To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入黎南丫島點都要食下海鮮,見到依間餐廳有海景坐位決定入黎試下😊😊依個瀨尿蝦非常鮮甜無得輸貴妃蚌都蒸得岩岩好,幾爽口,唔韌豉椒炒蜆無咩特別🙂🙂蒜蓉蒸鮮魷都幾好,唔韌又夠香最後依個海鮮炒面,好似淡左啲海鮮質素幾好,不過都算價錢偏貴餐廳啲職員幾好人,有講有笑,最好笑係同我講話依度專做遊客生意,價錢係貴啲,仲推介左第二間餐廳俾我添🤣🤣🤣🤣仲教我下次入黎南丫島應該去邊度玩個人覺得如果專做遊客生意黎講,食物質素算好ok continue reading

唔知點解覺得去離島就一定要食海鮮,平時去親長洲都會,所以今次去南丫島都特登搵間海鮮黎食下。入到去先發現原來同長洲既價錢差天共地,不過既然都入左黎,就姑且試下啦。其實個menu都無咩用,純粹比你知餐廳有咩食,因爲海鮮大部分都寫時價。鮑魚仔最少要叫4隻,$40一隻,我地得2個人話怕食唔晒,佢竟然同我講係好細隻,唔怕。但最後因爲都唔知可以叫咩,所以覺得貴既情況下都叫左。同佢所講既一樣,係好細隻,真係好貴。蟹肉蛋白湯係完全無味,唯有自己加胡椒粉。所謂的蟹肉一大鍋講緊得幾粒,其實全部都係得蛋白。蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝叫做正常,扇貝偏細粒,但都係貴。最估唔到最好食係碟雞,雖然個賣相不太好,但雞肉嫩滑,d菜吸收晒雞既味道。總括而言,食物好一般之餘,價錢係貴到好唔合理,唔會再係南丫島食海鮮。 continue reading

餐牌上海鮮全部寫時價,餐廳內亦無任何明碼時價。詢問店員,一隻普通蟹要價近400蚊,一條魚價從300-500不等。由於價錢太貴,隨即轉去睇蝦貝。店內展出嘅蝦同蜆子都唔算新鮮。叫咗一碟豉椒炒蜆,不但辣味很重,仲食出泥沙。食完行山時腸胃便覺得不適,之後想想可能辣味咁重就係為咗掩蓋食材唔新鮮。今次南丫島旅程真係比呢餐飯搞衰!因為之前去長洲時,二三百蚊就有兩三個送,另送時蔬,送都可以隨意選,味道又新鮮。我地返程係索罟灣乘船,發現索罟灣鋪頭又多美食又多。反而以「商業街」著稱嘅榕樹灣,鋪頭又少質素又差。建議大家以後食飯可以考慮去索罟灣。 continue reading

第一次嚟到榕樹灣食海鮮,打開openrice睇下邊間食評比較好,睇完大部分都係負評多過正評,終於搵到一間13比11,正評多2個。入到最入有個海景區,環境不錯但冇冷氣,夏天都食到一額汗海鮮選擇都算多,不過價錢真係好貴,賴尿蝦$35一両,貴妃蚌$50一隻,蜆$168一碟例牌,基本上冇一樣海鮮價錢算合理。最終點左五個菜,南乳什菜粉絲煲,無味兼且煮得好淋,菜又老又爛。蜜椒牛柳粒,尚算可以。椒鹽鮮魷,唔夠乾身粉太多無咬口。油鹽水蜆,配料小煮得唔好食。蝦乾鹹肉韭菜花,菜好淡但蝦乾好脆好鮮味,係成餐飯嘅亮點。最後叫左兩碗雲吞,亦係全晚最滿意最好味嘅。 continue reading

平時最驚聽到人講咩隱世乜乜乜,但原來到你自己遇到先會明白!壽記下午同晚市都係做返海鮮酒家,但到九點就會做雲吞麵,都係本住一試無妨心態試試,曾經係南丫島食過幾間餐廳都中伏! 雲吞好鮮蝦味,面質超彈牙,湯底正宗大地魚湯!好味到暈,想晚晚都走入去食!本身唔諗住影相點知口好味,真係唔share唔得呀 continue reading
