每日都大排長龍嘅一間店,係時代廣場13樓,等嘅時候很興奮,因為好耐之前就想試下了,店裡面覺得座位好窄,啱啱坐得落嘅感覺,點咗好多人推薦嘅廚師卡邦尼年糕,芝士味好濃,不過覺得有DD膩,年糕都唔錯,都值得一試。炸雞沙律,炸雞好味,看起來都賞心悅目,炸雞好入味,皮酥肉嫩,成碟沙律都差唔多全部比我食咗。泡菜麵,韓劇裡面就睇得多了,不過真到咗我面前覺得有D恐怖,成碗都紅嘅,感覺好多辣椒吖,不過事實上都在接受范圍內,麵很勁道,仲有招牌烏卒卒,我對企嘅期望好大,其實就係墨魚壽司飯卷來嘅。中捲包著D魷魚,不過味道很不錯,很好食。不過最後對呢間店嘅感覺就係菜望落去好好睇,不過食落去就不覺得好驚艷,但是值得一試。

整個湯麵都是橙紅色的,驟眼看已經可以感受到有多辣。我當然一口都不敢試,未婚夫是一個可以吃得辣的人(他可以食到水煮魚!),但他都覺得這個湯麵十分辣!!我就覺得簡直有地獄拉麵的感覺!

烏冬上面鋪了一隻生雞蛋,可以把其與烏冬混合攪拌一起進食。我這個烏冬雖然在餐牌上沒有辣椒的標示,但我個人認為這個烏冬都挺辣的,辣的來源應該是那牛肉吧,可能是加了黑椒。

烏冬本身煮得很好,爽口彈牙。牛肉的份量都不少,均勻的分布於整個烏冬內。牛肉薄切的,味道很濃,無奈地辣了一點,幸好有那杯凍艾菲解辣。

整體而言,這間餐廳主打特色韓食,如果想食正宗的炸雞,還是要到首爾一趟 XDD

We came around 3pm and it was quite empty thankfully. We saw the Squid ink mari on the menu so we had to get it. It was definitely a visually appealing dish. The black contrasted with the white plate. In terms of flavour it was not bad either. You could not really taste the squid ink but I could taste the squid. Moving onto the fried platter. It was definitely a total disaster. Some of them were too sweet others were just lacking flavour. By the end of eating this plate I couldn’t even tell or even recall what was what anymore. It was all just too much covered in powder and unappealingness – 4/10 Overall – I would not be back to this place.

話說school food在香港開業時真的很大的迴響每個朋友都說要去一試,聽說等候時間要至少一個鐘之後分店越開越多,但因為等候時間還是很長,所以一直未試直到有天跟老婆去了times square看戲,看完後肚子餓找吃經過看見不用等位于是立即試試因為不太清楚甚麼是推介食物,所以當時也上了開飯看看大家的食評推介最後我倆點了烏卒卒、廚師卡邦尼年糕、韓味炸雞伴大蔥沙律&棉花糖草莓艾菲先來的是飲品一大jar夠分四小杯味道甜甜的不錯接著上的是炸雞味道普通,不過很厚粉,食完有點油膩的感覺之後是廚師卡邦尼這個醬汁甜甜的很濃郁,很好吃可惜份量真的好少最後是烏卒卒這個我麻麻,只有甜味沒墨魚味但老婆說不錯埋單時附上了儲印卡,每消費滿$50就有一個印儲夠10個印就可以下次當$50用,吸引你再次消費

Since most of their Openrice’s reviews were talking about their carbonara-sauce rice cakes, we decided to order one. The spiciness was of few levels, as we were afraid that it will be too spicy, we choose the mild level. Squid ink rice roll - Adding of cuttlefish inside the rice roll increases the texture of the roll. It was quite special and not too bad for a try. Overall, their food was nice but the portion was a little too small.

這道菜上次來都有點,是用拌有墨色汁的飯包著墨魚粒。雖然染黑了的飯你不大會吃到墨魚汁的味道,不過加了墨魚的飯卷,口感變得有煙韌有嚼勁,飯粒也不會過腍,味道是不錯的。

紳士先生( 韓式餐肉及芝士雞蛋飯卷 )($65)

這個是第一次點的,因為今次人較多,就可以試多一點其他菜。就是飯卷包著餐肉,而飽卷出面又有芝士雞蛋包著。因為沒有了肉質煙韌的墨魚,這個飯卷吃起來口感相對較軟腍,感覺一般,芝士雞蛋卷芝士味不重,蛋也煎得有點過老,吃起來比較鞋口。而韓式餐肉跟一般的午餐肉也沒甚麼分別。

韓式薄燒豬頸肉鐵鍋炒飯($88)

見到這個是廚師推介就點來試試。炒飯上面的是薄燒豬頸肉和煎太陽蛋,上面再淋上韓式醬汁。炒飯炒得不算太乾身,吃起來還有點軟腍,豬頸肉肉質比較鞋,也沒太多調味,只有沾有韓式醬汁的那片才有點味道,醬汁應是加了黑椒,味道咸咸辣辣的。

廚師卡邦尼年糕($68)

卡邦尼年糕有分幾個辣度,上次已試了地獄卡邦尼年糕,因為不是每個同事也能吃辣,所以點了這個只有一隻辣椒圖案的來試,年糕口感很煙韌,被滿滿的卡邦尼醬蓋著,味道除了卡邦尼醬應有的濃濃忌廉味和煙肉的肉香味,還多了一點點的辣味,但辣味絕對不會蓋過卡邦尼醬的味道,反之亦然,味道非常特別。

這裡的食物份量不多
所以每道菜的價錢也相對地便宜
雖然好像不太化算,但價位也屬合理水平
而且份量少一點,正好能讓食客多試不同款式的食物
如果是午餐時間來人不太多也值得一試
但據同事所說,晚上的食客非常多,動不動要待上個多小時呢

星期日下午3:00到達太時代廣場 school food, 諗住咁晏唔使等好耐,點知都要等七張枱,大約40分鐘。3:40入座,店員叫我地5:00正交枱。我地點左燒牛肉烏冬丶炸蝦卷、烏卒卒、Carbonara 年糕同 mango 艾飛。牛肉烏冬最好食,可惜份量少了一點,而且牛肉太碎~~~炸蝦片比想像中好,但朋友話有幾舊食到有蝦殼~~~烏卒卒都係一般,完全食唔到墨魚汁味~~~Carbonara 年糕個汁好味,年糕軟硬適中,都幾好味~~~Mango 艾飛好似普通芒果汁,如果朋友一齊 share都有 4-5杯~~~總括來講,都算 ok, 不過最後問返d朋友,佢哋都話唔會再嚟 😅
