SARA 佐楽 (8.5/10)🍣Special sashimi platter 刺身五種盛Ankimo 安康魚肝 Oysters 日本岩手縣赤崎真蠔 Tsukune 免治雞肉串Sea bream shuto with cream cheese 酒盜芝士First visit to sara dining , comfy seating, super friendly staff and everything were up the standard! The setting of the resto gives you the japanese vibe (yes i miss traveling) Sashimi and the oyster were nice and fresh, tsukune were really nom with 脆骨😋. Must try the sea bream shuto with cream cheese (sth new for me) it goes with well with the sake😂 was gunna order grilled onigiri, but staff told us the chef were too busy that night that he wouldnt have time for this??? 🥲one minor disappointment of the night 🤭 but ok nvm la cus they served very good food ^^ 87/100 will revisit! 💰~650 pp (we also ordered spring rolls and fries + corkage fee) continue reading

今次已經係第三次黎食,因為心心念念佢既和牛佐楽係Times Square後面既Oliv,環境寬敞舒適,同隔離枱有足夠空間,不過最鍾意都係坐廚師枱,可以睇住師傅預備食物係賞心樂事(不過只限日本菜🙂)食物既種類絕對係貴精不貴多,原則上每道菜都令人滿意。叫清酒🍶飲會俾杯你揀,次次都唔知揀邊隻好,有選擇困難症😅清酒方面都有至少五六隻選擇,有甜嘅有苦有辛口嘅,份量有一合目即係180ml,如果飲得多佢有價錢係任飲唔同既清酒,咁當然想飲再靚少少既亦有成枝咁叫既明太子薯條,熱辣辣食餸酒一流-燒明太子,試過幾間日本餐廳嘅燒明太子,佐楽嘅明太子係真係燒得最好食,唔會有種腥味,同埋真係做到外面脆入面軟,唔會一舊粉咁唔記得咗係邊度嘅生蠔,但係廚師推介至一,好鮮甜-清酒煮扇貝,呢個扇貝好鮮甜好大粒,加埋蔥好香真係成碗飲晒-酒盜芝士,呢個係真係要一啲地道既日本餐廳先至會有嘅菜式,一般係飯前或送酒食既,幾開胃-和牛他他,薄切再加埋醬汁,人生一大享受😋牛既味道亦都好出其實仲有食埋鐵板和牛,但係因為太好食完全唔記得影相😅建議食譚鐵板唔好食吉列,因為上次食吉列牛太熟,反而浪費左塊牛肉。仲有佢嘅鯛魚茶漬飯仲攞過獎㗎,不過今日食得太飽所以先唔叫。雖然埋單算係中高價,不過食物質素絕對值呢個價。 continue reading

早前從某雜誌看過這家以佐賀食材、有田燒為題的日本料理屋,慕名以久,但因以往只做晚市,於我不太方便,無緣嚐味。最近閒來無事找吃的,又翻到佐樂,咦!午市也營業,就馬上拉著友人一起check it out。餐牌忘了影,直接從網頁借圖。毫不猶豫我點了炭燒三瀨雞腿餐並推介友人吃宮崎和牛腿丼飯 + 五點刺身。前菜有沙律和類似芝麻豆腐的方塊,味道是熟悉的和風高湯,不算特別但質感還好。侍應小姐會詢問刺生先上還是和午餐一起上,蠻體貼的。當然我請她先上刺生吧。五點有海膽、吞拿魚(赤身)、深海池魚、鯛魚和鯖魚。前兩款是必有的,其餘要問問師傅當日的食材是什麼才知道。魚鮮,海膽甜——合格的刺生。下次應該叫魷魚才算九州之味.......主菜來了,這盤燒雞真的炭香撲鼻,馬上就放了幾顆雞肉入口......好彈牙,而有雞味。相較起來,宮崎牛柳就軟滑得多。它的賣相和味道都勾起我在福岡食伊萬里牛的回憶⋯⋯牛味相當濃郁而且廚師很慷慨,整個飯都舖滿肉片。要讚一讚它的醬汁很醒胃,讓人一啖再啖。飯還可選十穀米呢⋯⋯肯定這店會再光顧的,疫市加油啊!💪 continue reading
