To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一晚食兩餐，飲酒吹水，希慎坐得幾舒服。平時有個$295，好抵食，今日賣晒，too bad。吞拿魚壽司盛，都有維持到OK水平。點了刺身，明目張膽的目張，魚名，和赤貝2個。魚肉比較有彈性，食得出係新鮮嘅。比彷彿好，魴鮄. ホウボウ. 魚名。應該係特登入的。牛舌，煙韌到呢，食橡膠咁。可以再次encore的是$88/3杯清酒，味道還可，但平，性格比高。食多個雪糕糯米糍咁就啱啱好，黑白雲尼拿芝麻就雪到石頭咁，皮包抹茶正常好多。

朋友移民前食一餐，返咗香港又要食一餐，再送你一次又要食一餐。呢啲咪叫做「朋友係要見呀嘛🤪🤪🤪」平時我哋會揀九龍區，今次就其中一個人食完飯繼續返工，選了香港島。我呢啲新界牛大鄉里，到希慎搵食迷路就人知常情，謝謝大家體諒，並不停教我點上到13樓的千両。哇！原來樓上食肆林立，看來我以後要多來呢個場搵食啦！千両午餐的餐牌一向選擇ok，易揀到，我選了定食。嘻！刺身新鮮啊！選這個目的就係唔想食太多，肥！最後估唔到我竟然KO晒成碗飯，都話同朋友吹水食嘢，會不自覺地食多咗啦⋯⋯最後飽到我甜品食唔到😩😩😩蝕呀！

餐廳：千両地點：希慎廣場菜式：日本菜燒紐西蘭羊架配柚子胡椒 $68 另加一想食千両羊架，又黎食返餐先。燒紐西蘭羊架熱辣辣，燒得都脆脆地，肉質都算嫩，唔蘇。可惜唔大件（叫左三件都係有大有細）。伴有柚子胡椒同檸檬一件。北海道珍寶帶子壽司 $26 另加一另外加多一件壽司。北海道珍寶帶子都幾大隻，好厚身，食落啖啖肉又鮮，伴有酸薑片同日式芥末。星期六晚七點幾都要等位，好在可以遙距等位。

心目中的千両一直是偏高質的。久未到訪，懷着興奮的心情點餐。怎料，食物的份量比起幾個月前明顯少了，一咬天婦羅是完全不熱的，刺身變得薄身了，壽司定食的魚生吃起來也不太新鮮！整個午餐最好食的竟然是湯烏冬。實在太失望！

💰793.1（堂食連加一）其實我哋好鍾意食壽司，但係發覺壽司郎質素差左，元氣又唔夠吸引，所以去咗千両。牛油果軟殼蟹卷$98新鮮嘅，好食既，但係偏貴。比我地再選擇未必會再叫🤣🤣-蟹柳小卷$22同所有壽司店既質素一樣👌🏻-冰見烏冬（凍）$50凍烏冬真係👧🏻既all time favourite👅黎千両食咗幾次都有嗌😬正❤️-特上壽司拼盤（20件）$431赤海蝦，帆立貝，油甘魚比較有記憶點整體來講好食同新鮮Worth the price!-甜蝦壽司$40明顯係冇腥味👍🏻-雙色雪糕糯米卷$42好特別，黑芝華加豆腐味。糯米卷個皮整得幾好食，有拉絲😋-雪糕糯米（雲呢拿）$38正常。
