信和 (Sino)集團是香港龍頭地產發展商之一,發展項目包括住宅、商場及酒店。普羅大眾可以免費申請成為Sino Club的會員,參予集團定時舉辦的推廣活動,享用旗下酒店、商場提供給會員的特別優惠。十一月份,Sino Club為會員提供了一份套餐優惠,會員可以以半價的價錢在酒店旗下的沙嗲軒享用一份獅城地道二人套餐。按推廣網頁所述,套餐原價為$820,優惠價為$492連加一服務費。以肯恩精密計算,套餐半價$492優惠是以原價$820除二,得出$410後再收取原價的10%服務費總算得來。推廣優惠很是吸引,不過肯恩是夜到沙爹軒享用的晚餐,卻與這份會員推廣絕無關係。首先,信和推出的這記十一月份優惠,只限50份,而且需要在11月頭的三天內登記購買。每位信和會員只可購買優惠一份,登記成功後亦需要預先繳款。論彈性及方便程度遠比團購及一般網上優惠訂座為低。肯恩相約的飯局有五人,而信和的優惠推廣只限一份二人餐,一早註定無福消受。無緣享用信和會員提供的推廣優惠,飯局地點唯有再作計劃。正當肯恩苦惱着飯局的選址之時,仮面Sky卻另有新發現。某網上訂座平台,經常與部份酒店餐廳進行優惠推廣。位於尖沙咀太平洋酒店的沙爹軒,原來也是有份參予優惠推廣的酒店餐廳其中之一。透過這網站訂座,可以以65折的價錢,點選沙爹軒的獅城地道美食套餐。有趣的地方是,同樣名為獅城地道美食套餐,餐牌所列的菜式亦大致相約,但信和網站的價錢是$820,而這網上訂座平台的標價只是$680。雖然這網站提供的折扣只有65折,但由於套餐原價較低,所以折後$510(已連加一)的價錢其實只是比信和套餐多了少許。從這網上訂座,沒有人數限制,更不用預先繳款,從網站訂座甚至毋須預先登記成為會員,只提供電郵與電話號碼已經可以訂座,非常便利。故事發展下去,當然是五人飯局地點又待定變成確定,鏡頭轉回晚飯現場。過往曾經介紹過,皇家太平洋酒店平台可說是尖沙咀的後花園,既可飽覽維港兩岸風景,又不會有過多遊客集結,是一個很適合拍拖的地方。食店週邊清靜人少車少,就算在室外進餐也不用擔心會受到很大滋擾。甫到門外,看見食店竟在門口添置了一個攤檔售賣日本進口生果,感覺有點違和,與食店的路線格格不入。食店裝修平實不算很有特色,但勝在環境光猛潔淨,雖然開業多年,沒甚殘舊的感覺。餐桌區間濶落,用餐環境不錯。入座後尚未點菜侍者先送來蝦片一份。蝦片脆度不錯,作為餐前小吃亦很合適。不過這份小吃不是免費贈送,結帳時發現帳單多了一項$20的蝦片小吃費用。由於經網上訂座時已預先表明會點選套餐,這份特選套餐的餐牌亦在入座前早已放在桌上。套餐價錢與網站所示一樣,兩位用套餐正價$680,連甜品拼盤一共七道菜式。菜式陣容強大,已包羅了數款星洲出了名的地道名菜。套餐是一份二人套餐,但我方一行五人,單數的人頭應如何拆局?幸好食店很具彈性,跟部長溝通後容許讓我們點選兩份半的二人套餐。黃金脆魚皮近數年在新加坡急速掘起的零食界新寵兒,既美味又邪惡,難怪菜式英文名稱以Devil Skin命名。脆魚皮乃即叫即做,魚皮蘸上一層薄薄的咸蛋黃,炸起後立即上桌,熱辣辣的魚皮香脆可口,既有蛋黄鹹香,還帶有陣陣芝士香氣,十分惹味,令人吃不噤口。坊間零食包裝的咸蛋黃魚皮已經十分惹味,但比起即叫即炸的黄金魚皮頓時給比了下去。