Second draft係大坑名店,手工啤酒同埋食物都種類豐富!可惜二月就要結業,今次約埋朋友結業前黎飲下酒傾下計🍻腐乳卡邦尼($148)呢度主食種類多但麵類就得兩三款,所以今次揀左特別d既腐乳卡邦尼😍意粉煮得al dente,配埋意大利青瓜、洋蔥同火箭菜口感豐富,加埋隻半熟蛋,每一啖撈埋蛋黃好creamy!嗌得腐乳意粉咁冒險既人應該都鍾意腐乳陣味,但可惜食落去只有淡淡既腐乳鹹味,有d失望😢大坑薯條($78)大坑名物大坑薯條就掂好多喇!滿滿一大碗細直身薯條炸得香脆,面頭灑上大量孜然粉,加上乾椒同埋酸酸鹹鹹嘅高菜,加埋哂一齊食真係超級好味🤤 薯條附上一小碟千島醬,其實唔點已經好夠鹹香,但點埋就有返多少少甜酸中和下,送埋啤酒自己可以食哂成碗!無論齋飲酒定係食飯都係一個好選擇,希望佢地可以搵到地方再開啦🍻

📍Second Draft Second Draft is one of the famous shops in Tai Hang, opened and operated by a group of passionate Hong Kongers. They serve a wide range of Hong Kong brewed beers and a range of special cocktails. Food wise, all are very suitable to pair with beer. Love their 大坑名物 Tai Hang Fries. It has a very strong 孜然 taste. Given their great beer, their beer mussels are superb. Their fried yellow chicken burger uses legit yellow chicken and fried right. I personally like their pastrami as it’s less meaty and salty than the traditional ones.They are also very adventurous in trying new flavor combinations just like their 腐乳 carbonara. It’s sad that they couldn’t renew their tenancy and have to leave Tai Hang soon. Catch them out before end of February! It’s an amazing spot to support! 一間非常出色嘅酒館有大量手工啤&不同cocktail去選擇😍😍大坑薯條 $78最愛嘅🥔🍟份量都幾大,餐廳用左孜然、高菜、乾椒作調味,味道夠晒惹味👍🏼👍🏼 薯條幾幼身有微微辣椒辛香味,🍟都算脆,內裏算幾綿軟,配上沙律醬同蛋黃醬嘅醬料,可以中和少少太濃味嘅感覺☺️😎我哋比較重口味,所以覺得好好味,送酒一流之選👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼啫啫雞翼煲 $138嚟個雞翼Fusion菜非常特別用左自家水牛醬、藍芝士、唐芹調配出水牛雞翼同啫啫雞煲二合為一,雞翼係好細身嘅雞翼仔,勁like😆因為太大隻要食好耐🙃加上咁樣入味好多😄上菜時煲內發出嗞嗞聲,好似係大排檔啫啫雞煲嘅感覺👍🏼味道就好特別,你會係唔同嘅時候有唔同嘅texture,入味都幾酸,之後就有濃厚啫啫味出現,又會有少少芝士味同辣味出現🤣🤣真係非常特別同真係會食唔停口😍😍腐乳卡邦尼 $1482nd Draft嘅意粉口感適中而且個忌廉汁幾香,同出面卡邦尼一樣會配有半生熟蛋撈落個意粉到食,提升香滑嘅程度👍🏼不過腐乳味可以再濃啲鍾意飲酒嘅大家,必定要去試吓佢哋嘅手工酒,超過15款啤酒可選擇,而且佢會按你嘅要求或揀唔到飲乜嘢啤酒,佢會俾意見你仲會俾你先嘗試啤酒嘅味道,再決定叫唔叫嗰款啤酒,非常細心😍😍😍
