To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺南丫島發現咗間海鮮酒家,壽記嘅聲勢可能唔及隔籬架,但食物質素絕對喺線上呀!平靚正嘅海鮮大餐,由頭盤嘅爽滑聖子起,每一啖都鮮甜過癮。炒蜆嘅話,哎喲,蠔油香味揮發入口,蜆仔爽口得滾,嗜辣一族可以試吔,別有一番風味。扇貝呢,一口粒粒蒜蓉的碧綠,一口鮮美肉質,好食到停唔到口!🤤至於生炒糯米飯,綿密之餘又帶啲Q彈,令人食指大動。啲粒粒米飯爆香,打底喺下面嘅肉沫嚟,仲有味道剛剛好嘅蝦仁🦐,糯米飯一絕!等咗半個鐘真係值得,廚師手藝真心插旗。點心方面,個牛柏葉令人驚喜連連,叉燒包嘅烤焦香,湯餃嘅湯汁鮮美,都係驚為天人。整體感覺,氣氛休閒,食物新鮮,價錢平,仲要係海邊感受迎面海風,吹得人太舒服,真係一個食高返您口福㗎!😌👍 continue reading

南丫島渡假的一晚,滿懷希望想食一餐豐富的海鮮晚餐。在網絡上尋找餐廳,最後選了這一間。網環境幾好,炒新鮮中蝦不錯,辣酒煮花螺辣得過瘾。不過揚州炒飯麻麻,不夠乾身。原本想食椒鹽瀨尿蝦,不過瀨尿蝦,太太有點兒失望。總體食物還可以,不過太少海鮮款選擇。 continue reading

自從年初轉左手之後,呢間餐廳嘅水準完全提升,燒味係喺廚房自己燒,每一次隻燒鵝都係熱辣辣,特別燒腩仔皮脆肉滑多汁,每一次都會嗌。我本人最鍾意食佢個炸饅頭,因為佢啲炸饅頭嘅質地好煙銀,聽講都係廚房自己差粉,唔係就咁買返嚟炸咗佢。以最平凡嘅鹹魚雞粒炒飯都非常出色,抄得夠乾身,蛋花分布啱啱好,有鹹魚香,有鑊氣。另外推介嘅係芋頭南瓜煲,個重點係上面嘅芹菜同埋適量嘅椰汁,次次都食到舔舔脷。鍾意睇海景嘅可以坐出邊吹下風扇吹下海風,鍾意涼冷氣嘅又可以坐室內,任君選擇。 continue reading

上星期六12點到左南丫島行入少少見到壽記坐低諗住叫海鮮食(坐海景位)點知見到有點心叫, 價錢都唔係太貴廿幾蚊有一籠啲點心真係食得出人手做而家好少點心係師傅整個牛柏葉炆得好淋好好食灌湯餃真係有驚喜仲有傳統嘅叉燒大包海鮮方面墨魚好濃味, 真係好鮮從來都冇試過食墨魚原來可以有咁嘅鮮味!真係好驚喜我哋亦都嗌咗一條紅魚條魚好大條 四個人一定夠食同埋師傅炒餸好有鑊氣價錢喺南丫島都算好合理!個海景嘆海鮮再加啤酒吹住海風都幾relax continue reading
