To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

看着有不少当地人帮衬,就选了寿记。中伏!点了4只濑尿虾(香港标准8两)280,1碟菜心88,一个例牌炒花甲128,半只鸡158,买单770。海鲜常规,除了贵没啥特别,花甲也不是很新鲜。鸡就一言难尽,倒贴158给我都不愿意吃。水平跟大陆10元快餐差不多。还收10%服务费!!国外收服务费是寿记收服务费的理由! 尽量不要在岛上吃海鲜吧,这是我的忠告。不如去外国人开的西餐馆,碟头饭,八九十一份,好过无底洞的海鲜,又不是当地捕捞的。

洒家內的環境舒適,可以選擇出面望海地方進食,除左招牌小菜之外還有每日時日午餐,價錢不錯份量夠大,我點了蛋蒸飯,蛋有粉絲。加少少錢還可有氣水,冰底一杯和氣水分開,十分有風味,坐外邊還有海風涼涼吹著,而且嘢食味道10分清香,比較淡而有味,不太油膩。

4個月前黎過食午餐,當時覺得十分驚喜,相隔4個黎食晚餐,都無令人失望👍🏼 小菜出式,服務熱誠。是晚最具特色的,係久違嘅味道,蘿蔔牛腩煲,食得出唔係冰牛,蘿蔔香甜,牛腩林入味,有筋有肉,十分欣賞😋 其他小菜都好出色😉

喺南丫島發現咗間海鮮酒家,壽記嘅聲勢可能唔及隔籬架,但食物質素絕對喺線上呀!平靚正嘅海鮮大餐,由頭盤嘅爽滑聖子起,每一啖都鮮甜過癮。炒蜆嘅話,哎喲,蠔油香味揮發入口,蜆仔爽口得滾,嗜辣一族可以試吔,別有一番風味。扇貝呢,一口粒粒蒜蓉的碧綠,一口鮮美肉質,好食到停唔到口!🤤至於生炒糯米飯,綿密之餘又帶啲Q彈,令人食指大動。啲粒粒米飯爆香,打底喺下面嘅肉沫嚟,仲有味道剛剛好嘅蝦仁🦐,糯米飯一絕!等咗半個鐘真係值得,廚師手藝真心插旗。點心方面,個牛柏葉令人驚喜連連,叉燒包嘅烤焦香,湯餃嘅湯汁鮮美,都係驚為天人。整體感覺,氣氛休閒,食物新鮮,價錢平,仲要係海邊感受迎面海風,吹得人太舒服,真係一個食高返您口福㗎!😌👍

南丫島渡假的一晚,滿懷希望想食一餐豐富的海鮮晚餐。在網絡上尋找餐廳,最後選了這一間。網環境幾好,炒新鮮中蝦不錯,辣酒煮花螺辣得過瘾。不過揚州炒飯麻麻,不夠乾身。原本想食椒鹽瀨尿蝦,不過瀨尿蝦,太太有點兒失望。總體食物還可以,不過太少海鮮款選擇。
