口袋薄餅$170,其實醬料才是重點,由右至左,有鱈魚卵醬、矮瓜醬、 蠶豆雜菜醬、希臘乳酪醬,每款醬的味道都突出﹗   

我就最喜歡青瓜乳酪醬配軟糯又香口的薄餅,畢竟是第一道菜,清香又酸酸的乳酪會較開胃,而蠶豆雜菜醬亦很惹味。

愛食海鮮的我, 就點了同海鮮有關的菜式.

這款意粉形狀是米型, 形狀幾特別, 口感與平日食的也有所不同, 帶微微的煙韌.

材料也好豐富, 有蝦, 蜆和八爪魚等…

由於乳酪飲品太好飲, 所以也想試埋甜品.

賣相相當精緻.

將青蘋果一片片圍在杯邊, 而在乳酪上放了各式各樣的水果粒.

乳酪味道幾清新, 帶少許酸酸, 再配合各款水果一齊食, 可以中和一下剛才較濃味的嘢食.

Fava Beans Dip from Santorini (Yellow fava beans purée served with spring onion, capers and cherry tomatoes)

Tzatziki (Greek yogurt with cucumber and garlic)
My favourites were Taramosalata  and Tzatziki which were both creamy but Taramosalata has a salty twist.
The eggplant dip is on the sweet side while the fava beans dip is nicely spiked with cumin.

  心心念念的Dip Sampler $170登場,一直對醬汁什麼的太著迷。這次有四款沾醬連著熱熱的Pita Bread一併送上:TaramosalataTzatzikiEggplant DipFava Beans Dip from Santorini鱈魚籽醬加入薯蓉及檸檬配襯,去掉了可能存在的腥味,比其他飽肚一點。比較簡單的青瓜香蒜乳酪醬則是酸甜奶潤之選,配上稍為乾身的麵包來得正好。茄子醬一向是我很喜歡的東西,特別是以前在Four Seasons吃到的。有著點點茄子蓉的纖維綿感,讓調味香料不會太搶鋒頭。香蔥蠶豆蓉沒有製作至完全順滑,留餘少許顆粒及豆皮,增添嚼感。

  其後有我期待已久的Saganaki Cheese $115,煎炸芝士後置於鐵板上。一定要趁暖熱時食,芝士略為溶化最香口,放涼後則會大大失色。不過因為紥實而又帶彈性韌感,未有像Mozzarella那麼牽絲強勁。外層略帶酥脆,芝士香味溫和略鹹,唧上些少檸檬汁提清香去油膩更佳。

  Kolokithokeftedes $95意大利青瓜刨絲,混合Feta Cheese香草製成的。一般多見是薯餅的樣子,但這次就成了圓球狀,香炸過後色澤頗深,沒有滲油。外帶香脆,中心不至濕爛或重粉感,味道實在不會是清淡。不知道是怕會油膩還是只屬裝飾,墊底的醬是酸酸甜甜的,頗潤口,亦未至過膩。

  店家供應多款Souvlaki,由雞、牛、羊,到素食蔬菜版也有出現。沒有Soutzoukakia,未能一嚐羊肉卷的滋味,倒是召喚出Lamb Souvlaki $185。熟透且乾爽而未算老韌,羊肉肉味香氣依舊明顯,不算太羶。且有焦香及香草香點綴,加蘸帶酸帶奶感的Tzatziki乳酪醬去膩則可。旁邊附上Pita Bread薯仔添補澱粉質,剛才還沒有吃完的沾醬就大派用場了。

  甜品時間有Rice Pudding $75的現身,店方細心地遞上一小瓶肉桂粉。作為肉桂狂熱者,得此機會當然要大灑特灑,就成了幾乎每兩匙灑一次的狀況。這是我們熟悉的帶雲尼拿味的米飯布甸,這兒的米飯部分比較軟身,尚且不到淋爛。

