烏卒卒火山鰻魚櫻花蝦飯 $148特登黎呢間韓式cafe就係食呢個好打卡able既飯,初初見到蝦好驚會敏感,問左店員之後先知原來頂果啲係蛋漿同櫻花蝦,亦都唔算好多,唔太洗驚會敏感既!本身仲諗緊出面灰色果啲係咩黎,原來係蛋白黎既!個飯既份量好足,基本上唔嗌小食都夠飽,但稍嫌個飯會有啲濕。而鰻魚都切得比較大粒,如果鰻魚汁會再濃少少mix埋個蛋汁就會perfect池喇!另外要留意個碟係超級熱既,記住盡量唔好掂到喇~ continue reading

入嚟食呢間野 完全係因為見到餐牌上面好可愛嘅甜品首先食咗main先 嗌左個泡菜煎餅同卡邦尼炒韓式年糕個泡菜煎餅幾香口 如果辣啲就更加好意韓mix既卡邦尼炒韓式年糕好特別好啱唔食得辣嘅朋友 忌廉同芝士嘅香味同煙韌嘅年糕好夾 但係食得多既話會有少少滯然後就係重頭戲 甜品啦韓國米酒tiramisu啲餅乾完全吸滿咗米酒嘅香甜 再加上每一層夾住嘅cream 甜得嚟有少少酒嘅味道 好特別要再encore試吓其他特色既fusion菜! continue reading

銅鑼灣人氣黃店!本身book枱7點,不過早到,6:30pm就入咗去,食到大概7點望返出去....嘩!好彩早咗到,如果唔係個門口迫到唔知點樣行入去🤣🍛烏卒卒火山鰻魚櫻花蝦飯($148)好可愛嘅造型(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)面頭灰色嗰個火山未食之前我一直以為係麵包,點知原來係蛋白!蛋白應該係打到變泡沫先再cup住個飯加熱,食落空氣感十足,好有趣~鰻魚飯份量頗多,鰻魚切得比較大粒,略嫌個飯有D太過濕,唔係好食到櫻花蝦嘅口感,如果鰻魚汁再濃味少少同埋飯乾身返少少應該會更好味!不過值得一試!🍗韓式炸雞($158兩款口味,$178三款口味)我地叫咗兩種口味,分別芝士同甜辣。雞肉起哂骨而且好嫩,每一啖都啖啖肉(●’◡’●)ノ即使淋咗醬汁,雞皮都依然保持到脆口,芝士味係先淋芝士醬再灑芝士粉,芝士味濃甜辣醬我淨係食到甜但食唔到辣😂不過韓式甜醬本身配炸雞都係無得輸,所以除咗無辣味外,呢個炸雞絕對係正常發揮。🍕炸軟殼蟹芒果薄餅($148)我諗呢個薄餅最敗北嘅位係個芒果,真係太酸,影響咗成個pizza。Pizza係薄底,邊邊好脆,炸軟殼蟹份量好足,芝士味唔知係唔係因為芒果太酸嘅關係,所以唔係覺得話好濃但做到拉絲效果,可見份量唔少。希望今次真係因為揀嘅芒果太酸先導致個Pizza失準啦,如果唔係其實走咗D芒果我覺得幾好食!🍛卡邦尼炒韓式年糕($88)韓式卡邦尼年糕有D似港式卡邦尼意粉,因為佢必然會加忌廉浸住D年糕,呢到嘅年糕面加咗隻蛋黃,撈勻食都食到微微蛋黃味,但始終底嘅卡邦尼醬太濃,蛋香味唔會太出。卡邦尼醬唔會太傑,年糕煮得好煙韌,煙肉份量幾多,同朋友4個人分嚟食份量啱啱好~🍰韓國米酒意式芝士蛋糕($58)好驚喜!一嚟佢係用手指餅做!二嚟手指餅用咗maggeoli去浸,估唔到出奇地夾!maggeoli本身都帶少少甜味,拎黎取代Rum好聰明!手指餅索盡米酒,每一啖都好似飲緊甜版maggeoli,面頭嘅cream都好似隱若有米酒味!🍹柚子椰沫飄雪($46)呢個組合好少見!椰子泡沫有好重椰子味,柚子味加落椰汁好清新!飲落唔會太甜,好解渴!食物雖然仲有進步空間,不過食物同飲品嘅設計調味都好新穎,希望下次再食可以有更多驚喜(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)另外近門口嘅位置有一幅大大嘅壁畫,上面有好多隻pepe🐸去到可以打個卡支持一下🤣 continue reading
