訂位這個服務員態度很有問題,如果你忙你電話可以不接,但請對自己的服務態度有一些要求,我來吃飯訂位不是來求你送飯。每一道菜等半小時,一頓晚飯吃了2小時,幾道菜是預定,真的不知道你們是人員不夠還是什麼。埋單再等20分鐘,衝去櫃檯這位女士服務員還一臉嫌棄,難道我欠你的嗎?6個人吃6千多真的貼錢買難受,以後都不會去。怪不得國內的服務水平都比這一家好!有一說一,食物是不錯但不夠再讓我埋單!

說到香港美食非飲茶莫屬!歎著傳統點心一盅兩件,談談舊事嚐嚐舊物身實一大樂事。前菜冷盤,點了涼拌海蜇,清脆爽口,但味道很淡。點心有蒸粉果、咖哩土魷、灌湯餃、雞包仔以及千層糕。不論蒸餃或湯餃,餃子的外皮製作確是夠薄,夾起亦不易散爛;然而餃的肉餡食感不夠細滑,相比之下,雞包仔更為油香嫩口,水準較佳。用柚皮入饌絕對是一道花功夫花時間的菜式。柚皮好食與否取決於燜得夠不夠腍、夠不夠入味。這碟柚皮吸盡鮑汁之濃香,柔軟又入味,最後灑上蝦籽,輕輕沾在柚皮上,對整道菜來說起到畫龍點睛之效。魚香茄子炆伊麵甫上枱已經聞到鹹魚香味好出,從無想過魚香茄子跟伊麵會是合襯的一對,惹味之餘同時提升檔次。伊麵口感剛好,不會太腍。茄子同肉碎都好多,而且伊麵能吸盡魚香醬汁,更添風味。整體而言,餐廳的食品可口接受,但是否去到有星星質素,實屬見仁見智。

和老人家庆祝生日,吃什么都很头痛,因为老人家有很多忌口,不能太油腻、份量不能太多、又不能太饱。但老人家就像小孩子,喜欢吃油炸食物、甜品。今天特别来到这一家,最主要就是很多食物比较养生,而且有老人家几十年前吃过的乌鱼,所以特别带他来怀念儿时的味道。乌鱼其实是咸淡水交界,现在不常见,当晚清炒,肉质嫩滑、鱼皮爽口。主食点了燕窝淮山粥,有暖胃功能,对老人家和妇女特别好。这些手工菜,在香港很难吃到。最后一赞就是寿桃。记着,不能叫做寿包,因为寿包是用来祭祖,活人贺寿都叫做寿桃。我们点了莲蓉和麻蓉两种口味。自己个人觉得白莲蓉比较好, 十分滑流。

上次試完$2000隻嘅乳豬,覺得物有所值,所以再去食第二次,發覺完全係兩回事。首先想要壽包,落咗單又話冇(我哋已經係6:00入席)其次時令推介有上湯蒜子浸豆苗,阿姐話豆苗唔靚,已下架,叫我哋轉菜心。阿姐帶恐嚇嘅語氣,原先不以為意,但食食吓見到隔籬枱有碟炒豆苗,何解呢?最令我忍唔到真係要寫食評嘅,就係最後甜品有個芒果布甸,擺上台已經見到上邊成灘水,質地完全唔係布甸,但係認為米芝蓮餐廳可能有佢特別嘅做法,點知去到半夜,又屙又嘔,全餐飯俾咗四千幾蚊,真係一肚氣