家鄉福建薄餅配沙嗲串燒兩份半的菜式份量太大,使得薄餅與沙爹要分開兩碟碟子上桌,變成獨立兩款菜式。家鄉福建薄餅賣相簡單的菜式,單憑外表會誤會卷物口感較為乾身。把卷物翻過來,輕薄的餅皮下包着的是飽滿的內餡,賣相令人食慾頓時倍升。新加坡早期有不少福建人移居,令福建食物變成新加坡的傳統小吃。薄餅做工紮實,用筷子夾起半份再放在碟子上也不會變形。內餡包著生菜、豆腐、蛋絲、豬肉及蝦肉等,食材十分豐富,當中混有特製醬汁,甜中帶辣,口感與味道俱富層次,做得不錯。沙嗲串燒上桌的是雞肉及牛肉串燒,跟餐牌所述稍有不同。串燒調味做得上乘,雞肉及牛肉經炭燒後仍能保留鬆軟的肉質口感,再配上惹味沙爹醬、生洋葱及青瓜,風味正宗。秘製鴛鴦肉骨茶兩種風味的肉骨茶以特製的鴛鴦湯碗盛着,這道湯碗是食店特別為這道菜訂造,份量亦只能固定在二人份量的設定。所以送上我席的是兩份鴛鴦肉骨茶,份量略作調整成2.5份的份量。鴛鴦肉骨茶有兩種味道,淺色的是胡椒味較重的湯頭,屬馬來西亞的風味,深色的是葯材味較重的湯頭,較接近地道的新加坡口味。能一次過品嚐兩地肉骨茶的味道,坊間少有。 無論是胡椒味或葯材味的湯頭,都被當中的豬骨肉盡情吸收。豬骨肉肉質軟腍,美味可口。招牌海南雞飯要吃星加坡菜,當然不會少得海南雞飯的份兒。海南雞皮薄多肉,雞肉細嫩多汁,嗜肉人仕可以大飽口福。海南雞做得不錯,不過跟海南雞的油飯油香稍嫌不夠,可以做得更好。粉絲蝦煲單看上桌粉絲煲上一隻隻飽滿的蝦肉,已令人食指大動。吃個海南雞飯及肉骨茶,肚子早己飽了七成,沒想到上桌還有份量這麽大的一粉絲煲。蝦長度足有手掌大小,切半後爆開後再連同粉絲再煮。蝦肉仍然保持彈牙的口感,鮮味可口。不過更令人回味的,是瓦煲內的煮汁,滿有海鮮及蝦殼的香味,一束粉絲吸滿煲內所有湯汁精華,美味可口。香辣通菜&香蒜清炒菜心這是套餐中唯一需要食客從二揀選一的菜式。我們既然點了2.5份套餐,便索性把兩款蔬菜菜式都點選過來。因為芥蘭缺貨,原先的菜式改成香蒜菜心。香辣通菜辣度輕盈,醬汁甚至帶丁點甜味,跟港式做法味道大有不同。南洋甜品薈萃薄餅及沙爹一拆二食,肉骨茶駌鴦二吃,還試勻兩款蔬菜菜式,原來先後已經嚐過九道菜式,但接下來還有四款甜品恭候。甜品拼盤以一竹製盛器盛載,一次過把南洋出名的甜品呈上,甚具喵頭。班蘭蛋糕班蘭蛋糕質感輕盈,滲着淡淡的清幽班蘭香氣。甜品進食次序適宜又淡至濃,所以應由班蘭蛋糕打頭陣最為洽當。椰子雪糕椰子雪糕在室溫快融所以亦適宜盡快享用。椰子雪糕椰味香濃,配搭班蘭蛋糕同吃味道亦十分搭調。椰香黑糯米芒果黑糯米是一口小吃份量呈上,反以有點到喉不到肺的感覺。脆炸榴槤拼盤中最精采的部份,是這道榴槤球。榴槤球炸得外脆內軟,一口咬開內裡鬆軟熱辣辣的榴槤蓉黏滿口腔,榴槤獨有香氣拼發,水準之作。______________________________在食店消磨上兩個多小時享用推廣套餐套餐,足夠飽肚之餘菜式的水準亦甚高。據這網站顯示,優惠推廣將做到年尾十二月三十日。不知下年會否仍然有這種高性價比的推廣,想一次過品嚐多款星洲出名美食,就要趁餘下時間好好把握了。 continue reading

