終於嚟試吓銅鑼灣20幾年街坊老店木糠甜品屋!位置係內街 唔顯眼 就係為咗食咗佢哋個芝麻木糠布甸🍮佢勁多口味選擇 約14款 😚質感偏結實 但口感幾特別中間夾層嘅cream雪凍咗 似食緊雪糕!入口Creamy 芝麻味幾香 唔會好甜整體層次分明 甜而不膩 唔怪得係招牌腐竹雞蛋糖水 入口香滑冇渣 Feel到佢腐竹煲得好溶 係唔甜好滋潤裏面有少少銀杏 有咬口😙 continue reading

🍰甜品 🚹1-4人 💮小店 🐻#甜食控——————意外偶遇但幾有驚喜嘅甜品舖,仲俾🐻🐻‍❄️發現呢度嘅木糠布甸,可以有3️⃣種唔同食法🤣🤣今次🐻🐻‍❄️係叫「二人套餐」$85,有3樣甜品~芒果🥭糯米糍(3粒)$28 (單點)皮有厚度,所以食落反而煙韌🤤,芒果清甜🥭🐻:皮仲有啲黃色,可能有落芒果整個皮?😛原味木糠布甸$38 (單點)一上枱係雪凍咗,於是🐻🐻‍❄️根據順序試咗以下三種食法:1️⃣即食,啲cream雪凍咗,食落口感似食緊雪糕🍦😆2️⃣解陣凍,可以試咗其中一樣甜品再返嚟,表層會變返cream嘅口感,而中間仲有啲凍,外軟內硬😋3️⃣放喺最後再食,已經變返純cream嘅口感,軟冧冧舖頭好細心🫶🏼已經切埋,等大家可以好方便叉起食🤣銀杏腐竹雞蛋(熱)$30 (單點)唔算甜👍🏽銀杏有得咬吓,幾啱養生但想食甜品🤣結論:雪凍嘅木糠布甸幾特別,糯米糍好煙韌,甜品性價比都幾好😆值得encore! continue reading

相约朋友去試試甜品!一家很住家式的店,有一雪櫃滿是凍甜品!小哥哥耐心地等我們點食物;一份飛碟+小食+即煮出前一丁+甜品,價錢非常相宜!老闆娘還說甜品全是自家製除雪糕除外!我們試了很有羌味的番薯糖水;微甜的付竹白菓糖水及木糠布甸!真好味! continue reading
