又到左搵嘢食既時間, 本來想走入呢間酒店睇下有冇Buffet, 點知得間日本菜! 午市定食價錢都算親民, 決定一試! 酒店內可搭電梯, 外圍亦有樓梯到達! 炸雞烏冬 $68 ~ 個賣相都幾好, 炸雞另上呢一點好讚! 烏冬彈牙, 炸雞香脆, 炸粉唔厚, 有肉汁! 不錯啊! 和風牛肉伴溫泉蛋飯 $72 ~ 牛肉份量較少, 醬汁唔會太咸, 幾惹味! 滑蛋豬扒飯 $68 ~ 豬扒炸粉唔厚, 香脆唔鞋, 蛋有點過熟! 註: 每個餐都有蒸蛋, 滑既不過比較水! 沙律汁太咸, 整體性價比算高, 可以再去!  continue reading

係尖沙咀呢個地段,搵好嘢食都要花啲功夫同時間,但好唔過有個會發掘好嘢食嘅朋友。呢間係酒店一樓嘅日式餐廳,我都真心嚇親。佢內龐有啲有卡位,亦有一排小房間,亦有大房可以坐到十幾人,想隱密啲都可以。以為假日一定貴,以為無lunch set,呢度絕對係超值。熟食嘅有一堆,魚生嘅亦有得揀,有點似加x賀,但係我個人覺得好味啲。朋友點嘅係豬扒湯烏冬,豬扒炸得唔錯,剛炸起係幾正。我第一次黎,當然係點介紹黎呢間嘅朋友必點嘅餐,炸雞。我個人覺得炸雞皮厚左小小,唔乾,幾好。另外有燉蛋,好滑,勁鍾意。其他正常,講真65元唔要求太多。 continue reading

這間酒店內的日本菜非常高質,每道菜手勢十分平均,要每道菜都是這麼好吃真的是師傅的手勢好啊!千上魚生沙律,由雜錦魚生配上沙律菜及沙律汁,酸酸甜甜剛剛好,味道開胃。嘗試了兩款啤酒,分別是Asahi及雪花,Asahi氣較多,雪花則味道較甜易入口,少喝酒的人可選擇雪花。配上炸河蝦簡直是送酒一流!燒牛肋骨十分厚切,帶點日式風味,沾上日式燒汁,很惹味。其後是醬油炒飯和炒野菜,調味十分平均,整體水平很高。餐廳有十分多不同牌子的清酒,如獺祭,十四代等。小食十分適合送酒,愛酒之人不要錯過!服務員十分熱情友善,談笑風生。餐廳環境很大還有房間增加私密度,可惜聽聞最近要裝修了,裝修完後一定會再去! continue reading
