聽聞餐廳有一個非常抵食嘅tasting menu,只需$298一位,今晚相約朋友一齊到訪。由於來貨問題,我們今晚吃到的菜式跟餐牌上有少許不同。首先上第一款前菜: Parma Ham配上蕃茄沙律菜,特別的是burrata cheese以泡沫形式呈現。充滿鹹香的火腿配搭輕盈嘅芝士泡沫,口感豐富。第二款前菜是藍蟹肉多士,小巧精緻,蟹肉份量十分多,多士香脆可口,十分滋味。接著上的是蜆肉意粉,意大利扁麵煮得剛好,充滿口感。每一口都掛上蜆肉汁,十分惹味。第二款主菜是Flank Steak配上蘑菇汁和薯蓉。Flank Steak是牛側腹肉,牛味香濃不油膩,個人十分推介。最後一定不要錯過套餐的甜品: Tiramisu! 超級好味,真的是我們吃過最出色的Tiramisu!!Tasting menu性價比很高,十分值得回訪。

首先上第一款前菜: Parma Ham配上蕃茄沙律菜,特別的是burrata cheese以泡沫形式呈現。充滿鹹香的火腿配搭輕盈嘅芝士泡沫,口感豐富。

接著上的是蜆肉意粉,意大利扁麵煮得剛好,充滿口感。每一口都掛上蜆肉汁,十分惹味。第二款主菜是Flank Steak配上蘑菇汁和薯蓉。Flank Steak是牛側腹肉,牛味香濃不油膩,個人十分推介。

最後一定不要錯過套餐的甜品: Tiramisu! 超級好味,真的是我們吃過最出色的Tiramisu!!

Tasting menu性價比很高,十分值得回訪。
