫩而且非常多汁,肉味濃。同樣200G,西冷比肉眼薄,但大塊一點,如果想控制五成熟,要留意一下放在鐵板上的時間控制。不過放心,五成七成都非常嫩。日本帶子有一隻,味道不錯,但揀鵝肝會開心一點。 continue reading
