To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 呢排有時係荃灣返工，想搵個地方舒服食早餐既地方唔係咁容易。之前有時會經過呢間沙嗲皇，但就一直冇入過去，今次見佢好似有早餐，人又唔多就入黎試下。好多坐位，坐得都幾舒服，但好明顯人手不足，辛苦員工了🙏🏻都係我鍾意既QR code落單👍🏻點左個早餐set午餐肉厚蛋三文治+熱咖啡（（冇加一））個三文治黎到，咦！又唔算hea喎，係真係同圖片咁厚架喎😂冇伏我三文治同咖啡味道正正常常，中規中距，唔算驚喜。但以呢個價錢黎講，性價比算係高😌

最出色都仲係白咖喱豬扒飯同避風塘軟殻蟹今晚一行四人去咗沙嗲王食晚飯，都有一段時間冇食，發覺個Menu都唔同咗好多，本來想嗌二人餐再加再散叫其他嘢但係發覺其實同就咁散叫差唔多，所以之後都係就咁散叫算。白咖喱豬扒飯同避風塘軟殼蟹依舊出色，保持到水準。避風塘軟殼蟹個份量都幾多，有4件，每件半隻蟹，上枱熱辣辣，非常惹味。白咖喱豬扒飯同10年前食到嘅味道一樣，有少少甜同辣，唯一唔同嘅係啲汁少左好多。。。 (唔記得影相🫣)冬陰功牛肩胛烏冬個湯底係👌🏻，不過啲牛肉就認真麻麻，比較碎又”鞋口”黑椒汁肉食主義不過不失，雞翼係最出色，不多作評論泰式豬頸肉就咁食都幾乾，配上汁醬都還可以總括而言，除咗招牌白咖喱豬扒飯同避風塘軟殼蟹之後，其他都真係好一般。

連鎖店沙爹王值得一讚，每間店或每次去食都能保持到水準，不管是食物質素，份量，美味程度都一樣保持到水準，送出來的食物熱辣辣的，就連擺位都會講究，加上價錢亦不貴，真是平民享受美食的好地方。今日點咗 蔥油鐵板雞扒配日本太陽蛋飯再加蒜香牛油烤餅 2 件甜辣醬墨魚餅 3 件再配埋杯凍檸茶少冰蔥油香，鼓油甜，太陽蛋中間仲流黃的，配飯簡直一流，重點係雞扒有兩塊，份量十足，雞扒煎得外皮香脆，肉質嫩滑，仲會流汁，真係冇得輸 👍🏻蒜香牛油烤餅，不用沾任何咖哩汁，就咁食又香又脆，淡淡嘅蒜香味已經好正墨魚餅本身墨魚味不重，但勝在爽口彈牙，加埋甜辣醬一齊食，味覺的享受凍檸茶雖冇咩特別，但係真係會留意你落單註明少冰，不會像其他餐廳一樣給你勁多冰整體來講沙爹王美味抵食，值得大家一試
