今晚突然想食燒肉0係openrice search到呢間韓國店就黎試下呀點左~醃牛肋骨其實佢牛肋骨都幾隻都係random 揀一隻試下staff 會過黎幫手燒肉既份量係剛好填滿個爐好fit size好好笑口感幾好唔會UN又唔會有牛肉蘇味(本人其實唔好牛但都接受呢個呀)~蔬菜藍由於本身無包埋菜習慣用菜包住肉食感覺無咁油膩一黎到係嘩一聲佢D 菜擺到好靚而且睇得出好新鮮仲包埋青瓜蘿蔔同蒜片~燒帶子呢個有六隻但其實好厚身我地可以將佢一開二黎燒所以份量唔少味道一樣無失望新鮮果隻但就比較難掌握燒既時間太快又怕唔熟太耐又怕會UN同干 continue reading

今日突然想食冷麵,查到這間餐廳就過來了,一人來吃只order了一碗湯冷麵,沒想到照有四個小菜,冷麵也很地道,配上特別的酸酸的醋非常好吃!餐廳老闆是韓國人,chef應該也是,聽到他們韓語對話。周圍人都在吃烤肉,服務的好像不錯,服務員偶爾會過來親自幫忙烤,下次會再來吃烤肉的~ continue reading

昨晚同朋友一行三人上去食,book 咗7pm, 我兩位朋友大約6:50pm 上去拎位先。我地叫咗燒五花腩,冷麵,雞翼同餃子,都幾好食,尤其是係個冷麵。店員有大部份都係韓國人,要以英文溝通,但係啲英文好好,所以溝通冇問題。食到7:40我哋明明都未食完,每個碗都剩返大約五份一嘅食物,店員就想收我哋碟,成日問我哋食完碟嘢未。去到7:50 ,不斷收我哋啲食物碟,去到8:00甚至我哋有兩碟明明仲有食物,都是修咗我哋啲餐具,同埋上左生果(橙)。跟住去到8:10 ,我估係店長,用英文同我哋講話,「唔好意思,因為星期五晚出面有客人排隊,你哋介唔介意……」所以我都叫咗埋單,我哋都好唔開心,因為如果有一個半鐘頭用餐時間都會好啲,一個鐘頭都未夠就開始俾人收碗收碟,趕我哋走。 continue reading

原本想用“十分失望“為題,但中肯一點可能只是我期望過高。這晚是復活節假期最後一天,8點多才入座,慶幸不用等位。兩口子來到餐廳,只點了一個鍋: 薯仔排骨鍋當然期望是韓國風味,結果就是十.分.失.望.。這餐廳的㕑師應該是韓國人(聽到樓面用韓文對內溝通), 有位樓面男士,似是店主也是韓國人,理應知道馳名的地道的薯仔排骨鍋是怎樣一回事吧!上枱時,全鍋滿是洋蔥,薯仔不冧,排骨很硬。韓式的排骨鍋應有年糕,有薯粉/粉絲,紫蘇葉,此鍋都欠奉。我問過侍應女生,“你們平時也是用這種排骨嗎“ 女生答我 “是啊“。店家,你用的排骨是急凍的一字排/金沙骨,傳統的韓式排骨鍋不可能用這種,而是用豬脊骨,韓國人一定懂。我們只吃了幾啖就走了,抱歉浪費食物,但實在太難食,相信你們都看到我倆的失落。順帶一提,香港有幾間餐廳都做到這款韓式排骨鍋,其中金巴利道那間很不錯,希望店家可以參考,或乾脆取消呢個菜式好嗎? continue reading

呢間餐廳係位於銅鑼灣一間酒店嘅一樓,佢唔係喺酒店大堂入去,而係酒店隔離的一個入口,上幾級樓梯就可以搭𨋢,唔難搵。上到去餐廳,員工就已經好友善咁樣問有冇訂枱或者幾多位,然後再立即帶你去預訂嘅枱嗰度。佢見我哋睇咗一陣餐牌,就主動行過嚟問我哋想食乜嘢,我哋今次就係叫咗個四人餐再加左個冷麵,煎餅同炸雞。食物方面,分量方面係足夠,而且食材都好新鮮。先講前菜,佢有基本嘅菠菜豆芽薯仔泡菜等等,而且仲可以幫你免費添加。不過都係果句食得晒先好加啦,唔好嘥呀嘛👍🏻 至於韓燒嘅食物,食材係唔錯,但最緊要係佢哋嘅員工好主動咁過嚟幫手燒,令到雞手鴨腳嘅我哋都唔會燒到燶晒😂而冷麵就不過不失啦。唯一美中不足嘅係,個煎餅食落有少少油,如果可以整到乾身啲就最好啦。 continue reading
