幾年前食過一次主打韓國fusion菜嘅 @seoulmatecafe 印象唔錯 上兩個星期喺銅鑼灣行完街諗唔到食咩 見呢間唔洗等位就再戰😆 點知原來係最後一次食嚕 銅鑼灣分店今日已經執咗 得返將軍澳店🤭🌋 烏 卒 卒 火 山 飯 $148 外層係加咗墨魚汁打成嘅蛋白 而入面係燒汁黑豚肉飯 造型夠曬可愛(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 除咗有火山之外 仲可以揀一舊雲☁️ 打卡唔錯 但味道就普通 飯粒口感偏濕潤 而且唔係好夠熱🥺 🍗 黃 金 鹹 蛋 炸 雞 $168 每件炸雞都沾滿鹹蛋味🥰 香脆嘅黃金外皮 同嫩滑多汁嘅雞肉 口感外脆內軟 惹味到停唔到口😋🍢 甜 辣 醬 炒 年 糕 $88 正常發揮 年糕同韓式魚蛋嘅份量都幾多下 不過年糕口感偏硬😣 唔夠軟糯煙韌☕️ 焙 茶 奶 蓋 朱 古 力 雪 山 $68 飲品有驚喜🤤 奶蓋係我鐘意果種厚重質感 細膩兼帶一絲鹹香味😚 焙茶基底濃郁醇厚 撈埋面頭嘅朱古力都唔會太甜🤪 另外朋友飲嘅果杯Baileys奶蓋都唔錯😋Been to @seoulmatecafe several years ago and came back for its contemporary Korean dishes before its recent closure in Causeway Bay.Dressed as an angry-looking mountain, the 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 is totally instagrammable. Still, the taste is just mediocre as the rice stuffed inside the meringue exterior is quite soggy and not hot enough. 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 in sweet & spicy sauce are fair too due to the lack of chewiness🤔 Nevertheless, the 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐠𝐠 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐬 are definitely worth a try- savoury, crispy and juicy! As for drinks, I would rate the 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 & 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 8.5 out of 10. 夜晚同兩個閨蜜想去有生啤飲嘅餐廳chill chill.唔知係咪因為疫情關係, 好多餐廳都已經結業又或者早收。少左好多選擇。係openrice無意中搵到seoulmate呢間餐廳, 平時我地都幾鍾意食韓國野, 又見有酒飲,決定一試。我地book左位上到去安排左我地坐室外位置。餐廳佈置得好靚!尤其最鍾意個富士山燈。 我地叫左個卡邦尼年糕, 好可愛嘅雲朵飯同埋炸雞。味道唔錯!不過雲朵飯個蛋白好甜襯埋個飯有少少怪怪地。本身有諗過叫米酒,不過價錢有啲貴所以最後就只叫咗啤酒。整體唔錯, 應該會再去。 continue reading

是日諗住去 時代廣場 睇 唐老鴨 呢間當年西營盤店食過一次 搬左黎銅鑼灣後都同朋友食過一次 今次就真係貪近目的地又好耐無食過而黎 誰知當湯圓好醉心睇緊姨姨淋花之際 姨姨入黎話餐廳疫情關係 就埋呢幾日就結業啦🥲🔸香煎鱈魚忌廉意粉 $78意粉很普通 不太掛汁 主角鱈魚粉漿極厚 魚亦過熟 意外地出現既蝦同帶子反而好味😅🔸紫薯拿鐵雪山 $46(午餐轉飲正價飲品-$20)賣相吸睛既 奶蓋香滑 芝士味恰到好處 紫薯拿鐵不死甜 湯圓表示滿意·有一種餐廳係 你未必成日去 亦未必覺得很精彩 但當你知道要消失既時候 又會有淡淡然既哀傷 更多是不捨那份曾經存在的回憶吧 continue reading

同好soulmate食飯,梗係要嚟呢間啦,大胃食過佢兩次,都覺得整個體驗好愉快今次就唔同啲,想以甜品為主導當晚餐,所以嗌甜嘢多過嗌鹹嘢呢一舊唔係普通嘅tiramisu,而係用韓國米酒調味,唔係意式,變咁K-tiramisu,味道同樣咁正大胃差啲嗌錯呢個pizza做黃金海岸,其實佢係鹹蛋黃、一啲海鮮、芝士同菠蘿做餡意大利人肯定唔食,但就好啱我地食,啲料仲厚過餅底,纏綿又拉絲韓國似乎好興呢種鑊仔pancake,雖然係焦糖味,俾塊餅索晒,感覺唔會太甜,但又冇熱香餅咁泡上次嚟都冇雪山特飲,似乎係新加,上面有厚厚嘅芝士奶蓋,下面嘅焙茶就還原基本風味,唔會勁甜,反而用朱古力帶出甜味睇嚟呢度連水吧都好唔錯呢度環境幾舒服,係soulcial嘅好地方 continue reading

一舊雲下的燒汁黑豚肉飯 $148烏卒卒火山燒汁黑豚肉飯 $148因為佢哋兩個係同一樣底所以一齊講😂賣相就非常qq,但其實個燒汁黑豚肉飯底同埋出面嘅泡泡其實都冇乜味,出面嘅泡泡仲要係甜嘅,食到我懷疑人生...屬於好睇唔好食!味增海鮮意大利粉 $138依個都無咩好出眾嘅地方,味噌味意粉真係第一次食,原本都俾幾高期望,但係少少味噌味都食唔到😂當佢係普通日式忌廉意粉都幾好食~雖然佢啲餸係幾靚,但係環境方面就真係差少少,同普通工廠大廈冇乜分別,打卡嘅話建議坐出去露台(shisha位)呢~ continue reading
