今日阿B黎接我收工〜諗住難得過海出到嚟,不如行去銅鑼灣 食番餐好嘅先番去〜但係可能最近晚市都比較靜好多都已經閂左門或者準備閂門,行到我筯歇力疲時就見到哩間餐廳啦。本來見到入面得一兩個客人,都擔心佢準備閂門,但當位女服務員見到我哋嗰時,對我地微笑同用手勢表示歡迎進入,我即刻鬆咗一口氣〜〜終於搵到嘢食啦!! 而且日本餐廳,啱晒我同阿B❤️Menu 上推介嘅幾乎都係牛 (唔同種類嘅燒牛、牛肉丼、壽喜燒...),好彩我地都鍾意食牛冇乜大問題,如果有唔食牛嘅朋友都有少少其他種類選擇,不過就唔係推介。我就揀咗我又鍾意食Menu上又特別推薦嘅壽喜燒,阿B就幫大家試吓佢個豚肉丼〜壽喜燒個湯底味道幾好,牛肉分開放鍾意幾時淥都得,唔驚啲牛會老晒,另外仲有一碟菜同烏冬,整體份量剛剛好,啲牛亦好鮮牛味!豚肉丼味道普普通通(唔難食) , 不過份量太少了啲肉好似比人偷食咗咁款,食完都唔飽。可能本身哩間店主攻做牛嘅料理,其他只係一個選擇,所以無乜特別,大家如果都想黎哩度試下,記得選擇試牛嘅料理呀,唔係真係可能會普通過茶餐廳碟頭飯嫁😆😆 continue reading

北角汇的一田超市新开了很多日本餐厅,选择时眼花缭乱,看到千里屋有牛肉寿喜烧,顿时不再留恋其他机美食。因为点评还未收录,只能点评在铜锣湾连锁店的界面里午饭晚饭共用一个菜单,一份黑牛寿喜烧只有99元,性价比极高。小菜里的玉子蛋和芋头块好吃到爆。重头戏是牛肉,薄薄的约有8大片,放在沸腾的甜酱油锅里不用10秒就揀出来,沾着生鸡蛋液一口放入嘴中,幸福感油然而生。牛肉的肉质很瘦,吃着口感也比较软,顿时满足想吃寿喜烧的一切欲望。 continue reading

抱著想食烤肉丼的期望來到,入門已經聞到很香的烤肉味。雖然烏冬、火鍋、鐵板等都很吸引,但我們沒有忘記初衷。一口烤牛肉丼 ♥♥♥♥♥ 兩款烤肉之中,粒粒那種熟度剛好,能看到紅色剛好很嫩; 肉片的肉質口感沒前者優秀,但焦香別有一番風味。香蒜粒和黑椒燒汁都很惹味,甜味比較重但不會過份,沾了汁的菜是一流的配搭,飯一口接一口好快就吃完。附味噌湯 ♥♥♥ 平常的配料,但勝在湯很濃郁,而且與烤肉的味道非常匹配。大阪燒 ♥♥♥♥ 圓圓的一團本身樣子已經很討喜,特別是上頭的滿滿鰹魚乾。外面與醬油一起燒得非常香脆,味道不會過咸反而少少甜。有一小塊肉片,還有能充分提味的沙律醬。超級熱辣辣之餘,中間的菜都切成小顆粒,爽脆清甜。最重要是麵粉不多,幾乎不會吃到,只是略嫌份量不太夠。 continue reading

其實一間喺旺區嘅餐廳可以喺午飯時間都唔full其實真係中伏都無得怨但係無諗過真係可以差成咁.成個dining experience都真係no eye see呀!睇佢menu, 見有平有貴, 所以入去試下方便有唔同budget的朋友揀menu 2:menu 3: 我地今次3個人去本身大家都點左有漢寶扒嘅餐因為佢講到明係和牛諗住點都okay但係佢無啦啦同我地講因為無牛扒所以佢地揀既$149餐都無而又唔想點$190的餐所以最後換左以下兩個午飯SETSET1: 係豚肉來的以為都幾多, 點知食食下發覺好多都係菜同埋D豚肉下面好多類似粉絲嘅東西D豬有D鞋口, 但係78蚊都仲可以接受SET 2: 係個牛的SET都係好多茶填滿碗飯面但係問題已經唔係去左個份量度而係去左D汁我朋友話佢D汁係勁難食SET 3:呢個就係最貴既一個SET了$190有件SO CALL特大既和牛漢寶另外介有和牛扒就咁睇相唔好以為佢都幾大碟其實佢係好似兒童餐咁大既鐵板1. 薯條唔脆 唔夠熱2. D汁勁咸 3. D牛扒(牛條?) 係林, 不過中間比周圍D汁更咸4. 漢寶扒似喺一田買既quality. 食食下發覺, 無汁先係可接受嘅味道$190係無湯無前菜無飲品如果要, 每樣加$15-$20左右如果加曬就$50仲要加一服務費...................2個午餐set仲有連湯朋友話似係用粉即沖的quality而呢間野最差既, 除左食物既味道差之外,1. 超級唔夠冷氣, 我地食到成身汗2. 咁大間野竟然上d湯時連spoon都無3. 我地食飯/扒餐...佢只係比快子我地4. 我地要度刀/叉/spoon..發覺呢間shop係無刀架!5. 個staff無啦啦話推介我朋友食某一個餐, 但係原來只係未有貨, 佢口快快講左出黎...我地都啞左以後唔會再黎! continue reading

星期日下午係灣仔附近搵野食,由於條街好熱所以見呢間餐廳有位就衝入去。冷氣夠大,呢點抵讚,全店連收銀得一個店員,做到踢晒腳,唯有自己拎水杯自行斟水見佢推介自家製咖哩牛筋飯$88 便點了試試,點知就中伏我好中意食牛筋,牛腩就好怕韌,點知全碟一舊牛筋都冇,全部都係的又瘦勁柴皮既牛腩(其實柴到我都唔知係咪牛腩....) 咬唔開都係成舊吞好失望呀老公個個安格斯牛丼就幾好食既....另外抵讚嘅就係餐具同杯都好乾淨餐牌上的 牛筋飯英文譯作beef tendon, 點睇都唔應該變左牛腩飯 (通常叫beef brisket ),一舊牛筋都冇,咁樣算唔算違反商品說明條例呢? continue reading
