喜來稀—— 壹頭牛 $520Haha dunno why it took me so long to pay a visit to this super popular Korean BBQ place! Situated in the heart of CWB, it has an interesting “concrete jungle” view surrounded by rundown 唐樓s, but surprisingly it has a nice Korean vibe that I felt like being in a two-storey resto in Seoul!The beef set consisted of beef seorae, beef belly, sliced beef chuck flap tail and beef ribs. The portion is large enough for four ppl 👌🏼 and look at that gorgeous web of snow-white fat 😱 They’re so tender and succulent 😋 my only complaint is that they kinda went overboard with the marinade that the meat was a bit too salty/sweet with the tariyaki sauce. Actually given the high quality of the wagyu, it’s a pity that its “beef aroma” was overshadowed by the sauce it’s soaked in.Ohh I also feel obliged to recommend their (unlimited) side dishes which were so good!! I always hate the kimchis in hk because they tasted so salty and processed. But the kimchis here were apparently homemade because they hv the natural sweetness in the fresh cabbage that’s reminiscent of the kimchis I’ve had in Seoul!Worth the price if you’re coming with a group of friends🤩 continue reading

已經太耐冇去過旅行,對上一次去就係韓國🇰🇷仲好記得韓國嘅烤肉真係好正,最近都心郁郁想食烤肉,於是今日就專登約朋友放工一齊去食。今次就揀咗哩間位於銅鑼灣嘅韓國餐廳。好彩我哋去得早,我哋去到15分鐘之後已經全場爆滿,仲見到有人喺度等位。👍🏻哩間餐廳最正就係有得無限添加爐邊蛋🍳而且爐邊蛋仲有泡菜同芝士🧀兩隻口味。另外,佢嘅沙律🥗、生菜🥬同埋泡菜都係可以任添,真係好划算👍🏻餐牌上面嘅選擇好多,我哋今次就揀咗一款豬、一款牛同埋一個水冷麵🍜。🎈辣護心肉🐷平時食開牛護心肉,今次一於試吓豬嘅,哩款肉已經預先醃製好,所以非常入味,微辣,肉質較霖,好適合用生菜🥬、泡菜包住一齊食。🎈牛五花🐂呢個真係勁推介👍🏻❤️牛味超濃郁,上面有少許醬料,油脂分布平均,咬落去充滿油脂感,用嚟送飯一流!🎈水冷麵🍜平時食燒肉食到中途都會覺得好膩,所以今次專登叫個水冷麵黎解膩。除咗冷麵之外,配料仲有青瓜絲、蕃茄、雞蛋、韓國醃蘿蔔片同埋唔少冰🧊😂所以個拉麵可以一直保持凍冰冰。冷麵味道清新,微酸,真係好啱解膩。🎈米水💕哩隻米水我每次去親韓國都會買黎飲😆每次食韓國餐廳如果有嘅話都一定會叫,因為真係超好味😋今次推薦完朋友飲,佢都話正。總括嚟講,哩間餐廳嘅食物質素都好高,而且一路人流不絕,大家嚟銅鑼灣都可以試下。 continue reading

今晚又同朋友約左食高質烤肉😍除左有任食芝士泡菜爐邊蛋🍳、泡菜🌶、沙律🥗,仲有我最愛壹頭豬🐖一個拼盤有齊多個部位鮮肉,超正😋餐廳地方寬闊,餐牌食物價錢合理,平日加上早的關係不用等位很快便入座了。前菜有泡菜爐邊蛋🍳、芝士爐邊蛋🧀、泡菜🌶、酸瓜🥗、醃洋蔥🧅,非常開胃,伴上烤肉一起吃更為美味。燒肉配以生菜、蒜片、泡菜等side dishes一起吃更添風味😋🐖壹頭豬($420)拼盤賣相精美,肉質新鮮,食落非常嫩滑,且夠入味,富豐富口感。▪️護心肉護心肉上桌顏色非常吸睛,韓牛以深紅色為之上乘,食落肉質鮮嫩,軟腍富口感。▪️五花肉五花肉油脂重,吃上來很入味,味道很濃郁▪️豬頸肉豬頸肉肉質嫩滑,輕輕煎一會兒就可以了▪️韓式烤豬大腸質感煙韌爽口,入味可口,絕對值得一試。▪️韓式烤豬皮豬皮是特的大愛,燒至金黃色,香香脆脆,入口煙煙韌韌,可配上黃豆粉一起食用。▪️梅肉梅肉大塊厚身,香噴噴而且肉質鮮嫩🐄喜來烤肉($138/180g)喜來烤肉賣相非常吸睛,切成薄片並捲成花形狀,配以醬油醃製輕輕燒大約20秒就可以吃了,食落肉質嫩滑,油脂分布非常平均。🥘 石鍋拌飯($85)鍋子熱辣辣,飯粒帶有少許飯焦,配上牛肉、各款蔬菜絲、煎蛋等配料,再配埋韓或辣醬,風味十足,而且挺為開胃。 continue reading

原來在銅鑼灣返工咁耐,都未試過lunchtime韓燒,所以就同同事搞搞新意思,lunchtime去食韓燒,還去了間正宗地道韓燒餐廳- 喜來稀肉。原來lunchtime除了燒肉外,還有lunch set的,和同事點了一個烤肉,一個lunch。值得一讚的是、餐廳內每張抬上的防疫用品非常充足!餐廳會先上前菜,前菜也做得好出色,泡菜用上新鮮泡菜,雖然表面上不是非常紅,但辣味十足。特別喜歡這碟,上面的辣醬好夠香辣味!🐷護心肉:印像中這是第一次食護心肉,原來護心肉是這裡的招牌菜,亦是罕有的韓國料理。護心肉是豬橫隔膜與肝之間嘅肌肉荕,不含油份而且好珍貴!燒到好香之後食起上來好有嚼勁,肉質亦好軟嫩,好特別的味道,一試難忘。還可以將燒好的護心肉包在生菜內,再配上辣味的前菜和燒好的蒜頭,慢慢在口中咀嚼,味道好match!🌟石鍋拌飯:鋪滿面的全是紫菜,然後就有蛋、蘿蔔、牛肉、菜等豐富配菜,仲有飯焦,撈起上來好香。餐廳內坐得舒服,可以放鬆下傾計,下次可以再來食護心肉😋😋😋 continue reading

晚餐來到銅鑼灣的喜來稀肉,餐廳環境很開揚,通風也不錯,不會很侷促,坐得很舒服。一坐下枱上已準備了前菜,這裏的泡菜很夠味,辣辣的很開胃,而且前菜和生菜也是任添的。我們點了喜來稀肉,護心肉和西冷扒。喜來稀肉薄薄的輕輕燒一燒已經很好吃了,不用加調料。護心肉也很不錯,肉味濃有咬口,配生菜夠味又清新。西冷扒就普通了點,只是份量大,可惜是肥了點,油膩感太重了。本來想叫水冷麵的只是今天太多人了有限時間,太晚點不切,唯有下次再來時再試了。 continue reading
