今次行到這間餐廳,真係一個令人驚喜的發現👀!食物做得精緻得嚟味道正,如果話要推介,首選當然係佢哋嘅炸蠔🦪!炸到外皮金黃鬆脆,一咬落去,嘩,鮮美蠔汁四溢,簡直是鬼馬又得意!另外,生帶子刺身真係切得薄薄嘅,一啖入嘴,鮮甜得滑溜溜,真係食到停唔到口😋!個蒸蛋,哎喲,松滑得嚟又滿滿嘅菇香,講真,食過咁多間餐廳,呢度嘅蒸蛋真係得嚟唔多,唔試你真係會後悔!仲有支真澄日本酒,輕爽得黎果香濃郁,淡淡嘅甜味令人一試難忘,飲下去,心情都靚啲🍶。呢間餐廳嘅氣氛好靚,招待又親切,講真,食低級飯局都要罪家,不如當鋪裏頭搵点子好野嚟一嗌痛快,總之,今次嘅食味體驗,真係幾正!話咁快又到下一次光顧嘅時候啦~ continue reading

食品新鮮,魚生美味可口,地方方便近地鐵站,環境舒服清潔,燒烤即叫即燒,侍應生有禮貌,服務態度好。除了一個黃色衫的男侍應外,沒有笑容,沒有禮貌。這樣的價錢,這樣的服務態度,不難怪很多人北上消費。可能他是老闆吧。 continue reading

比一間黃埔新開既鐵板燒餐廳服務激死走人之後,係openrice搵到附近呢間鐵板燒餐廳。 打個電話,對方話有位就拿拿聲去食飯。8點左右到,認真有D餓😅 餐牌有好多選擇,價格就係酒店價格,而套餐價格有做8折,都唔錯啦!環境舒適,有海景望,客人唔算多,都幾幽靜。叫左兩個一人鐵板燒套餐,另加一D刺身同壽司。材料新鮮、味道剛好,調味唔會太咸。正正常常師傅好熟手,上菜速度控制得好好食飯有3個鐘泊車,整體好滿意👍🏻 continue reading

千鶴日本料理 紅磡都會海逸酒店除了鐵板燒套餐,也有半自助餐及刺身供應,當天晚上入座率不足兩成,服務方面侍應及主廚均有用心去做,可惜味道方面未能滿足,以一個$3000多的雙人set來說,有其他更多好的選擇。材料來說,海鮮用料新鮮,A5和牛卻未有A5的水準。 龍蝦:配上龍蝦膏醬汁鮮美,算係當日最好吃的一道,略有少少偏熟。鮑魚:這個可能切得太碎,醬汁及鮑魚甜味亦未能突出,料酒香氣略低,部分鮑魚片口感似食緊魷魚,細碎的裙邊位才有返少少鮑魚口感,切割分佈絕對要改善。A5和牛薄切:雖然點了5乘熟,感覺卻有8成熟,火口略為過左,以牛肉薄燒包住碎炸蒜同蔥再鋪上多士上方,炸蒜不夠脆,較為硬身,碎硬攝牙,味道亦有點蓋過牛味,較為乾身以材料A5和牛無論油脂及材料質素看不出A5在那裡,多士吸不夠的牛肉汁。炒飯:無乜特別。炒雜菜:無乜味道,要自行加少少鹽。茶碗蒸:味道興性格唔成正比,作為一個$100的茶碗精,入面無乜材料,湯汁味亦唔突出。密瓜:唔該唔好晌上面放塊皮裝飾🫵 continue reading

-如其他酒店裏的日本餐廳, 這裡提供的菜式有便當, 串燒, 天婦羅喎壽司, 相對全能. 午市大約只有三成食客, 也許就是位置和價錢的關係, 令入座率減少. 一道鐵板燒午餐, 只有兩道主菜就收我接近$500, 還是吃莫師傅的手勢就好, 而且還多一道主菜呢!雖說不太抵食, 其主菜是有心思的, 就是原隻波士頓龍蝦, 再加上蝦膏在鐵板上炒制. 龍蝦肉鮮嫩爽彈, 火候控制不錯, 沒有任何過熟的情況, 下蝦膏鹹鮮香味十足, 作為調味料一流, 正如之前在莫師傅吃過的鮑魚肝醬炒鮑魚一樣, 再不害怕膽固醇超標的情況下, 內臟製成的汁醬最有鮮味.銀鱈魚煎得夠香, 外皮焦脆, 油香十足而肉質嫩中帶實感, 醬汁奇怪是偏向泰式酸辣的風味, 在鐵板燒餐廳中有點格格不入, 還是基本吃下去就夠. 炒飯炒得粒粒分明, 蠻香的, 加上菇菜炒製, 吃起來更健康,  油粉不多, 沒有膩感, 只是雞蛋炒得有點老又缺乏蛋香, 有點可惜.Senzuru is a Japanese restaurant inside the hotel or Hung Hom. It is not so crowded in lunch time and the lunch with teppanyaki costed about $500 that is a bit costly. The lobster and codfish are good but when compare with Michelin starred I M Teppanyaki it is still quite overpriced. continue reading