這個夏天,信和酒店旗下的各家沙嗲軒分店特別從新加坡請來當地著名地標酒店Fullerton Hotel大廚親身來港獻藝,兼帶來一系列限定供應至2018年8月9日的新加坡地道菜式。Menu上不少菜式都是平日在香港的星馬菜餐館較少機會遇上的。這陣子有機會可在香港回味一下新加坡滋味,真叫人期待呢!除了單點menu,沙嗲軒同時亦有推出4位起的嚐味套餐,每位$328,正合想一次過品嚐多款不同菜式的我們。另外飲品方面,亦有單點或餐酒與鮮榨果汁pairing配搭套餐的選擇。前菜以拼盤形式上,包括五香肉卷、香烤鯖魚烏達和娘惹酸辣芒果沙律。三款前菜中,外層酥脆而內裏juicy的五香肉卷向來都是我喜歡的香口小食。接著是味道濃郁的羊肉湯,羊肉軟腍而羊羶味相當輕,相信連平日不愛吃羊肉的朋友也可以接受。飲完這碗熱辣辣羊肉湯後感覺特別行氣活血,應該頗滋補吧 主菜同樣以拼盤形式,分別有傳統潮州肉脞麵、參巴醬烤魔鬼魚及鑊炒黃金小龍蝦等新加坡常見地道菜式,以及「升級版」以黑豚肉烹調的黑豚肉肉骨茶。這肉骨茶胡椒及蒜香突出而不嗆喉,相對較重口味的羊肉湯,我更喜歡這客肉骨茶。甜品時間,嚐味套餐的甜品二重奏包括五味蓮子清湯和榴槤糊。榴蓮糊內的榴蓮果肉蓉香甜濃郁,而creamy的榴蓮糊中混入了煙煙韌韌的麥米,讓食感更豐富,好吃。 continue reading

年初曾到訪過沙嗲軒,不過,就喺北角店,同幾個朋友食餐開年飯,一齊撈喜。最近,收到見到尖沙咀嘅新推廣,竟然推出咗一個「星洲三點」下午茶套餐,集幾樣星馬名物美食(榴槤、斑蘭、咖央)於一「籮」,加上小弟一向對星馬菜都甚有興趣,所以,專誠嚟會一會,一解牽腸掛肚之苦。其實,呢一間分店都曾嚟過,不過,大大話話應喺十多年前嘅事,今回再訪,感覺環境好似無咩點變。身為酒店內嘅餐廳,裝修方面當然唔會差得去邊,環境雅致,枱與枱唔會排得太密,光猛整潔,啲布梳化椅又幾好坐,讓人感覺舒適。「星洲三點」下午茶 $208門前已經貼有一張大海報,介紹呢個兩人用嘅下午茶套餐,足有8款星馬美食,鹹甜點各有4款:雞肉及豬肉沙嗲、家鄉福建薄餅、香脆炸蝦餅、黃金脆魚皮、斑蘭咖央多士、椰香黑糯米、斑蘭蛋糕及榴槤雪米糍,樣樣都甚有特色,再配兩杯飲品,加上環境好,招呼好,$208呢個價真喺抵。但性格比高唔高就要睇埋啲食物,老實講,單喺以一個竹籮,鋪上蕉葉,擺齊8款美食,富地道嘅賣相已經搶唔少分。的確,咁多樣嘢食,真喺講唔出邊樣唔好食,最得小弟歡心,就有近來大熱嘅黃金脆魚皮,炸魚皮脆到咯咯聲,又富鹹蛋黃香味;家鄉福建薄餅造型好似春卷咁,包住好多餡料,口感及味道都極富層次,微辣醒胃有驚喜;而雞豬串燒正就正在個沙嗲醬,惹味到極點,香料味豐富;至於粒榴槤雪米糍亦喺喜出望外,皆因糯米皮薄而軟糯,裡面則爆晒餡,榴槤肉味道濃郁,一試難忘。蝦餅、咖央多士、斑蘭蛋糕同樣喺水準之作,總結,性格比肯定喺超高。凍薏米水餐飲可以揀斑蘭奶昔、白咖啡、星洲拉茶……等等,但講到健康,功效多多嘅,首推薏米水,外表平平無奇,但飲落好有薏米嘅清甜,功效有利水消腫、健脾去濕、舒筋清熱,呢排梗喺覺得呢度唔妥,嗰度唔妥,薏米水就真喺啱晒小弟。招牌海南雞飯 $142嚟沙嗲軒又好難唔翻兜佢哋嘅海南雞飯,半隻海南雞賣$218,全隻賣$428,而雞油飯單賣$28碗,所以,點一客招牌海南雞飯就超划算,有雞、有飯、有埋清雞湯,況且,雞嘅份量都唔算少,並傳統咁配上三色醬料(薑蓉、特製辣椒醬、黑醬油),賣相精緻。