  最後終於有酥皮的出現,並非為人熟知的Baklava。同是酥皮甜品,包裹粗粒小麥粉吉士作餡的Galaktompoureko $98。本來餡料甜度不算高,細綿潤順,外頭澆上的糖漿才是主要甜味來源。若吃過Baklava之類就不會不清楚那種薄身帶輕微層次的酥皮。不是乾爽脆口的,倒是比較纖細幼薄的重合,較更吸收糖漿水分。
  看到Santorini還存在,並在灣仔開店,友人提議之時不禁興奮起來。一直很期待那晚的到來,除了可以大家一聚之外,為的就是久違的地中海菜。一段時間前不禁感歎香港越來越少比較少眾的地方菜式。例如是希臘菜,之前蘭桂坊的Souvla已經結業,猶存的我想只有四五間吧?難道香港只能容納Gimmick野?希望不要走到那一步。

餐牌上的菜名都是希臘文,雖有英文作輔助,最好還是請外籍侍應推介吧! 當中有好些是希臘傳統菜式,但更多是聞所未聞的,基於好奇心的驅使下,極易引發選擇困難症。不過這兒主菜定價不低,加上食物份量不少,若然想多試幾款菜式,人多用餐會較為合宜。

主食未上桌,先吃點餐前小食Dip Sampler($170)以四式麵包蘸醬配以自製pita bread,pita bread本身已是甚有水準,剛烤好的包身煙靭帶麵粉香,乾身不會油膩膩的,佐以蘸醬最是匹配。四款蘸醬分別是Fava Beans, Taramosalata, Eggplants, Tzatziki。前三款是豆蓉、薯泥、茄子蓉,以不同香料調和,食感細滑豐潤。 Tzatziki是我最喜歡的一款蘸醬,希臘乳酪清酸的味道比一般乳酪親和,蒜頭的濃烈與青瓜的清爽成一對比,意外地討喜。這道烤包比蘸醬出色,若然人數不多,可按個人口味點一、兩款蘸醬淺嚐就好。

Santorini's Favored Tomato Soup($70)以小鐵鍋盛上,不是小盤子的份量,乍看湯身稠如醬汁,讓人望而生畏。慶幸只點上一客而已,否則鐵定會喝不完。淺嚐是不會讓人飽肚的程度,以濃郁酸甜的茄醬作為主調,很能引起食慾沙沙的質感讓人確切嚐到鮮打茄蓉,angel hair、肉碎、香料令濃湯口感更豐盈,味道亦不單純停留在茄湯層次,能做到肉香與茄香並存。作為蕃茄的愛好者,這茄湯十分特別,而且不失美味,是個有趣的嘗試。

是日主菜上桌,The Fish of the day($270)是海鯛,没有多作調味,簡單以烤爐烤熟,食時灑上檸汁,最能嚐到這海鯛的原味。希臘因着沿海的獨特性,就如其他海邊城市一樣,烹調上簡單清淡,對東方人而言是有點難以理解,也許會嫌這道白身魚略顯寡淡。白身魚只是輕輕烤過,點到即止,魚肉厚實,魚身不會乾柴難嚼。保留魚皮的關係,輕烤之下微焦帶滑魚香更濃。這烤魚是水準之上,跟店方用上優質烤爐不無關係,很能帶出魚類本身的優點。伴吃的燒烤野菜甜香爽脆多汁,不單純是以伴碟的角色存在,不可錯過。

Moussaka ($165)跟Lasagne有着異曲同工之妙,當意式千層麵當中的闊麵換上薄片茄子,便成了這道希臘千層茄子。茄子、芝士、蕃茄、肉醬,層層鋪墊,工序繁複的心機菜式。換上茄子的關係,吃着不會太膩軟稔的茄子伴上濃厚的肉醬,白醬的Creamy、茄醬的酸甜,佐以烤至金黃色的芝士口感豐富而富有層次,很家常的簡單滋味。晚飯至此,發現意菜跟希臘菜有不少共同之處,相信兩國地域相近,飲食文化也互為影響。對於喜歡南意菜的我,自然感覺似曾相識,對這希臘菜產生莫名的親切感

席間有位嗜甜如命的,自是不會錯過甜品時間Greek Yogurt ($120)近年在減肥界十分流行,因健康飽肚而成了減肥恩物,其實厚身奶滑才是它人見人愛的主因。這乳酪向來不是便宜之物,小小的一杯索價過百也不是奇事。蜜糖和新鮮水果的點綴下賣相十分吸引,只見友人吃得甚為滋味,不好乳酪的我還是把它留給知音人吧!
