在還未可以外遊之際, 要吃東南亞菜式, 就得找一家美味的啦~ 上年這月份, 我就在馬來西亞吃榴槤、喇沙及肉骨茶. 今年就到沙嗲軒吃新加坡菜, 味道很正宗!  我是極愛喝肉骨茶的, 沙嗲軒的鴛鴦肉骨茶有齊黑白兩色, 黑色是藥材味較重, 白色是胡椒味較濃. 一字骨有少少嚼勁, 不會煮得很軟腍, 這最為欣賞. 吃時放油炸鬼及加入黑豉油, 正宗食法. 我自己較愛喝藥材味, 而胡椒味其實亦很不錯啊~ 平時呢款有機會在set lunch menu找到, 但最好都是預先向餐廳pre-order. 沙嗲串燒半打為一份($138), 有雞、豬及牛, 燒烤味很濃, 再加上沙嗲軒自製沙嗲醬汁, 好惹味啊!! 此時, 來個椰青清清熱, 可以刮到椰肉的椰青最受歡迎~ 還有那些必點菜式呢? 有! 招牌海南雞(半隻$268), 雞皮及雞肉都好滑, 薑蓉、黑豉油及辣醬不能少, 沾甚麼醬就隨個人喜好, 但最緊要配一碗雞油飯($28), 油香滿口, 太正了! 不知大家有否吃過檳城亞參喇沙呢? 那個味道頗特別! 今次吃的是亞參盲鰽魚($148), 屬於皇家太平洋沙嗲軒的「東南亞特色美饌」菜譜(供應至8月31日), 煲內亦有矮瓜及蕃茄, 是吸汁的材料, 酸酸辣辣, 很有趣. 魚好滑的啊~ 同樣供應至8月尾的是巴克豆參巴大蝦煲($318), 帶點娘惹風味, 吸滿參巴醬的大蝦夠彈牙, 連殼也要一起啜. 煲內的豆豆是東南亞特有的, 口感一點也不像香港的豆角、扁豆一類. 其實已經好飽啦~ 但出名的黃金脆魚皮, 又怎能不吃呢? 與黃金乜乜同一類, 魚皮沾了咸蛋黃, 極為邪惡! 好啦, 吃到這麼多, 來個充滿東南亞特色的星洲甜品拼盤($138/兩位)~ 全都是我喜歡吃的!! 包括鬆軟香甜的班蘭蛋糕、冰凍椰子雪糕、炸香蕉及馬六甲椰汁西米布甸, 最緊要是甜度適中, 又有極多芒果、士多啤梨及火龍果, 很合口味~甜品數量是按位數計, 要吃, 記得要pre-order. continue reading

喜歡吃重口味,所以特別鍾情東南亞菜,如果想坐得舒服一點,我會選擇Royal Pacific的「沙嗲軒」,不但食物質素好,而且價錢相宜,是不用等糧頭都吃得到的酒店美食!黃金脆魚皮 $48 說到我最愛的沙嗲軒美食之一,一定是這碟黃金脆魚皮,由師傅現做,上桌時還是暖笠笠的,而且沒有坊間包裝魚皮那麼甜,鹹香鬆脆,有水準。每次來都會點,卻每次都讓我置身人生交叉點,又邪惡又美味,該怎麼辦?還是吃了再算!沙嗲 $138/ 半打 來到沙嗲軒,沒理由不吃招牌沙嗲串,今天吃了雞和豬,面層都烤得微焦,卻不會太乾身,沙嗲醬由師傅秘製,充滿花生香氣,yummy!招牌海南雞 $268/半隻,油飯 $28 採用了黃油雞,雞味重,雞皮脂肪不太厚,皮薄肉嫰,女士們可以放心吃;喜歡吃飯的還不要錯過他們的油飯,香軟味濃。麥皮牛油大蝦 $318 麥皮蝦也是這裡的招牌菜,卻是第一次吃。麥皮用蜜糖炒過,甜甜的、脆脆的,可以當零食全部吃掉!虎蝦超大隻,吃起來啖啖肉,鮮甜味美。星洲甜品薈萃 $138無論吃得有多飽,我仍是有位置吃甜品的,這個甜品併盤有夠大堆頭的:黃金香蕉球、斑蘭蛋糕、馬六甲椰汁西米布甸、椰子雪糕、水果。我最愛的是斑蘭蛋糕,非常軟綿,充滿斑蘭香氣,拍得住星洲名牌,配以甜美的椰子雪糕,倍添滿足! continue reading

我哋係酒店嘅住客,本身打電話去book左位,去到侍應竟然話冇book到,要我哋喺餐廳門口企左5分鐘。餐廳唔夠人手,去到要被迫坐戶外位置,又有蚊,成餐變咗餵蚊。侍應服務態度差,環境又唔舒服,水都冇杯。當我地想點餐嘅時候,幾分鐘都冇侍應行過嚟。感覺仲差過麥當勞,我不如食快餐好過。最後係我自己拎住餐牌行過去侍應同佢講話我想點餐,感覺仲差過茶記。跟住本身叫三樣嘢,兩樣嘢都冇,我又要再揀過。套餐又冇,牛肉又冇,成間餐廳得幾個餸?今晚我等左1小時嘢食都未嚟,都唔知入邊有幾多個人煮緊嘢食。成世人第一次食嘢係嬲到特登上嚟OpenRice比評價。 continue reading