雞肉唔單單去晒骨,食得方便,皮下脂肪少,雞皮更爽滑,雞肉質感細嫩,沾點黑醬油,食味一流;而啲雞油飯濕潤,充滿油香卻不膩,飯粒夠分明,好食。馬來叻沙 $108叻沙又喺另一心水推介嘅馬來粉麵,最鍾意喺叻沙嗰種濃濃香香嘅椰汁咖喱湯底,不過,沙嗲軒嘅叻沙就印象中第一次食。端上嚟嘅叻沙大大碗,外觀望落非常對辦,有鮮蝦、炸魚片、豆卜、雞蛋及唔少芽菜,餸料十分豐富,而且用料不賴;湯底亦都好得,濃郁富椰香,香氣四溢,更有從香料味而嚟嘅層次感,配以滑溜嘅瀨粉,炷炷瀨粉都沾滿汁,真喺無得點輸。順帶一提,湯底更可以揀小辣、地道風味、特辣,認真貼心。榴槤糊 $68只喺下午茶套餐嘅榴槤雪米糍實在滿足唔到我哋,所以,臨尾再追加一客榴槤糊,原來早前有嚟自星洲嘅大廚客席來港獻技,更為餐廳帶嚟多款新加坡風味、設計獨特嘅菜式,呢一道榴槤糊就喺其一。以椰糖加上麥米做成嘅糊底,甜味濃郁而純香,麥米煙韌而咬口,加上一大抹榴槤果肉,未食已「香」氣飄飄,入口軟滑帶黏,食埋呢碗榴槤糊,大滿足!溫馨提示一下,上述嘅「星洲三點」下午茶由3:00pm到6:00pm供應,仲喺星期一至日都有。不妨約啲朋友嚟嘆個下午茶,迤上一個下午,試試啲咁有星馬風情特色美點,何其「疏肝」,絕對可以一掃夏日悶氣!又或校晏啲嚟試個下午茶套餐,鹹點當前菜,甜點當餐後甜品,再加兩道招牌飯麵,好似我哋咁,就已經可以當喺一頓早鳥晚餐啦。 continue reading

因為諗住食胡椒蟹所以揀食le間☹不過佢個胡椒蟹係令我失望...🦀胡椒蟹個胡椒味係夠ge,, 不過太咸.. 而且個蟹殼.... 係dd... dd.. dddddd 蟹膏都無..... 個蟹膏真係得個殼 嘜都無... 好彩佢個蟹鉗都有返少少肉唔係我真係喊出嚟... (((因為都400幾蚊 幾貴食....🦐個小食蝦片係好味ge,, 夠脆🍜肉骨茶都唔錯,, 不過如果d肉可以再燘冧d就好... 🍢串燒我地嗌豬牛雞各2串,, 太乾,, 燒得一般,, 個醬ge味道ok ge,, 不過太杰....2個人食咗7百幾... 價錢同質素唔成正比 下次唔去😫😭 continue reading

星味呢家嘢唔係得明星先有架,食物都能有星味架例如新加坡菜!其實我都係偏愛食東南亞菜,所以老友一約我倆公婆去沙嗲軒食新加坡菜嘢梗係第一時間應約啦!去到先知有朋友要夜D先嚟到,老婆大人唔餓得叫咗個星洲三點下午茶比佢頂頂肚,有齊榴槤、斑蘭、咖央三大星洲名物先$200鬆D抵食啦!我就最like雞肉同豬肉沙嗲串,個醬香甜得嚟唔會辣好啱我呀!仲可以配大大杯香滑斑蘭奶昔、白咖啡或星洲拉茶夠晒貼題!好了差不多人齊侍應好似魔鬼咁送嚟即炸黃金魚皮和蝦片兩款邪惡小食!都係整杯薏米水去下水腫先,你知啦星馬菜濃味吖嘛!加多加多沙律對我嚟講相對較辣,不過係好味嘅!雞、豬沙嗲好味道梗係要再叫啦!同下午茶出品一樣肉嫩多汁。肉骨茶係鴛鴦的好攪笑好似火鍋湯底咁,原來係新加坡同馬來西亞兩個版本,我個人就鍾意胡椒味重嘅新加坡肉骨茶喇!飽肚嘢對於我呢D黑洞好重要,招牌海南雞飯就幫到口,油飯係香口嘅,雞肉都夠滑不過可以再香D,冇辦法比老婆大人D海南雞飯寵壞咗! 最後有老婆大人鍾意食嘅馬來叻沙,怕辣嘅我都係用眼睛欣賞下好喇!甜品就開心囉!有炸嘅、有凍嘅、有糊狀嘅榴槤乜乜乜,今次真係爽呀不過攪到我搭車都唔敢擘大口!  continue reading
